Best chip shop in the area. Staff are friendly and helpful, food is always fresh and never disappoints. Portion sizes are big and prices are good for the quality of the food and service you are getting. Definitely recommend!

Food great.but the man who takes orders over phone so rude .I wanted to pay on card he said haven't.you got cash .moaned about taking details put some one more friendly and can use card machine.

I had my daughter's wedding there really on the 26th April 2025 and it was gorgeous they gave the best service food was on point , newly refurbished

I’ve been coming to the Church Tavern for many years. The cheese burger spring rolls is my new favourite go-to starter, such a great way to start your dinner. Thank you for always providing me such great meals over the years, will continue to be a regular for many more to come 😄

awful, awful, soup so slimey it clung to the bowl!! no flavour. rice.. not fried pale and lumpy, no taste...yuksung veg no taste.. starter combo!! ribs so dry they were like wood! chicken wings so pale and overcooked.. wonton like crisps..I never even tried the sesame toast and rolls.. some slimey red sweet sauce ( not even sure what that was) curry sauce, cold gloopy no taste...worse food for ages! waste of money... it's in the bin! what we tried made us feel ill.. we had to take gaviscon......don't do it... ibused to love the good from here... NOT NOW!!!

Got a deal on just eat which looked too good to be true and it was, if you enjoy cold food and not what is specified on the menu then this is the place for you, 2cold pizza’s,garlic bread,cold nuggets already coated in bbq sauce(almost seems reheated or returned),cold chips (would rather microwave chips) what a shambolic restaurant this is !!! Never mind my partner being heavily pregnant you had better hope we don’t take a trip to QE as you will see a case on your hands !!!!

Qué horror. No he probado comida así que no puedo comentar sobre la comida. La entrega nunca llegó después de una hora de retraso llamé a la persona que hablé inmediatamente agresivo. Me dijeron que sonó 5 veces que estaba sentado junto a mi teléfono. También me dijo que el conductor estaba en mi puerta mientras que en el teléfono no estaba en mi puerta. Se volvió más agresivo me dijeron y me dijeron que me fuera. Sólo pobre.
