The best restaurants serving Default food in West Wales

Excellent very very tasty. We got lucky and arrived on a whim and they were open, did not disappoint, we sat on the benches outside the pub, I'm sure they didn't mind.

Fantastic coffee in a convivial setting. We went in here because where we had intended to go was shut. What a happy accident! The coffee here is absolutely brilliant. Thank you!

Had to go to the walk-in centre and dropped in here for a bacon roll and coffee. Lovely, friendly service and excellent value.

On a bright, sunny, warm morning, what could be better than eating a breakfast roll outside on a beachside cafe. What a location and the quality of the bacon in the breakfast roll was exceptional. As a Saundersfoot resident this is the first time I have eaten at The Sail. It will not be the last. A brilliant start to a beach day. 😃😃😃😃😃

El cobertizo está normalmente abierto sábados y domingos de abril a octubre. Es una pequeña empresa familiar, gestión de venta de buena calidad, de procedencia local, comida casera en el bosque Brechfa. No son la típica hamburguesa van, cocinan todo fresco mientras espera. Como es pequeña escala algunos fines de semana tienen que cerrar si se han reservado para otro evento, una boda, etc. Sólo notará el mal son los clientes comentarios que dicen que llegamos y estaba cerrada - apenas una crítica! El mejor lugar para buscar horarios de apertura está en FACEBOOK pero nunca está abierto durante la semana. La comida muy buena, con gente encantadora. La salida de Facebook antes de visitar.

Whilst staying in Nk and Sandra’s Barn ( Ffynnon Fair ) we experienced two meals at The Frosted Bee. Both excellent but on New Years Eve we had an individually created and prepared 5 course meal which was superb

My friend & I fancied a trip out to Ferryside this morning and found this little gem online with its enticing cake & food photos. We weren’t disappointed! We had a lovely warm welcome from owner Ashley, who was the epitome of efficiency considering the cafe was busy, and she seemed to be doing it all herself. There was a very varied menu to suit ALL tastes, and everything was home made, freshly cooked and DELICIOUS. The coffee and walnut cake was gorgeous, and our coffee drinks piping hot. We sat outside in the sunshine overlooking the playing fields, and we got to hug lots of dog visitors which suited us well! A very reasonably priced menu completed our positive visit, and needless to say, we’ll be back Ashley!

Only came across this hidden cafe with a community spirited hostess on our way back to South Wales & were smitten by how friendly and accommodating they were. If anyone in your group has a hidden need, for example avoiding cafes with a cabinet full of coca cola cans, Croes y Ceiliog at Llanwrda has the solution, making you feel like a family member. Their tasty home made food too = return visit a definite!

I regularly have a takeaway here, my normal and favourite is jacket potato with tuna & salad. The food is always high quality, servings are very generous and price is most reasonable. The best Takeaway of its type in Carmarthen in my opinion.

Fabulous food, best vegetarian food ever. Accommodation was excellent and Asian and Mike could not have been more helpful. We are definitely going to return. Ian and Janice.

Sooooooo good. We had the Shack and Pulled Pork burgers with a portion of chips. They were all amazing, juicy burgers with thick bacon, cheese and full of flavour. We will definitely be back. A little tip: pre-order via their Instagram or Facebook page to avoid disappointment and lengthy waits. They are only open three days a week, the other nights there is a wood fired pizza place operating from the site so pick your day carefully

They set the standard for all hotels they make you feel.so welcome from the momet you arrive till you leave .The rooms are fab as are the grounds ..and the food they serve is also top notch
