China Wok in Carmarthenshire

Food was awful, rubber chicken and gristly pork served with dry noodles and reheated chips. Miserable woman served us, could hardly talk to us. I wouldn't want her as the face of my business, but to be fair the service mimicked the food. Won't be back.

Whilst being away in our caravan, staying at Llwynifan Farm, South Wales Touring Park we fancied a Chinese delivery and the China Wok certainly went out of there way to deliver us the most incredibly tasty meal, one of the best we have had and the portions were plentiful, we would recommend this to anyone

I don't know what's happened to this Chinese , wether there's a new cheff. But the food has gone dry and tasteless. The crispy beef was rock hard. This used to be the best in llanelli. But the last 3 times naha. . Not happy. Forgot item witch never usually happens. Food is very dry and has no taste at all. Chips tasted like they been microwaved. I'm a regular here. But I think I'll be avoiding from now on. Shame.

After reading all the great reviews we decided to give this place a try,don't bother took nearly 2 hours to arrive and the food was below average at best,the soy gravey was more of a chipshop gravey and the crispy beef was a joke,chips were dry and seemed they had been cooked in the afternoon.. Won't be back or will not recomend

Best Chinese in Llanelli. Always hot, always tasty. We won't go anywhere else as we tried some others when it was closed and it was so bad and we got disappointed each time. So now we just refuse to go anywhere else.

We ordered a huge order last night. Service was fast, everything was right, and our family were really impressed.

Let me tell you something, this is the pinnacle of Llanelli, China Wok is the greatest chinese in the world, the food tastes like it's been brought down from the heavens, it truly is the greatest food known to man, the food of gods, hand crafted by the most skilled chefs on planet earth. Also, the egg fried noodles are nice :)

Nice food but really slow waited 45mins and that was from going in and ordering seems they are more keen on taking phone orders.

Ordered at takeaway this evening, and it was okay, apart from getting the order slightly wrong. I ordered a Singapore fried vermicelli and got beef chow main instead (not good enough). I won’t be ordering from you again.

Booked in at 6 and was delivered right on time at 8:30 with a phone call to the mobile to let us know it was outside. Very tasty, everything tatsed different (vs some Chinese's). There's a reason it 4.6 stars, very good!

Best sweet and sour chicken balls in Llanelli. Chips always cooked fresh. Curries all fab but beef is my favourite. Fried rice is a little greasy but no different to any other local Chinese

I haven't try this but I wish u set up website that I can order it because I can't I deaf I can't phone call. If I'm working I can't pick up cos I'm support worker at sleep in on my own

One word to discribe the lady on the phone RUDE! Customer service=0 We ordered special curry.. 2 little bits of pork, so we rung, lady said next time she will make sure there's more.. Rung tonight, checked it infront of the driver.. We had 2 little bits again so we sent it back with the driver (who recommended a different Chinese 🤣) Rung again to say we only have 2 small bits only to be told we are lying there's 6 big pieces... Mate.. If there was, we wouldn't of sent it back you donuts!

Looked on fb for recommendations as my normal one gone down hill, very impressed, on my 5th one last night and can say it's just as good as the first. I've never had so much meat in a chinese take away! Keep it up and I will keep on ordering 5 star all day long. And always on time.

This is the best Chinese take away in Llanelli and I've tried them all. I wont go anywhere else for our food. The lady who serves us is warm, friendly and welcoming. The food is just out of this world. If I could give more stars I would.

In my sons words these are the best chicken balls I have ever had. I would have to agree they are good also the food overall is great have been coming here for about four weeks and have had at least one meal a week really nice recommend to anyone who asks

Yummy yummy! Had Special Curry, fried rice, noodles, chicken balls and more. Came with free prawn crackers and free spring rolls and more chicken balls. All very generous portions. Currently writing this review very full and very satisfied. Staff were very pleasant. On this occasion I picked up the order, but I have ordered delivery in the past and they are always very efficient and friendly.

Food was great. Monday to Thursday special great value as well.

Food was a bit too sweet for me. Chilli sauce could be more hot but still enjoyable. Order was prepared quickly.

Had food delivered, it took ages to come. I had crispy beef in chilli sauce with veg chow mein, I must say it was totally inedible! Greasy, the chilli sauce tasted of sugar and the crispy beef tasted of burnt ash, straight in the bin. £17 wasted!!

Best Chinese in town ...tryed a few places ,not good at all ..thats why I will always go too China wok ..food is always piping hot ..Neva cold an tastes devine ..not like the bland places I've been too ...if there were more stars I would rate them much higher ☺
