My company orders sandwiches from here pretty often. Always hot, tasty, and orders are correct. Lady over the phone is lovely too.

Very good food, always consistent. Recommend the chicken tikka and pizzas. Just remember to ask for the pizzas without the masalas on top.

We were Visiting my brother for a few days and on our last night decided not to cook. We were recommended Kai's by his next door neighbour. Rang the order in, duck dish, chicken wings, prawn toast & a special fried rice, we were told ready in 1/4 of an hour. Very efficient service. We shared all the dishes and had a mix and match. The food was hot and very flavoursome. We were a little confused with the chicken wings they seemed more like strips of pork, but whatever tasty. We received a complimentary bag of prawn crackers. I would recommend if your wanting a quick fix meal for our above order it was £25.

Got my food ordered a tower burger and It didn’t say spicy fillet but it came as a spicy fillet and then got half way through and seen this and was put of as it looks like it’s not even cooked properly 😥😢

We went in the staff were very friendly.The food was cooked nice and fresh amd bery tasty. We will be going again and again.

First time 🕰️ in 6 years of giving this place a go I can’t believe I have not called in before so thought I would treat myself to nearly a free fish n chips has I was zoned out forgot to pay but went back in my bad but yer a little wait just means every thing is being cooked no rush so i got to grab a nice bench just 5 min walk before I got to tuck into the box yer the chips were chunky nice taste also the fish was quality I can safely say the box was left empty I would definitely try or highly recommend a visit .

Really friendly staff and nice food

After going here for over 25 years never again. Poor customer service, prioritise the online orders and ignore face to face customers. 4 staff in the shop and was ignored by all bar 1. The service has been steadily going down hill and tonight was the last straw. Such a shame as I like to support small local businesses who need the support.

Excellent customer service from Holly in the cafe this morning. She totally exceeded my expectations and it was clear how was she the same with other customers. Even something as simple as being honest about the strength of the teabags. So many cafes will only give you one tea bag but I was told that if the tea was too weak then take another teabag.

Dinner during a weekday. Booked table for four. When we went there it was about six and we were seated in the pokey part of the restaurant...dark and we cannot see the menu as it was that dark. Food ...nothing to write about. Fish and chips...and others ordered the burgers with chicken. Usual fare for restaurants. More choices in the town centre...
