Pizza Lord in Leeds

Just moved into the area and ordered donner kebabs x2 and Not knowing how massive they were ! My god the large kebabs are HUGE ! So fresh and hot (Didn't have to put in thee microwave to warm it up ) Cooked fresh ! Only downfall was a 1 hour wait ... butbthats a Good sign ... we would definitely recommend this place and will return (but order a medium kebab next time 🤣🙈

I have ordered takeaway Pizza from here many times and it has always been great tasting, hot and fresh. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area

We have been using this takeaway for approx 15 years and was always special! NOT NOW I think it must have changed hands. Food missing from order paid £10 for a pizza which was disgusting. Hardly any topping and that soggy you couldn’t pick it up, with the crust been so chewy you couldn’t eat it. We ordered 2 kebabs. The meat was very undercooked and really thick so yes this went in the bin. I called up to complain and was told there was nothing wrong with the pizza has he’d made it himself! Said he’d send a driver back with the fries. We wanted the fries with our food not as a dessert. All in all our bill was £30 and the majority of the food went in the bin. Totally disappointed as we have always rated this place and unfortunately that now was our last order! I also want to add this is not the first time Food has been missing, just wondering how many other people they do it to??

Absolutely vile!!! Haven't used them in a while and ordered from there tonight! Obviously changed hands. Ordered garlic bread pronto - was like cardboard and hardly any onions and cheese! Ordered mixed chicken and kebab meat with no pitta bread but came with their version of a pitta bread which was in actual fact a PIZZA BASE!! Left it all as was absolutely HORRENDOUS!!!

Worst cold food ever. Weve waited over 2 hours for delivery, when the food turned up it was cold, the chips had no potato in them, the donner meat was over cooked and cold. Will not be ordering from here again.

Tonight we ordered from lord pizza like we would normally do and was first annoyed that we couldn’t order the chicken wrap like we normally could do as it wasn’t on the menu and normally this is done with no problems, then was told this chicken tikka wrap would come with salad and garlic sauce and it came without either and was dry and burnt, we rang back as we ordered this with chips. We were rudely addressed by someone on the phone and told it doesn’t come with chips but we ordered it with chips! This is what we order every time, they were very rude on the phone and this is not the first time they have been very rude too us and it is not the first time an order has been delivered wrong! I think it is going to get to the point where we do not visit anymore, very rude staff that can not deal with a busy Saturday night!

We've used lord pizza for 20 years, never once had a problem until last night. Our order was paid for online and never arrived and when we rang to chase it up were told I had taken it in which I clearly didn't. They refused to talk further as shop was at this point closing and then they hung up on me then phone line was constantly engaged. Today I've called to try sort this out and get our money back to be told we took the food, we are lying and we are now banned from the take away we have used for 20 years without a problem. This has left me very sad, angy and disappointed! Not the service I expected at all from them unfortunately.

Me & My wife have ordered from here a few times, once the food was cold it took them that long to deliver. I have ordered using their app only to ring up after an hour and a half to find that they hadn't even begun to make my order. Once the order took 2 & 1/2 hours to arrive. The last time we ordered on just eat being informed that the order would take an hour & 40, after ring on the hour & 45 mark was told that the order was on it's way I asked how long the man on the other end said 10 minutes then Hung up rudely! We are still waiting for the order to this day. Their customer service is terrible to say the least. Will never order from them again!!!

Avoid like the plague worst preparer cooked and delivered pizza chips and onion rings ive ever had. My tea ended up being a double Decker from vending machine. Save your money or go elsewhere

Ordered pizza for the first time from here and it was fab. Will definitely order again. Extensive menu to order from and delivery was within 40 mins as told at the time of ordering. Nice one

This was the worst takeaway I have ever eaten, took an hour and an half to deliver. the garlic bread was flat cold and burnt, chips under cooked and I couldn't even eat my kebab as im allergic to onion and when I asked for no salad I was completely ignored and my kebab was covered in onions! I will NEVER here or recommend it to anyone ever again!!!

Never had a bad meal from here. Best pizzas and kebabs around by far. Their garlic mayo is amazing! Keep up the good work guys!

Love the pizzas from this place but service shocking at times. For the second time they have forgotten one of my pizzas we only ordered 3 but got 2. When I asked the guy where the other one was all he said was... Well you haven't been charged for it... I don't mind paying for them if they would actually come. In future will order via just eat so I have proof of what I've ordered..

I've been coming here for years on end, and for a takeaway the food is about as fresh and healthy as you can get. The meats are good quality and the chefs and owner will go out of their way (if they have the time/not in rush hour) to cater to specific demands, which no other place I had visited does. Purely one of the best service and pizzas all round

He usado este para llevar los últimos 15 incluso 20 años. A finales de Noviembre pedí 7 pizzas y varios lados para fiesta de cumpleaños de mis hijos. Llegaron rápidamente, eran de muy buena calidad como siempre y el propietario celebró en algunos extras como pan de ajo y salsas una delicia para nosotros sin cargo extra. Lo bueno es que? ! Es por eso que este negocio es exitoso. Gran pizza a un precio estupendo. Estoy contento.

have been using lord pizza for years as have all my family! no other pizza takeaway comes close and they are perfect EVERY time!

I've only ever had pizza from here so can't comment on the rest of the menu but the pizzas are spot on for a takeaway, far better than dominoes at half the price.

Lovely tandoori chicken thin pizza with fries and some onion bhajis. Delicious as always, never disappointed and very generous portions without being overpriced.

Working around the area, I have visited pizza Lord a few times. They always get the food out to you as quickly as possible but with great care. The pizzas are let down by the cheap cheese that leaves the pizza not tasting great. The kebabs are good from here and the staff will make any combination of pizza topping you want. I'd recommend the place for the speed of food production but it is let down by the cheese.

This place is ok for takeaway it is not a restaurant, pizza is good and chicken kebab. Delivery a little slow but worth a pizza

Been using Lord Pizza for years. Does great pizza and good burgers too plus lots more on menu. Exactly as you would expect and not expensive. Delivers really speedily and food always hot.

We have used Lord Pizza for over 15 years. The food is cooked fresh and taste amazing. I would not use any other Pizza take away.

If we are ordering a takeaway Lord Pizza is our favourite. Thank you to the friencly gentleman that answers the telephone & ensures my kebabs are well done, the delivery driver & other members of staff for producing tasty pizzas & kebabs.

I am not a fan of take away Pizza shops however this is the exception. The food is always hot and well cooked and I know the topping are fresh as I watch them prepping.Home delivery is also good.

Overall, I like this place for Pizzas and Kebabs. As we like the Kebabs, we come here no more than once a month. We often order thin pizzas and kebab meat and fries. The pizzas here are good value. I enjoy these. The base and meats are good but the cheese does have a bit of a strange flavour.The kebabs are a generous portion.This is good takeaway standard food. If you want your pizza and kebab fix, this is a good option.
