Jade Garden in Birmingham

Excellent service and the food was of high quality.

Idk why jade garden only has 3.7 stars because the food is always good no matter how many times you order, u can never get bored of it. You might think that it doesn't taste great because it only has 3.7 stars but i tried another Chinese takeaway place which had 4.1 stars and it wasn't that nice compared to jade garden because with only eating the food for a couple of mins I didn't want to eat anymore but with jade garden I can eat and eat and eat without feeling bored of the food.

Struggled to find a decent Chinese in Brum since moving here 5 years ago, this is definitely my new place. Sirloin steaks are amazing, chips are always fresh. Lovely friendly staff and always beautiful high quality food whatever we order. Highly recommended

Last night was the first time I have ordered from here, very disappointing,no taste whatsoever, definitely the most bland curry ive ever eaten.

Sweet and sour beef Cantonese style was really crunch didn't taste like beef and all and the delivery driver was rude told him 1 moment at the window and he shook his head now that's rude

I ordered a takeaway last night off you your spring rolls was lovely your chicken was nice but my two special curry's was cold .no flavour or Chinese taste at all I was very disappointed 😞 that's why I'm writing this review

My 80 year old mother ordered food from here after hour and half didn't turn up she rang them back to receive verbal abuse of the operator and the phone was put down her ! The man behind counter has a attitude problem

Went to this restaurant for the first time and ordered King Prawn Chow Mein amongst 2 other items. Got home and opened my order to see curried chicken chow mein. Call the restaurant to state incorrect order. The reply was he was "I heard Singapore Chow Mein". His tone insisted that what he heard. Well my first and last time of visiting this takeaway restaurant

One the best Chinese restaurants not far from B8 B9 B10 B11, they also do delivery the fish menu is all halal so go for it!!

This used to be a regular meal on a Saturday night but for the second time in the last couple of months it was a waste of money strips of pork in beef sweet and sour Cantonese style also it was totally tasteless won't be going back

This place has a zero hygiene rating. Be very careful if you decide to waste your money at this place.filthy.

Not our usual take away but thought we would give it a try, missing item from order, cheaper than what we usually pay but this was reflected in the taste and quality of the food, wouldn't order from here again.

This food was absolutely delicious. Good customer service, fast deliveries and the server is always polite. would give it 6/5 if I could.

Love their food, but when we went into lockdown they really hyped their prices but blamed it on a new menu they were unable to get printed.... shame really taking advantage of the sad situation

I have been a regular since 2018 and I've got to say that their food is outstanding. Food is fresh and hot. Generous portion sizes and reasonable priced

I will never come back here again. The man serving was awfully rude and verbally abusive. He was rude from the minute I entered the shop. The food was poor as well. I wouldn't advise anyone to eat here.

Really disappointed in the service provided and in particular the attitude of the server as the food wasn't up to usual standard. The chicken curry was full of pepper which they had clearly used too much powder when making the sauce and it was red in colour opposed to the usual yellow colour. Once I had made the complaint I was told that they can't do anything about it and I was told to order from somewhere else in future. I'm not someone that would usually leave a review but I was so shocked at the the quality and hospitality. I wouldn't recommend this Chinese establishment to anyone in future and definitely won't be ordering from Jade Garden again!

First time calling for a collection. Absolutely Shocking manners, I hung up the phone whilst placing my order. Will not recommend this Jade Garden.

Food was pretty tasty and reasonably priced. But the pork balls were a little dry though. Still worth the 5*****

First time having a Chinese for a long time, this has put me off for a long time.... Chicken balls- chicken tasted very dry, almost to the point of it not even being chicken. Prawn balls- took a while to find prawns... Egg fried rice was very dry , Not enjoyable, won't be shopping there again....

Always tasty food, polite customer service and even give you tips on how to order in ways to get freebies :P

I've unfortunately ordered from here for years, but only because my father likes the beef curry, I usually try something else a lot of the time, but....anything other than a bog standard beef curry really isnt nice at all, everything tastes the same, bland, watery, no real flavour at all, after tonight's takeaway I've decided im not using jade garden again, complete waste of money & rubbish food.

Asked for egg fried rice..... very small portion container and it wasnt egg fried rice at all ....it turned out to be rice in soya sauce......disappointed....

Don't bother ordering delivery from this place. I literally live across the street from them ( 2 minutes WALK!!), but for a personal reason I couldn't pick up so I asked for delivery. After an 1hr30 minutes still waiting for the order. Called the restaurant and they said that the driver got the order but he can't tell me when is going to arrive.

Not a good experience here chicken fried rice chewy not many pieces of duck in the curry pityfull portion sizes still using the foil containers that seem smaller than most.over all can't recommend this takaway for taste or value for money unfortunately.

Favourite Chinese take away in Great Barr. Enjoyed beef in black bean sauce with egg fried rice and chilli chips. Good value, courteous staff and order ready very quickly.
