Called in on the way to visiting my husband in hospital, took him a freshly made ham salad on a long roll, the salad was crisp and fresh, my husband gave it a big thumbs up 👍

Best lunch ever - meat pie, peas and gravy in takeaway carton - all for a couple of pounds. They even provide a fork!

Often pop in here for snacks, if you ask for something not on display the staff will make it for you! Like Lee H said the egg mayonnaise roll is really special. Take away only, there is often a queue out of the door but always three or four staff serving so it is not a long wait, good prices too...

We're quite local to Galloways so often call in regularly. Nice little pie shop (not a restaurant as per TA title!) selling good pies, sandwiches and cakes. Do a good pie, peas and gravy in winter too. Reasonably priced. Usually a bit of a queue, especially on Saturday lunchtime. No seating inside so perhaps one to take back home or to the car with you.

The staff are really friendly. There is also a women who belts out power ballads, which is always welcome when ordering a pasty!
