Costa Coffee in Carmarthenshire

Took staff about 5 minutes to acknowledge I had been waiting in the queue, despite them walking past me frequently - I only expect a “won’t be a second”. Finally took my order. Barely anywhere to sit as staff hadn’t cleared tables. Then, once sat, finally, they gave me a dirty spoon. Guess I’m seeing Starbucks next time

Came through the drive through 10 mins ago. 2 x latte. One with 1 shot. First no 1 shot brought was given a cold adapted original watered down with cold milk or water. Unable to drink no telephone number as message said permantly closed. Not happy at all

Amazing atmosphere, perfect coffee

You know what you're going to get at a Costa, and i love the coffee. Be aware that in all "drive-throughs" the cars take priority, so you can find your self waiting for service. Parking is easy, the staff friendly. The seated area is large and not often full, but it can get busy. My favorite Costa in Llanelli, with a wide selection of food to accompany your coffee.

It was a deduction, after 7 pm, there were many empty tables. Quiet and calm

I've called at this costas a number of times since its opened. Not sure what the situation is but in recent weeks the service has been very slow waiting at least 20mjns to get served in the sit down area. Definitely needs more staff..tables cluttered with uncleared tables. Management need to sort this chain up. Won't be coming again

Fast and efficient clean with friendly staff

Cannot comment on food/drink as i was not permitted to order. Entirely ridiculous that in this day and age dogs are not allowed in coffee shops, even when I explained to the barista that I had nowhere to tie him up hence I had to come in with my dog I was refused service after standing in line for ~10 minutes. He is a teacup Yorkshire Terrier who was in my arm, on a leash. Multiple customers commented on how ludicrous it was that I was refused service and told I needed to leave, when I was simply planning on having a coffee after taking him out for a walk. Very disappointed with this and will not be returning, especially when I have never experienced a coffee shop that doesn’t allow well-behaved four legged pals to be held or just exist whilst ordering. Very outdated policy and I believe if you are going to not allow dogs in, at least have a safe place to tie them up for the time it will take to get a coffee.

So terrible place and they rips of with prices and charges to much just for frappe and hot drinks they need to stop ripping people off with frappes they always messing up orders with what we don’t like or likes they never does it correctly so maybe get new professional workers or shut them down

Love coming here on occasions as staff are always very polite and helpful. Reasons for my rating is because I travel a lot, and take my toy poodle with me most places. We eat in pubs, coffee shops etc and never get refused to let him in. Even as I walked away, 2 ladies told me that they are disappointed as they said they have tried with theirs in the past and don't get refused anywhere else. Come on Costa, when are we going to catch up with the times and allow the well behaved four legged friends in? There are seats outside granted, but it way too cold this time of year. Please reconsider. Many thanks

Just not enough seating area, otherwise great.

Always call here as a break from shopping.Enjoy a latte for myself and an ice coffee for my wife together with a gluten free brownie lovely.

We love stopping mid shop for a coffee. This little Costa is always clean, friendly, service is great but it can be busy inside. There is seating outside too if you have a coat and don't mind the elements

First time in this Costa, how nice to have plenty of space,unlike the others in the same area( something to look at perhaps) will go back there. And recommend it to friends also staff very friendly.

My regular Costa. Staff are super friendly and efficient. The atmosphere of the cafe is by far nicer than Starbucks across the way. It's warmer, more welcoming and family friendly. Usually very clean and tables get cleared, and cleaned pretty quickly.

Aggressive visitors who pull out the handles in the toilet and do not allow you to go to the toilet properly. Make another toilet.

1 piece of butter for a slice of toast, not enough so asked for a 2nd piece of butter I was told its 10 pence what a joke, we pay enofor the toast would expect enough butter, toast wasn't as nice, as not enough butter. This is the only costa that charges more
