I had kebab meat and chips with garlic mayo, and salad separately, omg it was amazing, and the staff there were absolutely amazing and very friendly

Dreadful, paid small fortune for 2 pizzas and chips. Failed to.honour their advertised offer, served mediocre pizzas and dry, chewy tasteless chips. To make it worse, the cashier was SMUG at the fact he had ripped me off. Shockingly poor food, service and behaviour. Avoid at all costs

Very impressed. Far superior to some of the chain pizza outlets. Good vegan options available. The pizza was loaded with fresh toppings and arrived hot. I won't be ordering pizza from anywhere else in the future.

Decent prices .really nice pizzas.much Better than dominoes for prices and quality of pizza and 100% better than yummeis. 2021 long time since my last review. Well a 12 inch pizza pepperoni, can of coke and a pot of ketchup delivered to Blaenau cost my £25.. Next day I had seriously bad stomach. Prices gone up, quality of food gone down.. They were really nice when they started off. Shame they gone this way.

Friendly staff and great pizzas

Chicken strips were small and dry.. And the chips tasted like they had been warmed up many times.. Dry and hard to eat

asked for a large portion, got charged for a large portion, got given a small portion. Doner king would never do that.

I ordered a chicken and beef burger from here and the lettuce was a brown colour which looked rotten. I ordered a refund and they sent the delivery driver to check the lettuce, he claimed it went brown from how hot the burgers was and it started to cook the lettuce which is bizarre. After arguing about this he told me if I don’t like it don’t order from there again however still refunded me. Shocking

Ordered online but couldn't pre pay as this place is cash only. Tasty food at a reasonable price.

It was OK I had a kebab not for me but I don't normally eat them anyway friendly and fast service will go again for something more to my liking next time

The only take away I trust, beautiful food, wonderful staff, got a delicious chicken shish kebab, and it was 10 out of 10, the other pizza shops in this area has given me food poisoning in the past, Grandes never fail on the munchies

Normally we have great service. Today we ordered 2x lamb kebab wrap meals with cheese for the chips and 2x cokes. Total £22 not what the menu works out as £16tops. Really confused won't be going back. Such a shame tho as usually really good and friendly. Tonight totally ripped off

This pizza is really nice the only suggestion I want to add is to lower the prices a bit but other than that this is a good takeaway

Ok wish they didn't keep your burgers warm, delivery driver does not know where he's going?

They were almost an hour late with our food. Called them and the attitude I got off the woman in the phone was disgusting. They need better service. Oh and the food was cold upon arrival. The woman's attitude has what's put me off continuing to order with them in the future. If you are busy update your website to say that. Don't shout at me because you lied. Anyway if they employ better customer service friendly employees then I may change my mind. But 2 hours in total for cold food, no thanks!

Ordered here over 3 years now and have never thought to review til now, but the food is consistently stunning and their service is great. On my birthday last year they gave me extra garlic bread and onion rings even though it wasnt on the order just because I mentioned it was a birthday party. The food is tasty, the portions are large, the price is fair and you know what youre getting but it doesn't come with the disappointment of craving a kebab or burger that turns out to be sub par, instead its ALWAYS delicious and their delivery times are impressive. I'll be sad to move away from the area but so long as my family still live nearby I'll always come back to Grandes Pizza. Theyre doing it right <3

Lovely food very hot with quick delivery

OMG! I was told you were good but for the first time tonight we tried the Munchy Box. 5☆☆☆☆☆ It's like being delivered to the gates of heaven! 12" pizza we had ham and pineapple on it, you get a.choice of thick, thin or normal base Choice of toppings - BBQ, tomato, chilli or garlic. Then the munchy box contains 8x onion rings 8 hot wings (we has chicken strips as we are wimps and dont do hot) a heap of kebab meat heap of chicken kebab and about 1/2 pound of chips. a HUGE box of salad and home made colslaw. £18.90 I will say the chicken strips were succulent, pizza was the best I've had in years! The chicken and kebab out of this world. plenty of salad and 2x garlic dips.. (choice of garlic, BBQ, chilli or something elce) I look like I am carrying twins, my husband the same and we are big eaters There was enough for 3/4 big eaters or 5/6 normal people! Our Great Danes finisher what we left. Thankyou to the staff of Grandes. When I rang i said nothing hot, they rang back and offered me the strips for no extra cost instead of hot wings. They offered delivery or collection. They gave a extensive menu of other goodies. WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK!

just had 12in salami with stuffed cheese crust, wow! fantastic, piping hot deliverd to llandybie.really tasty flavour was lush. rest for breakfast? 10/10.

Attitude of staff was on a different level of sh*t. Dry kebab and chips. Didn't even off me salad or sauce. Won't see me again!!!

I had to wait for my doner kebab + chips for over 10 minutes whilst there was nobody waiting there, the customer service was rude there and also when I got home I found out that I didn’t even have my chips with my meal. Terrible.

Been ordering from Grande's a lot and the quality of the food is outstanding but the only complaint I would make is the girl on the phone, would be nice if she had some sort of manners.

A slice of Italy in the heart of Ammanford. Absolutely delicious food sold by genuinely nice people. By far the best takeaway in the area, very reasonably priced and excellent quality to boot! I love the food. However, I've received a Pizza that was smashed up to one half of the box. It had clearly been dropped, as the toppings from one side had also shifted over to the other half of the pizza. This is completely unacceptable, even if a free replacement is given, since other items ordered will be cold, such as the cookies, and since the movie had started, we had to share a box of cheesy chips while having to wait for the door to knock. When the staff drop a box, or a delivery driver hears the box/bag fall off the seat, or even if the delivery driver doesn't hear the fall, and simply finds the box on the floor on its side, it begs the question, why wouldn't the driver (or in store staff) then inspect the pizza? If I worked making or delivering pizzas for a living, I couldn't imagine finding a customer's pizza box on its side, and just hoping it will be fine, or hoping the customer can't be bothered to complain. Also the Pizza box was missing the plastic support from the middle of the Pizza, which stops the lid from compressing down onto the pizza. Every Pizza place uses these things!!! When its missing, other items on top of the box push down onto the pizza, and all the hot melted toppings and cheese stick to the inside of the box. Why leave it out? They cost about 1p!! Given that this take away specialises in Pizzas, and even has the word Pizza in the title, this kind of service is completely unacceptable. Don't you guys understand that an entire night can be ruined from just one item missing or in an unacceptable condition? Movie planned... Friends party... Any event... Or even a MEDICAL ISSUE... Diabetics, often inject insulin before a meal. If someone had injected insulin, in anticipation of a meal arriving, that person would need to either accept the less than acceptable meal, or replace it with a sugary drink. The list goes on.... Its really simple.... STOP MESSING UP YOUR JOB... FIRE NEGLIGENT STAFF... OFFER HIGHER PAY TO ATTRACT STAFF WITH BETTER WORK ETHICS... There is a gap in the market for RELIABLE fast food.. If you dont provide the service expected and paid for, people will take their money else where... A replacement arrived 24 minutes after phoning through. The replacement was fine. It was a different delivery driver. The delivery driver refused to take back the unacceptable Pizza, when presented with it at the door.

Excellent pizzas and service. Wide variety of pizzas to choose from. Made of good quality ingredients Good value for money. Prices are very reasonable for the size. Very punctual delivery within the time frame they give by pleasant delivery people. By far one of the best, if not the best, pizza place in the whole area. Highly recommended.
