We had a really lovely meal at the Bay Horse - including an amazing pie! Great food, dog friendly and a warm welcome. This was perfect for us 👍

If u order anything but pizza, they get ur order wrong , either a meal missing or the sauce, , only ordered 3 items and they can’t even get that right , a mixed kebab came with plenty of Donna meat but only 3 pieces of small chicken , and half the size that it normally used be yet they charge the same price , , this is on continuous occasions after repeating the order back and forth, still items missing, I stopped ordering for a while because of this , thought I’d give them another try , but still nothing has changed

WARNING AVOID the order was cold greasy and half of my order was missing vile food never again will I order from there

Poppped in here for some food with my daughter this evening around 5pm, the staff are great but some of the locals in there are shocking. Old guy on the next table thought it was ok to tell me and my daughter to finish our food and f&£k off after we dared to sit in the bar area for food. Don’t think he liked it when he was confronted about it in front of his friends, but continued to be rude, attitude was disgusting from the moment he walked in the bar. Im sure most of the locals are great, but people like him give the place a bad name, thinks he’s entitled because he’s a regular in there. Safe to say they won’t be getting my custom again!

Every single time I have ordered from Sun Kong there has always been something missed off my order. We haven’t ordered for months & our usual Chinese takeaway (China Express) was shut tonight so we decided to try Sun Kong again. Surprise surprise once I got my order home we had some sides missing!! When I rung to let them know there was no apology or offer to drop them off, I was told to go pick them up or get them next time. There will be no next time. The food is quite nice but not nice enough to order from here again. China Express is a million times better, amazing food & better value for money!

Some of these reviews are a nonsense... Pj fish and chips are the nicest around, beautiful batter fish, which is normally a large piece and the chips are lovely... Never had a bad meal... It's my go to chippy and I live in Wakefield

The young dark haired girl who now works in fuzzy Eds has made it a better place to visit! She’s passionate and very friendly. Cos of her we will be back. I’m going to book my sons party here

Great chicken Balti curry with onion bhajis and garlic naan whilst my fiancée ordered a bbq chicken pizza. Really friendly driver, food was piping hot on delivery, arrived within 30 mins. Highly recommend and we will be ordering again

Just moved into the area and ordered donner kebabs x2 and Not knowing how massive they were ! My god the large kebabs are HUGE ! So fresh and hot (Didn't have to put in thee microwave to warm it up ) Cooked fresh ! Only downfall was a 1 hour wait ... butbthats a Good sign ... we would definitely recommend this place and will return (but order a medium kebab next time 🤣🙈

Worst service ever. I was at the bar with my son and he asked to buy a pint of carling for a disabled lady at our table who couldn't get to the bar. I was told to 'F&ck off' by the bar maid and had my card thown back at me for adding an extra drink to my order. I appreciate they are busy but I'm over 50 years old and have never met such an obnoxious human being in the service industry. I gave the disabled lady my pint then me, my son and his friends walked out never to return.

Hideous barmaid looks about 70 but dresses and acts like she's 17. She can't even pour a drink properly. Music is from about 50 years ago. Used to like it before new management took over, It used to be a nice family pub, but they've ruined it. Dire experience. Do not recommend.

Sunday lunch Was very disappointed by the fact that the roast potatoes were clearly a famous aunties finest . Apart from that meal was nice . Need to do better

I had ordered a cake for my sons 21st in November. always ordered from creative cakes previously and never had a problem. This time unfortunately Pat was in hospital so could not deliver. I was told night before by her daughter this was the case and was told I would get my £60 deposit back that day so sent bank details , she was extremely sorry….after many messages to and fro I am still waiting and its now January for my deposit. . Now my messages are being ignored completely, was told by daughter Pat is on the mend and was meant to be out of hospital before Christmas. At least don’t ignore my messages. All I want is my money back for the goods that were not delivered. Is that so bad? I had to find and pay for another cake within a day, terrible customer experience. Don’t order or you’ll be scammed
