27/05/2018: Five of us booked a table - amongst us was a vegetarian and a vegan. Straight away they made accommodations to their menu for our vegan friend and they had great vegetarian options. We had a table outside which was spacious and beautiful in the beer garden. Our vegan friend started with an asparagus soup and had the mezze platter as her main. The mezze platter is great to share between 2 people (or 1 main) as the rest of us did. Three of us had the pork belly which was delicious and I had the aubergine ravioli in a mint sauce with pine nuts which was fantastic. We decided to lie in the shade after our meal and we were offered blankets to lie on which was really thoughtful and another example of their brilliant hosting! We ended with ice creams and apple and ginger crumble - both of which were tasty and fresh.

16/06/2018: Imagine a perfect view of the Sussex Downs on a balmy evening with the colours and scent of a thousand roses around you. This is the setting of the Three Horseshoes. Inside the traditional English pub things just get better. The menu is so tempting that it's hard to choose (for the record the scallops were excellent and the raspberry Pavlova an indulgent taste of summer) the local beers are good, the prices are reasonable and the service friendly and professional. I wish I lived nearer!
