What a treat it was to visit this wonderful little stall. Lydia, the lady who served us was lovely and friendly and took the time to explain how the gelatos are made. I tried a few and they were delicious. The banana is so flavoursome but my favourite has to be the raspberry. As we had already eaten we didn’t get to try the artisan breads an coffees, but there will be a next time! Well worth a visit. 😊

Only popped in for a coffee, but it was lovely and the service was quick and friendly. Chilled and comfortable atmosphere, I would definitely go back either socially, or a change from working from home!!

Today was my wife's 70th Birthday. The Pods at Trentham was an amazing venue. We booked the Pod with Emma and the process was easy and straightforward. Emma was very professional. The food was very good and worth every penny. All our guests enjoyed every morsel. The service was exceptional and a credit to the Pods was Arisotle. Aris was outstanding and exceeded beyond the call of duty. We will definitely book the Pods again and would highly recommend.

Came across this place today and thought we’d give it a try and boy am I glad we did. Service was excellent and welcoming and the food was great, fresh , very tasty and really well presented. This really was like being in Rhodes or any restaurant in Greece or it’s islands Excellent

The food was tasty and satisfying.

I visited here with my mum who is in a wheelchair. The staff were really helpful finding us a suitable table. It was very busy. The food and coffee were lovely,even my mum agreed (which is a big ask,my mum never likes anything 😁). The ladies work really hard and are very friendly. The atmosphere is lovely. I will definitely recommend to friends.

This place looks lovely, inviting,the staff are very welcoming. We ordered a takeaway, expecting it to be as delicious as we'd heard. Unfortunately, my chicken balti, apart from being very salty, tasted nothing like a Baltic, more like a bland basic curry. My partner had the chicken tikka, he said the same, salty, not at all like any chicken tikka he'd ever tasted( not in a good way either). Even the garlic coriander naan bread tasted strange, and again, salty. Won't be in a hurry to return I'm afraid to say.

Very disappointed with my recent visit here. Had to wait a very long time for our drinks,had to wait even longer for starters & then there was an even longer wait for our mains. The reason is because this restaurant prioritises online orders. Time & again Deliveroo or Ubereats people were coming in to collect orders that were all stacked up in the kitchen area. Meanwhile the people in the restaurant who had gone out if their way to come here were made to wait. Several people around us complained,nobody seemed to be happy & everyone just looked fed up with the poor service. You need to do better & whoever is managing this place needs to step up & put the people sat in the restaurant first!

Our family were enjoying ourselves when another family came in four adults and two children. These people were having drinks at the bar and served at the table obviously being the worse for wear and were arguing amongst themselves. Upon leaving we witnessed a female member of the family speaking to a young waitress in a manner that can only be described as abusive and were also swearing at her. When it appeared that another woman intervened we thought probably a manager, it would be under estimating it to say we were shocked to hear her apologising to the abusive woman for what was her reprehensible behaviour. An apology should have been to the other people present who had to witness what was tantamount to abuse of a person doing their job. Needless to say it will be some considerable time before we consider visiting this establishment again.

I am absolutely disgusted! My mum complained earlier about the fact that you advertise nearly everywhere that you do gluten free and as she’s coeliac this is of a high importance! Her complaint was gaslighted by the owner who denied her experience! Absolutely shocking! My sister picked up a menu to which there was a symbol for gluten free but it was not next to any food on the menu! Me and my sister went in to ask and the person we spoke to didn’t know (which if you’re going to advertise it everywhere, employees should know) and so she asked another person who said the chips are but are they’re cooked in the same fryer as onion rings! That is not gluten free! THAT IS CROSS CONTAMINATION AND VERY DANGEROUS! I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!

Walked in and ordered a drink...no issues. Asked for a portion of sausage roll...which was on display in the counter next to the bar....but under cling film...to be told "Sorry Kitchen is closed" 😂 Wasn't asking for a meal, just to reach under the cling film and get a piece of sausage roll, which might I add, was.....£4.50! Bizarre customer service! Then the staff stood there having a beer! Never right this place! Give a man his sausage roll and stop using cling film as a magical force field that cannot be penetrated after 10pm!! 1st and last time at BOD trentham!
