Nice food but terrible customer service! App wasn't working so couldn't get the discount that I had added from the monopoly promotion. Went to order at drive through instead and asked the employee whether I could get a discount because I could prove I had the vouchers she said to drive to next window. Did that, the person there didn't know what was going on and told me to go back round and order at the screen. I did this only to be told by the first person I spoke to that my free items would be given if I drove to the first window. Again saw the second employee that didn't know how to do it so ended up paying full price for a meal that was supposed to be a treat. Then had to park up and wait for food....fine no problem, but when it arrived some of the order was missing! Had to then drive back again to collect this! Third time lucky eh! No apologies for missing the food or for not being able to discount my order. Con of a promotion if you can't get the items free! What's the point! Have never had an issue here before it's always been a good restaurant but today's experience was far from that!

Clean store. Quick friendly service. The chicken was nice, fresh and crispy. Best KFC I have had in a good few years. Would come again.

Terrible full of acne filled teens who don’t wash their hands. Tbh mate I wouldn’t bother ever going here again they were slow and were handling phones and touching food before washing hands. Disgusting . Also didn’t mention some emo playing if ur my life into pieces loud on speaker . I must admit it was fairly entertaining watching him dance

Do not buy the side salad, I was charged £2.90 and for that I had 1 slice of tomato,two slices of cucumber a small amount of lettuce and a small amount of onion pathetic. No Coleslaw.

Terrible service. Ordered Big Mac with just cheese and sauce to find little onions in to be told the Big Mac sauce has onions in when done my research was clearly only onion powder. Got given new one with just cheese, to find loads of tiny onions in again, they didn’t take the fact that my partner could be allergic to onions they rolled their eyes laughed and spoke about the matter amongst theirselves not with the paying customer. The service was really poor bunch on 16-20 year olds working and not fulfilling their customer service skills. Was really diss appointed. Our drinks were only half filled brushed this off as this is every time we go I have to ask them to fill our drinks up for what we’re paying. The chips were freezing. Huge disappointment.

This place is a complete joke when it comes to their prices. 1 chicken sheesh kebab £12. 8x chicken strips £9 one small chips including delivery £3 total £27.00. Are you having a laugh there is no way these prices should be what they are. Trading standards need to look into this place. Omg this is mind blowing. Times are hard for everyone not just for you guys complete Rip off merchants. 🤮👎
