Visited recently for my son's birthday as he wanted a steak and they have one on the kids menu. The food was good, although my daughter's steak was overcooked, however they did replace it and the second one was spot on. There is parking to the rear, however the spaces are very small. There is some on road parking also available in the evenings after 6pm without restrictions. The service and atmosphere was good, although a very large group came in half way through our meal and it was very loud then. Overall a good meal and location

We didn't book, but on arrival we were seated straight away, really friendly ladies working today. There were about 8 tables in the room we were sat in and most were occupied , we had menus and drinks within minutes, not saying they were quiet because they were all on the go constantly. My son didn't like his chips because they were not french fries, they were homemade chips and they were lush, kids eh!! We both had the pulled pork gyros and it was superb, really tasty. A bit of cheering from the bar but it was a Saturday and there was football and rugby on and it was not a bother to us. It was a lovely lunch with good food and really nice staff. Thank you

Very friendly staff, they kindly offered to bring my toasties and hot chocolate over to me and my partner and she even got a free slice of cheesecake for her birthday which was a lovely bonus. Plus the smell of coffee as you walk in is almost addictive!

I go here every morning to grab a chocolate pancake for myself as I walk to school. Service is great and the food. And don’t even get me started on the prices, they are amazing. It’s £2.80 for three corned beef pasties. If you ever want a snack for later or even a quick munch on the go, this is the place for it!

Not happy that I've paid for 1 adult and 1 child and staff didn't have the decency to tell me (or anyone else I'm sure!) That kids eat free!! Order via the app which was quick and easy. It was quite busy so the pizza did disappear quite quickly, it was replenished though. Food was ok, pizza was nice, pasta was very 'fake' but the salad bar needed a good tidy and freshen up. The place is a little run down and the toilets were awful- the toilet seats look like they've never been cleaned. I wouldn't return.

Very very rarely go to KFC and after my recent visit to this restaurant with my family, I won't be returning. We ordered the party bucket, noticed a part of the deal (chicken wings) was missing so went to inform a member of staff and they tried explaining it was in the bucket. I explained it wasn't so said to come have a look as we were made to feel we were trying to pull a fast one. No apologies as they reluctantly walked over and passed us the missing bag of food which we paid £34.99 for. Another member of staff could barely answer when asked a simple question, instead they just mumbled and finger pointed. Shoddy customer service, food isn't what is used to be. Definitely not finger lickin' good.

Probably the worst cooked breakfast I have ever had. It was a chilly morning and I was looking forward to a warming breakfast. The only item that was acceptably hot was the baked beans as they had obviously been microwaved. The rest of the meal varied from lukewarm to practically cold. The bacon was microscopically thin and rubbery. The eggs were cool and congealing and the rosti unpleasant. A thoroughly disappointing experience and very poor value for money. You don't even get a drink with it. You have to pay for that as an extra. I won't ever use an M&S cafe again.

My halumi fries were over done, my chicken ceaser burger wasn't overly nice got food in about 10 mins ish.
