Pedí un pastel nacional de los cupcakes de Lola y pagué las £ 7 de entrega para llegar en un día específico y el pastel no vino. Me aseguraron que llegaría al día siguiente, pero el pastel todavía no llegó. Cuando volví a llamar dijeron que no iba a venir en absoluto, no sabían por qué, pero no había nada que pudieran hacer. Muy mal servicio y atención al cliente. Si vas a pedir un pastel para una ocasión especial, ten cuidado ya que puede no venir y son bastante inútiles.

Called in because nearby Falafel bar was closed for renovation and I had a memory of enjoying a KFC meal in Birmingam many years ago. What a mistake! My wife found a table while I used the screen ordering system. I went to the table and waited. A group of teenagers sat at the next table. I won't mention description or ethnicity or post will be rejected. The behaviour was loud and annoying. Food was totally unspectacular. I had ordered a zinger for myself and a plain chicken burger for my wife. I took the box marked zinger and got the plain one. My wife got an unwanted zinger. Chicken was dry and overcooked. In fairness, someone who I assume was the Manager told the unruly children at the next table to keep the noise down, which they did for a short while. I personally think they should have been told to leave but I think the establishment must rely on scum like this for a lot of their business. Never again KFC!

We have visited superfish for many a year and always been impressed with the quality of the food. Usually getting the pensioners special. Today however was a big disappointment. We realise things need to go up in price or you get less for your money then you use to. So the special was smaller than usual however we did not mind. The quality of the lunch was very poor dried up fish and chips. Will not be going here again.

Food and service very impressive this has to be one of the best chippies on the area. Really appreciate the chips for my son

Amazing freshly cooked healthy option at a reasonable price. The staff are warm and welcoming, they take the time to help you with recommendations and always give service with a smile. The owner is very friendly and actually gets involved in helping the staff not just sits and watches.

It is sad to see this cafe once heart of the local Gadebridge community go down hill. The food hygiene rating went from 5 to 0, high staff turnover, among many other things. Toilet access is via a step. Dogs was warmly welcomed so long they were outside however this has changed. No dogs (including working and service dogs.) are now not allowed (even though there is no sign up.) I get it some customers may wish sit outside in peace but most of the time dogs used to either sit next to the owner or tied up at the railings. If do happen bring a dog, bewarned the owner may rudely order you to leave. Gone are the days when locals used to meet up for a catch up and have a friendly banter with the staff. Soggy bread anyone.

In Colchester I heard the coffee was great . ....... it was not. Flat White - tasted like cheap filter. Terrible. Really terrible.

Ordered as a take away for delivery, chips arrived stone cold because of the way the food had been packed with the cold drinks. Did not have rustic chips available to order so had the ziggy which were very crispy. Unable to add sauce to the burger so had to buy separate BBQ sauce and add to my burger once it was here, sauce wasn't my favourite. Burger was very wet. The chocolate milkshake was much better than before and is now smooth.

Best fish and chips in the Birmingham area . The staff extremely friendly bubbly and nothing is to much trouble. Every one must try here at least once you won't be disappointed.

Chips were luvly soo was mixed meat deffo order from there again.

Unfortunately the service was incredibly slow, turned up cold and the people working there were nothing short of rude. I will not be returning.
