The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

Absolutely diabolical I'm 39 years old and have eaten from many different chicken places in my lifetime, to say it's the worst I'm not sure but it's definitely in the top 3 ! Chips were soft and tasted like cardboard, the chicken was very over cooked my 8 year old could of done a better job, the wings were bang average 5/10 but compared to everything else felt sublime, can't give it more than 1/5 Absolutely shocking.

This has got to be the worst customer service ever! the staff need trained properly! I ordered a sandwich which wasn’t correct straight away I rang the store to change this they told me with the price difference the can’t change it (the sandwich I wanted was cheaper) I would have to go through Uber so I did on Uber it states to ring the store so I rang back and the lady said to me to give her ten minutes and she would speak to her manager to change it and ring back, she never rang back and instead sent the order out I am appalled by the service

Never order anything from here NEVER. The food never comes . They say they'd call but in fact, they never prepare your order. Worst experience ever.

Fries were undercooked + delivery delays so clearly they were faced service rush

Food is good here especially their chicken burgers. Can be a little bit of a wait for the food to be ready. Far too many menu choices. Management should consider simplifying the menu.

So I walk into the store and ask for lamb chops as take away, I am about to eat, and I am seeing no real sauce even though I asked for the extra spicy sauce. I called to complain and the person I spoke to, told me was not empathic, and clearly stated they make theirs without sauce, even though I asked for it. I would not recommend a brand that will not respect my preference and acknowledge that they didn't deliver customer satisfaction. I remember telling them that the last time I ordered, it was not a good experience and they should do better. But hey! Buttom line is I will not recommend and will avoid this brand.

Me and my partner oder from here regularly usually we get the pizzas now normally they are lovely pizzas always hot fresh and tasty. However when I last ordered I got the meat feast my partner got the pepperoni his pepperoni was lovely not greasy at all but my least feast was burnt dripping in grease and tbh not very nice I was very disappointed maybe it was just a one off as it's the first time I've ever had a bad meal from you guys in general I absolutely love your food so it was a shame to see. Hopefully next time it will be much better
