The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

We don't live in Southend, but have family here. Every time we visit we try to plan in a chance to visit Seacrest and try out their new options. They always have different things to try (like the Szechuan fish at the moment) and if they don't tickle your fancy the standard fish and chips is great too! They also have great veggie and vegan options, which can sometimes be hard to find.

Gorgeous traditional English fish and chips. The service is really friendly and warm, and portion sizes are great.

Went in later Saturday night as they were closing up, all they had left was a medium size fish and charged me £8.20, as I paid by card didn’t realise until I got home. Bloody disgrace, will NEVER use again. Thought future customers should know

Best chippy in the area, by far

rubbish white chips no taste to them. and got charged 1 pound for a splash of curry sauce on my butty.

Awful breakfast. Got a sausage barm and a latte. The sausages were cold, and the latter was made with a sachet and kettle - tasted awful. Will not go here for anything like this again

We went to their stall at the summer time live in Northampton and they just have a good vibe and very welcoming 10/10 recommend

Got home and food was cold. Also the kebabs had next to no salad and sauce on them. Thought I would try somewhere new and wish I hadn't. Won't be returning.

Fish VERY dry, SO overcooked, won't bother again after 4 deliveries,gave them a chance. Delivery spot on!!
