The best restaurants serving Default food in Elland Calderdale Yorkshire and The Humber

Seems like an ancient grade 2 listed building with stone mullion windows and large outdoor garden for kids to run wild in. Worth a stop but in need of some TLC in places. Beers ok. Didn't eat. Staff friendly.

Absolute banging best cafe in ellland by far

The best Pizza & Cheesy chips in hakifax by a mile, no exception. I have been to dozens of takeaways and pretty much exhausted just eat and nobody comes close. This isn't a claim I make lightly. Check my past reviews/ratings from up and down the country to confirm I am not a bot and owe nothing to this establishment, merely speaking the truth. We were Visiting my brother for a few days and on our last night decided not to cook. We were recommended Kai's by his next door neighbour. Rang the order in, duck dish, chicken wings, prawn toast & a special fried rice, we were told ready in 1/4 of an hour. Very efficient service. We shared all the dishes and had a mix and match. The food was hot and very flavoursome. We were a little confused with the chicken wings they seemed more like strips of pork, but whatever tasty. We received a complimentary bag of prawn crackers. I would recommend if your wanting a quick fix meal for our above order it was £25.

Recently had some food and it was beautiful, Allhamullilah. Lovely staff and will definitely be coming back.

I've never been to this Takeaway before but I'll definitely be going again!! There's some very good Asian food sellers locally but this one has to be in my personal Top 10. I just wanted a bit of a bigger snack on the way home, came across this quite small shop so went in. De.....lic....ious!! !! Many thanks from a new convert ! The fish is to die for, red hot and crispy 😋 👌 😍 xx

Really friendly staff and nice food

After going here for over 25 years never again. Poor customer service, prioritise the online orders and ignore face to face customers. 4 staff in the shop and was ignored by all bar 1. The service has been steadily going down hill and tonight was the last straw. Such a shame as I like to support small local businesses who need the support.

Excellent customer service from Holly in the cafe this morning. She totally exceeded my expectations and it was clear how was she the same with other customers. Even something as simple as being honest about the strength of the teabags. So many cafes will only give you one tea bag but I was told that if the tea was too weak then take another teabag.

Dinner during a weekday. Booked table for four. When we went there it was about six and we were seated in the pokey part of the restaurant...dark and we cannot see the menu as it was that dark. Food ...nothing to write about. Fish and chips...and others ordered the burgers with chicken. Usual fare for restaurants. More choices in the town centre...
