Best Pepe’s in London. I have visited with friends the food was delicious and staff also very friendly

Chicken was not fresh; had been left there all day. When I bit into the chicken I noticed a lot of dry blood.

The order was late and the restaurant lied

Food was late. Cake was FROZEN! Rang them up and they said wait 15/20 mins for the cakes to defreez. Rang them up 3/4 times about food being late. Ridiculous STAY AWAY from this branch!!! Poor service and food was smelling/tasting funny.

Great meal, great driver and a great place to order from. Only problem is takes a while for the food to come ; it arrived an hour and 15 mins after I ordered it. No fault to the driver though, very lovely. You guys are a bit stingy with the garlic sauce though.

The delivery driver was excellent. I ordered half chicken meal, coleslaw and sweetcorn. Most of the food was fine, but the sweetcorn was off. I can't understand how you can get an order so right, but flop on one part of it.

I ordered rice box with hot flavour but received mango flavour which was sweeter for my liking. Also, food was warm not hot as you would expect.

They didn’t bring all my food and the drinks I will not order from them again

I was in actual shock when I brought from them and didn’t receive my order. They have no communication skills at all. I called multiple of times to check on my order with no answer. Continued to receive a text messages telling me my order is delayed. Ordered @ 2000 and its currently 2230 without no food on my plate. So disappointed not the first time this happened.

I am disappointed after waiting over 2 hours for my delivery I still haven’t received it. I tried calling the restaurant. But no answer.

The rice boxes were cold and dry, they were not Edible, we paid for peri fries for each meal, not even 1 of them contained peri salt. What an absolute waste of money, the packaging the chicken was in ripped causing all meals to be damaged. The chicken was in the plastic bag with the drinks

IF YOU PLAN TO ORDER FROM HERE JUST DON'T DO IT. I WAITED AN HOUR FOR MY FOOD AND THEN RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT IT WOULD BE DELAYED FOR ANOTHER HOUR, THEY DON'T PICK THE PHONE UP OR ANYTHING, IN THE END I HAD TO ORDER FOOD FROM ELSEWHERE. THE HOUNSLOW BRANCH DID THE SAME THING TO ME 5 YEARS AGO, I SHOULD HAVE LEARNT MY LESSON. PEPES NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE.

Food had no flavour messy packaging !!

Food was cold, order took 1hr30min to arrive

i ordered the food at about 3.40 and i called the restaurant after 4.30 and the person said he is the manager and they have no driver so he cant help me and literally said that iwill have to wait till whenever the driver arrives. Finally the food arrived at 5.15 pm and then the delivery guy acted weirdly. He rang my door bell and i let him in and i came out to receive him ... i saw him go past me to the uppper floor... i told him the delivery is mine and he goes..... sorry its for the flat upstairs and proceeds to knock on my upstairs neighbours door...... finally he came down asked my name and handed me the food bag. i asked him why has it been delivered so late.... he said ...and i quote.. i dont know and i dont care, i am just a driver and if you open the bag and check the food i will not take it back...... which made me suspicious so i opened it and checked and he shouts.... OK , THATS IT NOW I WONT TAKE IT BACK, BYE. ....and he walked away mumbling and swearing and me.

Ordered for the first time and very disappointed as some of the food was missing. Couldnt get in touch with the restaurant as no one would pick the phone so called Just Eat for refund.

Food was not great. Had the tiniest chicken breast to fit the burger. Sauces were so watered down that it was pointless to even dip your chips in it. And delivery took just about 2 hours!!!

After hastily ordering our chicken and chips dinner via Deliveroo, we were dismayed to read some truly dire reviews of Pepe’s Piri Piri on Google. However, we really lucked out with our meal because it was even better than Nando’s, which is the benchmark I use for piri piri. I enjoyed plump, juicy, tender meat on my order of half chicken and my plentiful portion of piri fries were crispy and spicier than the South African chain’s chips, which was a good thing. Pepe’s seem to use better-fed birds than Nando’s, too, because there was more meat on my portion of half chicken from Pepe's than I usually receive on the same size order from their more famous rival. The only let-down was the corn-on-the-cob, which tasted like it had been dipped in vinegar so I couldn’t get beyond a few bitter bites before having to throw it away. Our food was delivered on time and prices were reasonable so, providing you avoid the corn, you shouldn’t be disappointed.

Good food but takes SOOO long to deliver

Well they said it would take over an hour to get the order ready when they are 2 min drive… and they still were even later than that.

2 hours wait for our food & restaurant doesn’t answer the phone the food was cold

The worst place I have ever ordered from .... I ordered @ 8pm its now 21:59 and still the food hasn't arrived I've tried to call the restaurant 11 times every time it says busy , this restaurant is only 20 minutes away from the delivery address, I understand its busy but keeping your customers informed is also nice

Still haven't received the food yet, phone lines are disconnected, keeps saying delayed on the app and no tracking available, absolutely rubbish.

The corn on the cob was sour, they said there was nothing on it. Tasted off.

This is one of the worst experiences I have had in terms of food deliver. Although the app said that delivery time is upto 35 minutes. It came to us after 70 mins!!! It was so late and on top of that it didn't have the complete order. The drinks were missing and none of the additional sauces were included.ended up ordering from another place using another app . Highly disappointed

The delivery took one hour and 20 minutes and I live only 10 minutes away. Food was ok, not fantastic but ok instead I paid for a corn on the hob and they gave me a freshly cooked spoiled corn. They should definitely check the corn before they cook it. Felt a smell but I thought its only in my mind. As soon as I tried it sour sour sour. Such a shame. I really enjoy piri piri but this is definitely my last time when I order from them.

food is good as always. delivery time can be improved. If I ordered at 10 am, I am not sure why was the food delayed from 12:15 to 12:45 and received the food at 13:15

Food took over an hour to be delivered and was missing items. Tried calling the restaurant repeatedly to get these replaced but they did not answer. Food that was actually delivered was bad quality.

The delivery driver was so rude. banging on my glass door with his keys telling me he wants his food back because i “cancelled the order” only to start shouting at me to find out it wasn’t me who did it and it was another person who lived elsewhere. no remorse & no apology was given he just walked off. Food was delicious and fresh. We wanted extra Spicy and they actually made it extra spicy. No other branches followed this instruction correct whenever we ordered food.

I ordered food for me and my boyfriend and when it came it was freezing cold and the when my boyfriend bit into the wrap it was so hard it chipped his tooth, and then I called up and when I spoke to someone they offered me two new wraps but they came and it was freezing cold and dry, I will not be ordering from here ever again

I ordered from a branch and it was changed it to another branch?? What's going on?

The delivery time was already stated as 1 and half hours from when I ordered which is unfair considering the restaurant is only 20 minutes away from where I was ordering from. On top of this it came half an hour after the stated delivery time

steak burger was soggy, fries over cooked, rice box was dry and microwaved rice. only good thing was the drink. additionally I was in a meeting and food came almost half hour early.

If you can’t be bothered to serve food in a respectable manner then why work at a fast food joint?. Absolutely absymal. I should have went to the trash instead of order from here.

Item missing from order and was not fresh

I don’t know why I was told by the app, that it had been delivered, only for it to not be on my doorstep until 30 mins later. What’s the point of an estimated arrival time then?

If the restaurant is busy or you have limited delivery boys, learn to cancel the order on time or not take it in the first place. People need to sleep on time to wake up on time and work. No one should stay awake and wait till 10 at night after giving order at 7:48pm!!!

Freezing cold food!!!! No answer on the phone. Phone number eventually contacted us to the housnlow branch where the "manager" was rude unhelpful and very unprofessional. Steer clear of this place and all pepe piri piri!!!!

Food arrived late and was luke warm. The burgers were very average and somewhat dry as the fluffy buns had soaked up all the mayonnaise. The Piri piri fries were great but otherwise it was a big let down.

Estimated arrival time was 30-50 mins at the time of ordering but as soon as I placed my order the estimated delivery time was set as 1 hour 20 mins later. I contacted just eat to cancel and they claimed the food was already being prepared so they’d charge 50% to cancel. Awful service all round!

This is the BEST Pepe's of all the Pepe's in London, and believe me, we've tried a good few during lockdown. The chicken is cooked to perfection and juicy, the fries are crispy and delicious and best of all is their garlic sauce which just makes the meal extra memorable and we love it!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Food was hot but not as good as I thought. Delivery was on time but they take too long to prepare it.

I paid extra for one of the rice boxes to be large however they were exactly the same size

I had ordered large peri peri fries but got instead regular fries without peri peri salt and food was cold by the time i got it, eventhough it arrived on time.

Boxes were bit squashed, asked for extra hot didn't really seem as if it was, asked for extra juicy was bone dry couldn't even chew the chicken, the driver just left the food outside my door without me knowing so not sure how long it was sitting there for actually love pepes but the service really needs to improve. They need a proper competitor that provides that service to take the sales of them then they will realise.

The whole chicken is so small. Used to be medium chicken. Now they using baby chicken. Not worth for the money

The chicken was burnt, i threw the burger away and had chips as a meal.

Food was quick but u fortunately not worth it. Definitely the worst chicken I have ever eaten and most of it went in the bin. The chips were passable but honestly can’t describe how poor the greying, hard chicken was. Won’t be using again

I ordered 3 whole chicken and only received 2. Of those 2 I only received 3 legs of the 4 that were meant to come. The chips were very soggy and cooked unprofessionally.
