Premier Pizza in Stafford

Food itself was not an issue apart from one part of our order was missing and that was one of the dessert’s. I rang up and a lady answered the phone and I rang up to explain there was an item missing from our order, she said she couldn’t hear first time so I repeated what I said and her response was “are you even speaking English? Repeat please” Now that’s when I started to get angry due to the disrespect and rudeness I received on the phone I was not happy with the service I received from that woman. I think more customer service training should be put in place for dealing with phone requests or the woman on the phone needs to be spoken to about basic customer service.

Delivery driver must have been frustrated because he couldn't find my building, even with clear instructions. After him phoning me 3 times. I managed to guide him here. Upon opening the pizza box, it was obvious the food had been tampered with. The pizza was cold and screwed up, and it looks like it’s been poked in several places. The pizza box was completely undamaged. Unlike other food places, there isn't any stickers or anything stopping their drivers from messing with your food.

Great pizza! And the deal that we got was amazing. The cheese was nice and thick and the crusts were great.

Everything was burned never order from use again

I've been ordering for a very long time from just eat. So far I've never written a single rewiew nor bad, nor good. But that pizza is so ffffingerlicking delicious 😋 so I have to. Also arrived quickly and hot 🔥 and restaurant service was very friendly and polite. Thank you! Definitely will be ordering again.

I have ordered many times from perfect pizza, they always do excellent pizza, deliver it early and nail the order every time. Many restaurants in stafford seem to bodge orders on occasion but perfect pizza are head and shoulders in their consistency and flavour.

Had a special offer where it was by 1 pizza get one fir £1.99 yet I got charged £2.99 there is know £1.99 pizza

Restaurant didn’t notify me that there was an extra charge for delivery until they rang later to charge me £2 Then when the driver arrived my drink had been spilt and he had to go grab another one My pizza will be cold when it arrives I’m very disappointed I used to be a usual customer and came back and it’s not the same Unfortunately won’t be ordering again

Poor quality pizza, small and tasteless

only received one drink instead of the two I ordered. did not receive the dip I ordered, this is the 3rd time of not receiving my full order.

wanted this order so we could eat as a family when i got back from work but no notice was taken to the delivery time i asked for so i ate cold soggy pizza alone

Pizza was excellent, highly recommend. Chips we ordered were inedible though, so stick to ordering what they're good at and you'll be awesome.

There was a problem with the driver finding our house, but the customer service from the restaurant was excellent and problem was quickly resolved. The food was delicious and will definitely be ordering again.

Awful pizza, ate one slice and binned the rest. Cheese was complete rubber it’s like it had been microwaved. Won’t be ordering again. Highlight was the chicken bites and Pepsi at least

Food is normally okay however my partner ordered a pizza and requested the onions to be removed this was ignored and he received his pizza with onions young girl on the phone was very unhelpful and got her manager/supervisor who was very rude and didn’t offer an apology or a fresh pizza

Food is usually perfect as with delivery but on this occasion my pizza arrived with onions on after asking for it without then the restaurant would not send out new pizza and the members of staff i spoke to were not helpful at all

I usually get a great pizza, but my BBQ chicken looked and tasted lime a margarita with a BBQ sauce base

order from this restaurant before and never had any problems.This time my order is over 30 minutes late. I phoned up and never even got an apology about the order being late or even a freebie to make up fpr the lateness.

Great food only web site said 18:30 got here by 19:10 but over all all good :)

Just not great food pizza was soggy base and the 2 very different ones we ordered tasted the same.

An excellent meal deal which was very tasty and delivered early.

Great pepperoni pizza. The base was thin, as advertised, and they weren’t stingy with the cheese. A little more pepperoni would have made it perfect. It was filled right up to the edge of the pizza.

Beats all the High Street Chains like Domino's and Pizza Hut etc etc

I payed by PayPal and i paid them cash vaise i had a drink last night told them to keep the change but only relised today when ive ordered from there tonight

The food was terrible. None of the sides were even cooked, and it doesn’t take 5 mins to cook potatoes or cheese.. disgusting food.

Nice tasting pizza, however was left disappointed by the amount of ham which was an extra for £1.10 only 4 small squares on the pizza, definitely not worth the additional charge.

Food is always superb, but today I requested a 7.15 delivery and the food was delivered before 6pm. It caused us some inconvenience because we were not ready to eat at that time and had to keep the pizza in the oven for over an hour

The cheesy garlic bread is the best around, pizza was nice and tasty. Loved it!

I think this is one of the best independent pizza places in Stafford. Pizzas ordered were Hawaiian Dream and Double Pepperoni.

Chilli cheese bites were the best !!!

After placing and confirming my order I was called by the company to be told there was an extra charge for my delivery and without agreeing to pay the delivery driver directly I would not receive my order not a great way to do business !!!

A belated review, but these guys are good. Pizza stayed warm and toppings were good. Nothing more needs to said. Will certainly collect again.

Love the pizza here, thin crust corriander chilli chicken is the one. The side orders leave alot to be desired though. Always have great online deals too

Ordered for the any pizza any size offer. Family and I were enjoying our pizza until I found a hair in a slice most way through. I called and initially spoke to a very sympathetic lady who wanted to help and said she would speak to her manager. I then received a call from a person I could barely understand to be told they are coming to pick up the pizza before they can refund. (Understandable, and I didn’t want another pizza after that experience). After collection from another very apologetic delivery driver, I received a phone call from a 3rd person. He firstly said that it can’t have been cooked with it on as it wasn’t burnt, although it was clearly melted into some cheese. The person then insinuated I had placed it there myself. Totally incorrect and rude. I said that it wasn’t possible to be anyone in my houses hair as we all have long hair, he then said that “you’d be surprised what people would do to get a refund”. It really wasn’t about the £13 but more the fact it shouldn’t have happened. After having to defend myself, the person said I would have my refund in 3-5 working days and put the phone down. 10 days later I’m still waiting for refund. Initially it wasn’t about the money but now it is. Disgusting customer service and first and last time I will order from there.

Ordered from Stafford branch twice now and both times been great. Pizza full of toppings and delicious. Always have great deals on. Our new regular pizza place from now on

Always used these guys for either delivery and collection on orders got for my family of 6. We have never had a bad experiance or bad pizza/sides from the stafford branch.

The food from here is always delicious, great prices and speedy, friendly service! Highly recommend!

These pizzas are absolutely lovely. The base is nice and thin, plenty of topping and super tasty. Beats Pizza Hut and Domino’s. Delivery time as predicted by Just eat app.

Ordered from here tonight and told 45 -60 minute wait, no problem - 80 mins later the pizza is delivered ( we live 5 mins round the corner ) ordered pizza with toppings however might aswell have ordered a margarita pizza !!! One topping missing and the others minimal !! Think they must have run out of the toopings we requested 😔 - on the whole we were very disappointed as we don’t have pizza very often it’s a treat when we do but this was no treat 😔 !!!!

Not impressed! Pizza's were very salty! Sides were very poor too!- Chicken drumticks/wings were very salty! Garlic bread was a small garlic roll! Potato wedges were dry and very small amount in box! I will not be ordering again!! What a waste of £25.00p! 👎😠😤

These can be a little bit more pricey than the others at times but I've always had a decent pizza from there. Great base and tomato sauce ( not too herby like some) and the cheese filled crust doesn't taste of garlic! Yey!

It was lovely but there was so much cheese. I sound fickle but we couldn't taste the pizza sauce as it was barely there! Other than that it was nice. But more sauce with the cheese

OMG what a great bargain & both pizza's were first class, from the way they were cooked, to all the correct fillings. Freshly made & we didn't wait too long either, will defo be ordering from here again & highly recommended.

I ordered a special deal to feed four, but I didn't receive the wedges and wings etc .. Just got the pizzas. Check your order !!!

I am not happy as when I used the app to order I selected delivery and it was put down as collection! This has now put me out of pocket and I can't see any chance of getting a refund from just eat! This is the second time I have been screwed by just eat and it's local service providers, I am beyond disappointed and won't be using either just eat or this restaurant again. When I was called by a staff member from the restaurant I was offered no solution to rectify the problem. Simply told I couldn't have my food. Disgusted with all service!
