We got a late booking at the property for a table of 9 for 2hrs as a favour as some of the family eat there on a regular basis. We perused the menu with some people going for banquet style and some starters and main.The food was excellent and quality prepared in a prompt manner. The portions were large and extremely tasty.The highlights were Satay chicken skewers for starters and sizzling fillet Steak for mains although all the dishes served were excellent. We had a couple rounds of drinks each and all thoroughly enjoyed it.

Very disappointed with the quality of the food served tonight. We ordered food fairly early in the evening. When we opened the food the chips were clearly old … probably reheated from lunchtime service… all shrivelled and dry. Also ordered a large portion for a family of 5 to share. I have had larger small portions in other places. Perhaps with a lock of local competition standards seemed to have dropped?!

We’ve been using Mings as our go to Chinese Takeaway for years now. We have our favourite dishes and we generally stick to these. We’ve never been let down and enjoy what we choose. We’ve looked at some of the negative reviews and being honest we don’t recognise the same place. We always give credit where it’s due. Mings is our favourite take away and as long as it stays the same it will always be so.

This place was so bad I was ill for days, I had this take away over 2 weeks ago and have only just gained the strength to put in this review. The night I had their chicken balls I was on the toilet with diarrhea and i was puking my guts out for FOUR hours. And then for 2 weeks i was in hospital. The chicken was raw and the batter was disgusting. I would not recommend especially if you have children or wanna keep healthy.

This was our first time order from Lucky Star at Market Drayton. The order was complete, food really tasty and kept warm, good portions, plenty of prawns and chicken, not just tonne of sauce, I liked that the half a duck came already prepared and we were also given free bottle of coke and prawn crackers.

Ordered 2 decaffeinated coffees. They hadn't any decaffeinated. Ordered 2 flat whites Eventually served 2 ordinary coffees. They were so strong you could have stripped paint with them. Charged £6 . We won't be visiting again

A real gem. Pub restaurant was beautifully clean with decor to match. From the moment our party of 4 arrived the staff were attentive and left nothing to chance. Service impeccable, portion sizes excellent and food delicious. All very reasonably priced. Will definitely be visiting again.

We come here at least once a week for our breakfast, as usual this visit was extremely pleasant, the food and drinks came quickly and was presented to us with a friendly smile from the staff. The Eggs Benedict was gorgeous, lovely Ham and lots of it, Two runny poached eggs, cooked to perfection and lovely Hollandaise Sauce.. well done to all the staff both front and rear of house. We’ll be back!

Well,well, try and get better than this Sunday lunch, hot plates, hot food ,this team are certainly going in the right direction ,this was a treat from my wife for my birthday, keep this standard up, and this will be our regular Sunday lunch.

Has really gone down hill twice I’ve been there recently and they forget to bring some of the order out when u ask they don’t bother sorting it will be going elsewhere from now on this is definitely one of the cafes they should shut down

Came to the coopers arms for the fish and the batter was proper crispy and tasted amazing. Hopefully there will be more on the menu when we next visit though 😄

Jacob johnston is the only good thing about this place. I also really really really dont like pepperoni passion.......
