Great little real ale pub, good selection of real ales,ciders and gins. Very friendly landlord and locals. Good cheese & onion and ham cobs and lovely bloomers and tin loaves are sold on Thursdays.

Great pub and restaurant. Went in for breakfast today, friendly staff, the place looks great and has that proper pub vibe going on. Food was fantastic and they catered to my awkward mates requirements, can't fault them. Also, I mentioned the place my mum and she commented on how great the food is, especially the pie.

Best Chinese around. After our regular takeaway closed down, we decided to try the food from Jia Jin, not disappointed, we would choose this place over and over again. There are plenty of choices on the menu, food is excellent, staff make you feel welcome and you quickly become a regular.

We had two meals and four drinks the football was on so we Sat in the bar Spain V Germany

The café is small so probably best to book for a delicious Sunday lunch. This is home cooked by Rachel . It is lovely experience.

Great old pub, hopefully the coming refit will give it new lease of life. A sign outside saying "no sky sports here" would increase customer numbers greatly. As most folks can't think of anything worse to spoil a good pub.

Not much about the atmosphere rather just your simple fish and chips joint. Was my go to lunch place every day as I was working from Gnosall. The food was freshly cooked using fresh ingredients. The staff were always happy and welcomed me with a smile. I'd usually just get a meal deal that came with a generous portion of chips either kebab or fish and a drink. Was enough food for two actually.

We have been visiting the Boat Inn on and off for over 10 years as we visit Gnosall on our narrow boat travels. Whilst the management have changed a number of times fortunately the service and food standards have remained high. We did dine on this visit and both the food and drinks were excellent and the welcome warm.

My mother in law, Valerie Foster, had a lovely time at a friend’s anniversary celebration recently. She said that the service was brilliant and the food perfect . Hannah and her team did them all proud, so a “big thank you” She wouid thoroughly recommend The Royal Oak in Gnosall to friends and family.

We went for my mums surprise 65th birthday meal. I cannot fault anything about this pub. The food was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to do everything for us. Fab atmosphere. Highly highly recommend xx
