KFC in Pembrokeshire

Terrible service, waited at the “wrong counter”to be served, then she served everyone else before me. Thought I was invisible!

One ordered a fillet box meal and an ice cream. I sit down and wait patiently for the KFC staff to supply me with my meal. After 15 painful minutes; my food finally arrives. Greasy and cold chicken, bits of the chicken were hard and felt off, bread is rock solid. Fries are nearly as greasy as the workers hair here. I ate this anyway because I didn’t have time to go and complain. Tasted around 2.9/10 at BEST. Next. The ice cream. It was ok but too much sauce. I mean; how hard is it to screw up ice cream?! Will not be coming to this particular location again, would much rather have gone to the McDonald’s across the road. This particular restaurant is a disgrace to the colonels name, and wasn’t “finger licking good”. I mean I wouldn’t even let me dog lick my fingers after eating here.

One approached kfc in Pembroke dock with high hopes. I have attended this restaurant before and it has been hit or miss. Alas my belly was a grumbling and was calling the colonels name. Upon walking through the doors I walked to the big order screens and ordered the “mighty” bucket for one with a 7up and a bottle of water. I waited for 5 minutes and it was bought to my table… I was impressed! The fries were as seasoned as a ww1 vet! Perfection! The chicken was falling off the bone from being cooked so perfectly and the drink was cold and refreshing. I left my bucket clean! When gazing at the wonder which was my meal I thought “I’ll have what I’m having” I would come here again. It was a stunning meal with lovely company and one will not hesitate to recommend! Thank you colonel for yet another delicious meal! It was “finger lickin good!”

Got charged three times for one meal . Didn’t actually click until I was home because I was so flustered by the service in general - very poor . I don’t understand why this is because we have a few chains in pembrokeshire and they run smoothly , so why is the kfc so terrible ? Took so long to receive my order and a very moody woman on till telling staff off infront of me which was also uncomfortable . Such a shame because it would have been nice to have a kfc to visit closer than Camarthen , really gets on my nerves that I would rather drive 50 minutes away for a kfc.

Awkward unfriendly older looking woman told us if we wanted to omit coleslaw from wrap of the day it would cost £5.49 instead of £1.99 with the coleslaw- ridiculous and pedantic. Unfriendly and unhelpful- awful!!

Chaos plain and simple. Staff don’t know if they are coming or going. How they can operate like this is baffling. McDonalds is just across the road!

Worst time in a kfc Manager closed doors and stopped drive thru all staff moaned about ni staff. Over 26 people waiting over an hour for orders. Some left. I waited over an hour. Worst ever Staff laughing Manager said he quit and ran into kitchen Please avoid this place. Thursday 27th Staff were laughing

Worst kfc I've ever had, ordered via the app.. waited 50 minutes for the food then half of tbe food was missing lol went back I'm and waited another 20 minutes for our full order! Bad customer service, not enough staff it wasn't even busy to take that long! Appalling will never return I'd be quicker driving to carmarthen and have food there than come here! AWFUL!

A newer KFC. Store was clean inside. Ordered a zinger salad. The salad was fresh and crisp and zinger fillet was lovely. Served by a jolly fellow called Adam who advised me as to calories when i asked what was the best liw cal options and explained about dressing which i chose not to add. I can not fault this KFC at all and service was 5 star.

Fast food? Not at KFC Pembroke Dock. Waited 45 mins for our food, as did lots of others as the carpark was full of people waiting. When the food did come it wasn't what we ordered and to top it all it was the greasiest KFC we have ever had. Avoid.

The place is so dirty I nearly turned straight round when I walked in. It’s a brand new place so that’s a shame. The order screens look disgustingly dirty. After Covid you’d of thought they’d run a cloth over them once in a while. Place was hardly busy nor was the drive through. Waited 35 mins for my order. Order was stone cold and wrong. I’d waited so long tho I just bit the bullet and left. Staff are rude and really don’t seem like they want to be there. I know it’s a busy summer but the place in the 3 times I’ve been there has been nothing compared to the Mc Donald’s over the road. Have it the benefit of the doubt, but I really can’t go there again. I can’t see the place lasting long at this rate especially after the woman found blood on her burger from a cut staff member. Save your money, either use Maccys or just crab a sarni from Tesco

KFC Pembroke Doc Today as a family of six, we went to this establishment for a quick lunch before heading out to the beach. I wanted two Zingers. No fuss, no bun, no sauce, no cheese. Just two Zingers. Apparently not. Despite being able to purchase them in a bun cooked with sauce and cheese etc.. so I had nothing… as a fussy eater I was prepared to purchase them for the same price but not have the other ingredients. Well that’s a fail in terms of customer service… well done KFC!

Lovely staff, order was fine. Shelby was absolutely lovely and made our children laugh and was smiling and talking to them lots which they loved. Can't fault.

We had the wrap meal x2. It was hot, very tasty, staff where pleasant. The whole experience was done with out any problem. Would definitely go again. We used the drive through, maybe a few more signs to advertising their menu, before you get to order. You must try the Krush Milky Bar Drink, white chocolate heaven.

Really disappointed! Our daughter nagged us to get a KFC & after all the bad we had heard we have until today stayed away....but I love some fried chicken & I thought it surely can't be that bad so let's give it a go.....what a mistake! We ordered a bucket meal. The chicken coating was not the famous KFC chicken you expect....the coating was all burned & really greasy & all the coating was just coming off all the chicken in a greasy mess! There was rubbish all over the car park & the tables had food left over them from lack of cleaning & the place was dead so no excuse for any of the above! What a Shame - we won't be back ! :(

Each order had something wrong with it and everything was cold!! Service was terrible couldn’t hear us on drive threw!

The worst food we have ever tasted. It was dripping in grease instead of being crispy. We had to throw it in the bin. By far the worst KFC ever. I would advise people not to waste their money on it
