Costa Coffee in Shropshire

Lady on the till no idea what to do. This food doesn't worth the money.

Coffee was nice. Staff and service was polite and efficient. Room seemed cold and lacking atmosphere. Returned and much improved.

5 stars for the staff: service is professional and excellent; - sometimes the acoustics make disruptive echoes but apart from that it's the best Costa I have ever been in.

Food unhealthy tbh but coffee good, staff are ace 😉

Used this place for a business meeting. A good spot with sockets to plug into. Tables a little small but I’ll use it again.

Fab helpful staff , got the door for me as my hands were full , nothing was too much trouble . . Think someone needs to pressure washer outside as its looking tired ..everything else is fine .

Great staff if smewhat overwhelmed at peak times

This morning was an unusual early start for me and my two kids so we thought we would pop into Costa, the young lady who served us was so kind, warm and welcoming, I just want to say again thank you for your kindness xxxxxxxxl

I love my local branch as the staff are lovely and are able to cope with the rush hour business challenges like true professionals. Also they make time to chat to their regular customers which is great. I'm a big fan & always clear my tray to help them. They keep this branch spotless. Lovely staff very polite and work very well great team spirit

Large family group met for coffee and hot chocolate. We enjoyed the flavoured hot chocs and lattes.
