The best restaurants serving Default food in Forebridge Stafford West Midlands

I was new to the whole bubble tea scene, so I went in and asked about the drink and the woman behind the counter was very helpful when explaining what it actually is. Now when I bought one as after her description and explanation. I was very happy to give it a go and tied the Orange and Passion Fruit Mixed together and loved it. I would recommend if are wanting to try it. Overall a pleasurable experience.

We can't rate the quality of food or drinks as we did not stay. Upon arrival there were a couple of people in front of us queuing. Saturday afternoon, sun was out so busy. Not a problem, however service was really really slow, queue now getting ready bigger with several people behind. At this point the only bar person serving disappeared. Waited for what seemed like an eternity but no-one came back so we left.

We've been ordering take aways for 8 years now, so let's deal with the high points first.... Flavour...100% Service...100% Value for money ( exl. the naan)...100% Consistency....100% until recently.... So, in terms of their take away mains... absolutely faultless, tasty and good portions, spice level just to our liking. Every bit as good now as it was 8 years ago when we first ordered. So what has changed? The naan breads... they get smaller every year & yes I get that their costs go up bit but seriously? Surely their costs on the naan don't increase that much. But, it's not even the increased costs of the naan which are such a huge irritation and red flag for me... its the quality. We ordered several keema naan a few days ago with our family meal. A keema naan is supposed to be a naan stuffed with a filling....not so..... no filling, instead a wee bit of coloured something or other smeared over the upper side of the naan. Not saying it wasn't keema.... just saying that a smearing on top does not equate to a filling!! It looks like tomato paste on a pizza.... Perhaps this was a one off bad experience, hope so because honestly their take away food is absolutely gorgeous, second to none for taste, but please dont scrimp on the smaller less costly items to you because by doing so you're just spoiling our feeling of value for money which is a shame because you're so good at the rest. But for the naan debacle, I'd have given you a 10 star rating.

The chicken here is so good and full of flavour. I think we have ordered most of the menu now. The burrito boxes are huge and great for take away and everything is always packaged perfectly. I really love this place and as others have said it’s Stafford hidden gem. Go eat there :) or order take out.

Best Salt and Pepper chicken / chips I've had in a long time and at publishing cost £8.50 for both in a box. Proper job thanks again right by a popular venue in Stafford, 2/3 mins walk from the station

Love what they have done with Kenny’s bat second visit since december. I did promise a young man i would leave a review and forgot as i was drunk which he reminded me in my second visit lol.Which is service was great on both occasions i just apologise i have forgotten his name so his boss could give him a high 5 or extra bonus 😀 cocktails brilliant price and taste amazing the new darts area was great so much fun and something different as well as the shuffle bored. This is great for not just a date night but with friends, family and group events well worth the money and it’s something fun

Always a good choice of beers on offer and bar snacks, check out the pork pies rolls and scratchings. Friendly staff. Proper pub !

Food itself was not an issue apart from one part of our order was missing and that was one of the dessert’s. I rang up and a lady answered the phone and I rang up to explain there was an item missing from our order, she said she couldn’t hear first time so I repeated what I said and her response was “are you even speaking English? Repeat please” Now that’s when I started to get angry due to the disrespect and rudeness I received on the phone I was not happy with the service I received from that woman. I think more customer service training should be put in place for dealing with phone requests or the woman on the phone needs to be spoken to about basic customer service.

Vivere is a little hidden gem, due to not being on the high street but still easy to get to. It’s a great place for a meal, there was a good variety and choice of food and it was all excellent. The service was great, lovely meal was had by all.

Absolutely awful. So ordered the Special mix Jalfrezi sizzler, the waiter didn't have a clue, couldn't speak English, the wife pointed it out on the menu as the sizzler which she has had for over 25 years being one of the first customers on their first night..... out comes a dish completely different.... not even contained the ingredients mentioned... she went out of her way with the new staff to make sure they understood but no.. so only ordering two curries, no poppadoms, no starters, it took over 45 minutes. In that time there were two ladies on puddings and only one take away. The chicken madras come out flooded with oil... the chicken was clearly old tasted awful, the rice was clearly from days ago and microwaved lumps and even sone of the lumps looked like it was corners of a take away cartoon. Guys... this dreadful and not one person of staff for an empty restaurant with three of you on service didn't even come and ask if it was okay.. left over 50% of meal, paid and left.

Visited with family for Christmas drinks. Ordered prosseco. Given small bottles as they don't have large bottles. Both prosseco glasses dirty - Lipstick around the rim of glasses. Asked for a clean glass. The waiter arrived with another glass which was "chipped" on the stem. He apologised for this but stated it was the only other prosseco glass they had!!! No atmosphere. Scruffy establishment and expensive. They seriously need to up their game to stay in business.

Had a delicious lunch here with 3 friends. The dumplings were phenomenal, egg and tomato soup was delicious and the pork noodles were fantastic. Great oolong tea too! Would highly recommend Min’s if you fancy tasty traditional Chinese food - definitely a refreshing break from the usual Stafford restaurants!

We visited on a Saturday night, booked a table fairly late, but they got us in. Service was excellent, very attentive. Food ordered, they didn’t rush us in between courses, which was great and the food was lovely.
