Boo. in Charnwood

Ordered as a take away for delivery, chips arrived stone cold because of the way the food had been packed with the cold drinks. Did not have rustic chips available to order so had the ziggy which were very crispy. Unable to add sauce to the burger so had to buy separate BBQ sauce and add to my burger once it was here, sauce wasn't my favourite. Burger was very wet. The chocolate milkshake was much better than before and is now smooth.

The worst Boo burger experience of my life. The one in Leicester near the train station is great but this one is terrible. Yikes! I bought the classic meat burger as a takeaway and they put nothing in it! It had no sauce or pickles or anything and everything was cold. The milkshake tasted weird- had a tangy taste to it. Nothing like the Leicester one. The customer service in there isn't great. A very intimidating atmosphere with just two guys in there appearing very lazy to do anything. Will never be returning that's for sure.

Their burger are so unique and taste so good, I'm a fan for their milkshake and fries. The staffs are friendly and responsible.

Ordered from here multiple times and the food has always been good. Personally I enjoy the fact that you get to see the burgers being made and that everything is made fresh to order. The staff are super friendly and always helpful
