I had 2 cupcakes at Westfield shopping center. I tried the red velvet but my favourite was the passion fruit cupcake. It was delicious. I had the bite size one and a regular cupcake. Both were absolutely divine. Not too sweet and perfectly fresh.

I have been going to Lola’s since I moved to London 3 years ago. Birthdays, friends reunions, work meetings... or simply when I wanna treat myself. The cakes and cupcakes are just delicious!! However, te Customer service is not as great. Few days ago I went to Victoria station to pick up an order and I was barely greeted, let alone smiled at. Unfortunately, this is not the first time, in Selfridges they’ve been rude to me a couple of times as well.

I spotted Lolas on my way home from a day out meeting family in London and was delighted to see that they had a couple of gluten free vegan cupcakes still available. It's rare to find cake with the combination, so it felt like a really great end to the day. So I bought two little 'chocolate fudge' cupcakes at £3.75, I wasn't happy with the price but thought, hey, it's cake and it's a rare treat, so if they are as good as they look then maybe it's worth it. The staff were pleasant, no issues there, and so off home with my cupcakes. I was excited this afternoon finally sit down to eat the cupcakes with a nice cup of coffee. On peeling back the paper case, I was surprised at how tiny the cupcakes really were, you can eat the whole thing easily, frosting raspberry and all in one bite. When you peel the case back it also takes a fair amount of the sponge with it, so you are left with even less cake. The cake itself also is less than half of the cupcake, most of it is frosting. Nice frosting, but still very unbalanced. And the quality of the cake was very disappointing (easy to conclude that it is covered in so much frosting to disguise the poor quality of the cake). It was ridiculously crumbly and had a good chocolate flavour but with nothing to balance that (no buttery-ness or creaminess at all) and it still had the grainy texture that you often associate with rice flour. Now before anyone says 'what did you expect', I have had vegan gf cakes and baked goods that still have good flavours and textures and still have a buttery taste. In this case it did taste like a packet mix that had been made up using water and had not been cooked quite enough. I'm not sure where the 'fudge' comes into the description either as it was basically just chocolate cupcake with a raspberry on top. So all in all, I'm glad that they are 'catering' for different allergens but I feel that more effort has been put into presentation than taste. Please can I ask that Lola's taste their gf vegan cupcakes and do a bit of development. You could make people really happy if you get it right.

My friends got me an AMAZING birthday cake at Lola's. I thought that they only sold cupcakes there, but wow do they make a great full-size cake as well. This was yellow cake with white frosting with berries on top and some mixes in the cream, mid-cake. It was so moist and tasty. Everyone absolutely loved this cake ... I should have taken a picture of the cake! They called it a "Victoria Sponge" --- I think it is the best cake that I have ever had in my 50 years!!

My wife always loves to finish off London with a Lola's cup cake. You can't go wrong when cup cakes taste this good. Would recommend.

Located at the top of the escalator in Victoria Train Station, Lola’s is a takeaway cabinet display. I was struck with massive indecision when choosing (as it all looked so appealing), but finally opted for a banoffee cupcake thanks to the server’s recommendation. It was a great choice, bursting full of the classic banoffee flavours. The only downside is that these cupcakes are quite expensive, but worth paying if you’re after a luxury treat

Victoria train station entrance to the food hall your find LoLa’s cupcakes which the banoffee cupcake tasted define. The staff were not friendly and were not very welcoming but did the minimum effort that surpasses good ole English customer services. Cakes cheap enough even tho it’s London.

I had the red velvet and the chocolate cherry cupcakes and both were nice. The red velvet was more moist than the chocolate cherry cupcake which i found slightly dry and crumbly.I have had the chocolate one before and it never tasted like that so I guess it was an off day.

Did I say "Yum"? This is just a delightful place and offers a variety of choices. The cupcakes torment you - you want to eat them, but they look too nice to spoil. Solution - buy more!!

It's a kiosk with so many cupcakes from which to choose. I loved the chocolate frosting over chocolate cake cupcake. I paid cash as I don't think they took credit cards.

Tucked away in a corner of the square which is home to the best company in the world you almost miss this Italian. Breakfast is particularly good. The boxes with poached eggs are yummy. The orange juice is also very good. Large selection of fresh fruit. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Even when empty is a good vibe. Seating comfy with good visibility onto the walk way for people watching if that’s what you’re into. Nice decor. Overall a very good place and highly recommend.

Customer service was top-notch. The staff were very accommodating and invested in a positive experience. When I asked about a menu item, I was offered a chance to taste it first. Food was great and a good value. Seating area is small but clean. There’s a reason they’ve been around 40+ years. Recommend!
