The food is always good but their customer service is a joke. Twice we have been to the shop and ordered food only to come home and find oder missing. When we call they never accept blame and make us pay more for food we have already ordered and paid for.

Este kebab era el mejor de la zona. . Qué ha pasado ? Tenía un shish de pollo mixto entregado la otra noche. Entrega en 45 minutos. El pollo no es tan bueno como de costumbre, cocinado, el cordero shish era basura! Así que tuff podría masticarlo. Se lo dio a mis perros! Últimamente la salsa de chile no es buena. Demasiado caliente! ! Y no es un buen sabor. Comida como esta, no lo suficientemente buena. Siempre gasto entre 25/30 no me pierdas como cliente. Dave Se 9

RUDE RUDE RUDE y te dice que no hagas el pedido y luego te cuelga el teléfono. ! Al pedir un kebab doner con un poco de salsa de chile, lo empaparon hasta el punto de que no es comestible, ¡se negaron a recolectar el kebab no comestible y se lo reembolsarán! Los chips eran refritos, básicamente chips que se habían enfriado y refrendaron, e incluso cuando los conseguimos, ¡apenas estaban calientes! Llamamos para informarles los problemas con la comida, nos colgaron, llamamos nuevamente y nos dijeron que no volviéramos a ordenar. Bueno, no volveremos a pedir este establecimiento de comida grosera y de mala calidad, ¡y nos aseguraremos de informar a nuestros amigos y familiares para que no hagan pedidos desde este lugar!

Always fantastic food (chicken shish and lamb donner ordered)

First order was half hour late and also wrong. We had burger sauce on all food when that wasn't requested and my partner is allergic to it. When we phone up and explained, after checking the bill they resent the kebab but it was half the size of the first one when we ordered XL and the bread was all broken. The new kebab was also cold.

Used to love this place no its tastless and chicken dry and cheap tasting!

Worst order ever never use again placed order was WRONG AND LATE then treid saying colection as busyand charged extra delivery fee ????? Only used them like100 times before management change and over50 times before that all rude and ungreatfull change ur jobs mates never again !!!!!!!!

I saw that this restaurant was under new ownership and having not ordered from here before had the expectation that the service would be good....how wrong I was! The food was firstly delivered earlier than expected, thankfully I had the insight to add 20 minutes to the requested delivery time, otherwise I would have missed the order! Then the food quality itself was poor, the kebab was greasy, tasteless and had leaked through the container., the chips were dry. I had to throw away the order! That said there is one positive, the food order itself was spot on and my special requests had been taken into account and the order was exactly as requested. Overall I was left extremely disappointed with the restaurant and won't be ordering from this establishment again.

I ordered my food to be delivered at 9 pm and they first called me to try to deliver it an hour early. I explained that I won't be there until 9 and yet they still delivered it at 8.30 or a bit before and by the time I got there my food was cold.

Food is great but I live less than 2 miles away and they are consistently late no matter what day or time they are always at least 15 minutes late. Just bear this in mind when ordering.

Yo siempre carne y patatas fritas y orden no me decepcionó. Tengo medio cordero y medio pollo doner. El pollo doner es casero y increíble - lo que su pollo, abrigo es la mejor. Las patatas fritas eran enormes, con un montón de carne. Volvería una y otra vez.

As a regular customer im really really disappointed today order late which to be fair is really unusual but ordered 2 kebabs 1 plain 1 with salad and chilli sauce and received 2 plain kebabs which ruined tonight's meal for 2 of my family hopefully a 1 off

First time we ordered food was good, delivered quickly. 2nd time ordering from Time Kebab not so good. Took 50mins, food not hot, kebab meat cut too thick and hard bits in it. Did not enjoy this time so won't order again.

I would like to give you all possible stars, but I just can't. While the food and delivery time are always great, you guys seriously need to learn to read the customers' notes and the order itself. It's not the first time that my notes have been completely ignored or that orders have been just wrong.

So upset I've waited nearly 2 hours for a kebab it's finally turns up and it's cold and horrible straight in the bin 😒 I request a refund please

Delivery was an hour late. Driver walked off without offering us our change, opened bag to find lamb kebab with ketchup and a chicken burger .... we had ordered 2 chicken shish and chips. Terrible

My food still hasn't arrived 2 and a half hours later . I keep ringing and they say that it is out on delivery but still not here. The driver didn't have a clue where i live even tho it's 5min drive from the shop and since hasn't rung me back. So annoyed and angry . Wish me luck trying to get back a refund . USELESS I would give zero star if possible

Unbelievable, not only did they extend the delivery time by 10 minutes (some 55 minutes from the order time, I got concerned and phoned 1 hour and 10 minutes from order time, only to be told it was not even cooked yet!!!!!! They said give it 10 minutes more, how they are going to cook and deliver it in 10 minutes (they are 3 miles away!) will be something. My other family members ordered from a Chinese at the same time as our Kebabs and that been delivered and eaten already, looks like we are having two sittings tonight. Food finally arrived at 20.30, some 1 hour 45 minutes after the inital order, driver was non apologetic, and the food was FREEZING cold, one of the worst kebabs I have had, I will not be ordering from there again.

Worst takaway I have ever ordered. Took 2 hours to come, by the time it got here after having to ring it was stone cold and I literally mean stone cold ! The saunce had gone hard over the top of the food it was so cold, If the food was ready then why not bring it to me ? Instead of leaving it sitting out. I live ten mins away from you. I will personally make sure I tell everyone I know never to eat or order from your store. I will also make sure I make it widely known online not to ever order from you, what a waste of money.

Food was cold,chicken donner wrap was dry no sauce,no salad just dry,cold meat and tortilla. Lamb donner cold. Fries very old,cold not tasty at all!

Ordered a lamb shish and when food arrived it was a chicken shish. Called the restaurant and they said that they would send me the correct order. When the guy delivered the second time he took the wrong order with him. Disappointed after looking in the box and seeing that there was no salad with the lamb so paid £10.50 for just lamb and bread. Before this was always impressed with the restaurant, just a shame about this order :(

Ordered special kebab Arrived on time friendly driver food was warm and plentiful chilli sauce is hot hot hot lips are still tingling an hour later but at least it was served in a small tub and you can put as little or as much of it as you like overall very happy and will use Time Kebab again

First time of ordering though have passed it a lot coming home from rugby. I had kofte/lamb doner, kids had burgers. Very good overall but could have been warmer. Will definitely try again.

Terrible. An hour and a half after placing the order, we still haven't received the food. When i phoned they said it was just about to be put on the grill! I cancelled the order and am still fighting for a refund

Kebabs great as ever but the baklava was nowhere near close to its usual standard and only 3 pieces instead of four. Please go back to previous supplier you had the best baklava I've ever had!
