USA Chicken in Carmarthenshire

Everytime I've ordered from here something has either been missing or wrong in the order, over an hour late and so rude when you call to get an update on when your food will be arriving or to say the order is incorrect. I've had them hang up the phone on me, laugh at me, and argue that its my mistake and I've ordered incorrectly. After coming off the phone I'll check my order AGAIN only to see I havent ordered incorrectly. I'll never be ordering from here again, the service is awful, waste of money as food is dripping with grease and there are plenty of nicer places in Carmarthen who will gladly welcome the service!

This is the second time I’ve ordered through “food hub” the first time it was 30 mins late (1 hr and 30 mins since ordering ) this time It’s 40mins late and still waiting (1hr and 45 mins since ordering ) don’t get me wrong it’s great food but the timings are way out. If it said two hours then so be it but it says one hour then is another 40 plus minutes late. It’s frustrating ‍♂️. Sorry guys but this isn’t great. Just rung and it hasn’t yet left ‍♂️

Ordered food here, phoned after an hour and they said they forgot about the order and would rush it through. 30 minutes later i tried to call again and couldn’t get through. Kept trying for the next hour. Food eventually arrived after 2 hours 40 minutes. We were trying to cancel the order after 1 hour 30 minutes to order from somewhere else. We payed online and they wouldn’t refund. Will still try as this is awful service. According to social media, a lot of other people have experienced the same type of service.

ordered a takeaway. 2 hours later and still not delivered. Phoned up and said 10mins then had a phone call back saying another 20mins. Avoid at all costs. Useless and unorganised company Never ever order from these people Useless!!!

We are regular customers and usually the service is good. Tonight we placed an order just after 17:30 with an agreed delivery time of 30-45 mins. Nothing came and so at 19:00 I called for an update. They said they were busy and some had been waiting 3hrs. There was shouting in the background and a promise it would be 10 mins. Still nothing came so at 19:40 I called again and this time the promise was leaving in 5 mins. At 20:00 I called to cancel the order and was told he just left. I told them to call him back as the order was cancelled. At 20:20 the food turned up - I told him it was cancelled for being 2 hours late. I appreciate take always get busy, have staff issues etc but have the common courtesy to be honest with your customers about it. Stringing them along and outright lying to them gets one thing - less customers. There was no offer of discount / free meal and hardly any apology involved in this whole fiasco. You need to do better!

Needed chips quick, they did chips quick!!! Lee Williams said we should ask for John, he’ll sort you right out!!!! If there was a negative, it was the BBQ sauce was little too spicy for my little friend.

Ordered chicken shiah from here a discovered it was pink all the way through A Real health hazard you can’t be serving food to the public like this

Use this regularly and the they know me well but tonight was an absolute joke...Called to order a delivery and he told me they were really busy and would call me back... unusual for delivery to do this but was happy to wait.I then called THEM back 15 minutes later as no call back......Made my order as usual and waited for 1 hour so I called and it was on the way.Called back 15 minutes later to ask what was going on and he told me that the driver was outside but he was no where to be seen.As it had been nearly an hour and s half I said I was only happy to pay £5 as most of our family had gone to bed.He said ok I will send the driver back and put the phone down.HELLO I AM THE CUSTOMER NOT YOU!!!GET YOUR PRIORITIES RIGHT AS PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO USE U WEEKLY KEEP YOUR BUSINESS GOING. YOUR MENU SAUS 40-45 MINSI will call you in a week for a complementary doner kebab and chicken kebab as I ordered tonight and if you are happy to supply this to me ( I will even collect) then I'm happy to continue to use your company if not I will never return. It's your call unless you want to call me as you have my details.

Up until last year I visited here fairly regularly for a takeaway shish kebab that was superb. Due to an office move I haven't been for some time and when I called in this week I didn't see any of the old team.I ordered my usual mixed shish to takeaway but was disappointed on arriving home to find that the quality of the meat used was not a patch on that of previous visits. The lamb was fatty and sinewy, whilst the chicken was stringy.After a night on the town it would be fine no doubt, but a far cry from what used to be produced here.The staff were pleasant and helpful but the food doesn't cut it any more.
