Came here for an amazing afternoon tea with a lovely friend. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Incredible voices of teas and the food was outstanding. Plenty left over for a doggy bag for the family. The aesthetics were so well thought out too. Cannot fault the food or the experience.

Excellent tasting menu great food . Chef tells the local story behind what inspired each course and how it was made which brings the food to life and makes for an entertaining evening . The passion and pride in the staff and the food is there for all to see . Small setting, we had 8 diners makes it very special . Good choice of very good award winning wine reasonably priced by the glass. Will be returning which says it all

Tried this place for the first time while visiting, really impressed on how clean and tidy the whole area was, the quality of the breakfast sandwiches for the price you pay was fantastic, staff where friendly and helpful too.

Stumbled on this restaurant in trying to find somewhere to sit down and eat in Stoke which is not easy. Despite suddenly realising we're in a buffet situation was very pleasantly surprised and excellent variety of dishes, with plenty of salad supports and healthy options. Very good service too.

Whatever is going on here? Abysmal service and a don't care at all attitude.Food very late, cols and tasteless. No way they would serve this to their grandparents

Decent food but if you live in a block of flats then avoid at all costs. Driver was arrogant, refused to come upstairs. Overall I'd recommend Aladins up the road 😀

Can’t go wrong with a Titanic pub. Don’t think I’ve been in a bad one. Been into The Greyhound a few times now and always pleasant bar staff on. Plum Porter was just incredible again!
