Bad service. After saying politely I was in the queue first, and the staff witnessing the lady who pushed in and she apologised, he continued to serve her, instead of serving me. I left as I was waiting for ages and ended up having no food on my break. I understand the staff was under pressure due to being busy, however you literally witnessed the situation. Place is shambles, why not ask everyone waiting to order to stand on the left and people waiting for their food to stand on right, to prevent you getting confused and people getting confused also. Just a little management/organisation goes a long way. I am a Student from York house. Won't be visiting again.

Honestly just grateful that the server accommodated me even though it was near their closing time. It was very much appreciated

Everyhting that was included on the menu did not come with the meal. Asked the worker and he said I didn’t ask for it ??? Food was okay service is terrible and menu isn’t really what it seems

Visited 4/4/2024 about 4:30pm. The guy at the counter had an attitude from the minute we arrived. I asked him what the meat was in the Donner kebab and he told me horse meat. I wasn't sure if he was kidding and after repeating it several times, he said, "No, of course it's lamb, that's what donner means." Well there's another menu item called "chicken donner" so I mentioned that, asking, "If donner is only lamb and this says chicken donner, does that mean it's a mix of both?" He rudely replied, "No it's only chicken, the mixed one says mixed". As if it was a stupid question. I decided to get the "Chicken Kebab in Pitta". He didn't hear me so I told him a second time. He then charged me only £5, rather than ask if I wanted the regular (£5) or large (£6). When I mentioned that he said, "Ok so which do you want then?" And I told him the large. "HE then asked ME, "What's the price for that one?" Even though it was written in big numbers on the menu. So I had to tell him the price of his own item at his own job. That wouldn't be such a big deal, but when my food arrived, it was obviously not chicken. I asked him and he said, "No, you said lamb." I replied that I didn't and that in fact I told him chicken twice since he didn't hear me the first time. He then changed his story and said I had pointed to the lamb one. I'm not sure how he could say that, as the sign is about 3 meters from the counter, where I stood when I ordered. Angrily he replied, "It doesn't matter" and whipped my food into the rubbish bin, and went to the kitchen to remake it. I asked instead for a refund because at that point I didn't feel safe eating something prepared by him, as I didn't know if he was going to spit in it or what.

Changed menu to mostly kebabs ,Burgers and Pizza.I loved old Wing Trapp and was regular but this new menu doesn't interest me and is not fitting for a place named WingTrapp . None of the old flavour choices either that I could see. Stick to what you are known for we have countless places for kebabs ,burger and pizza including Big Johns. Really sorry but you've lost me as a customer.

Wingtrap policy dont accept cash apparently. I couldn't eat there because l could not pay with a card.

food was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING i do not recommend at all, the chicken tasted days and days old and was chewy and tasted like plastic no flavour their ranch tastes out of date and so expensive for what?? worst food order ever should have stuck to pepes wallahi their ranch tastes like an out of date lemon, DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE i promise youll regret

Ordered a toasted wrap, came with one piece of chicken cut in half which is diabolical. Then the wrap wasn't even toasted.

Their wings were very good in the beginning Taste and price both were good But now his wings have become very dirty and very dirty smell And it is also very expensive.Took my guest there last week I have requested a lot, please make more good and extra saucy. They gave me very dirty wings even after giving me a lot of time Whose chicken and taste was not good at all And the chicken was raw from inside. I couldn't understand whether I ate a wing or something else. And the oil was also very dirty.After eating it, my wife and I became very ill.I got a viral infection because of that.So please my request is that inflation is very high And your wings are too expensive So please keep your quality as good as you have increased your prices. And make your wing nice and tasty.Now I don't ask any of my friends or relatives to go there.i feel i.waste my money and time.

your just paying for the fancy packaging tbh, the food is very basic, wings are the same as you would get in a normal kebab shop for less than half the price is well, dont be fooled by the fancy screens and pictures of food, very basic food and over priced

She does not respect ( banky )customers, and because I am a tourist and I do not speak English, she treated me in a very bad way and did not apologize, but I thank the Pakistani employee 🙏🏽

Loaded King Pin Fries were excellent with dynamite sauce. Burger was a little dry but still nice (classic buffalo sauce)

Ordered lotus churros and its came with barely any lotus barley any flavour and just straight oil

We twice in one month...First time food was really tasty with nice flavours and pleasant servers.2nd time there no wings or tenders available at all. I was charged for food and then told the items weren't available.

I’m not gonna lie I ordered food and I had missing parts of the orders ordered food I expected it to be hot but it was stone cold like it came out of a fridge fries but hard

Amazing tasting wings asked for freshly cooked wings which took 20 minutes, was worth it. Nice quality lovely sauces. The fries 🍟 tasted very nice aswell. The staff members need to put a smile on their face both guys looked very sad and depressed lol 😂. Food was amazing cooked to perfection. Will definitely 💯 visiting again.

I really recommend the halloumi wrap, not really a fan of the chicken but the halloumi is amazing. Very fairly priced

Big fan of wings! Soo many flavours to choose from, absolutely delicious and very high quality parking nearby free after 7.30PM, it's a must try! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👌🏻 I have to change my rating to 2* as a recent order after soo long, quality has gone down, chicken has gone thinner and price gone higher, highly wouldn't recommend - just not value for money 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Better is out there.

This place has been so good everytime I’ve been, the service is amazing and the staff are so lovely, just finished a 12hr shift and was greeted by two men who were very friendly and welcoming, I always recommend

Got 2 meals and fries and side for £40 it's just ridiculous price. Sauces were not that special and shrimp tasted so overcooked like bullets. Don't think I'll be coming in again

Went in at 1140am to order the burger box meal, was told there are no burger buns and I couldn't have that anyway, you can only get that via Uber Eats....fantastic first impression, wont go back

The staff were friendly. However the chicken was rubbery and quite tasteless. The toppings were okay but everything here is just okay. It’ll fill a hunger hole but it won’t wow you. Shame because the shop looks great. It’s in a prime location.

Found this place on Deliveroo, what a pleasant surprise! Considering how far they are from us the food was fresh and hot… more importantly the wings were absolutely delicious! Will deffo be trying the other flavours!

Very greasy wings that still have bits of hairy feather and stuff which should be cleaned off before prep! Just big chunk of fat and feathers wings with the crispy batter turning soggy! Not great wings. The fries where drenched in salt binned it all!! Avoid avoid avoid or you will be put off wings forever!

I was after a place to eat and stumbled across this place, all great, the food was great, soft drinks very expensive tho, atmosphere only rated 3 as it was quiet.

Usually come here all the time. However today the usual staff were not in. Had a hair in my fries. To be fair the guys changed it. Ordered Tamrind chicken.lacked flavour and seasoning and 1 piece tasted raw. Usually this place is brilliant. Hopefully just a one off 🙏

Pathetic organisation, took my money for an order but didn't actually process or apparently go through the tills despite no problems for the other 4 people in my party. Absolutely no apologies for appalling service, avoid like the plague! Staff were also totally unapologetic or helpful in the slightest, awful service all round!

Wings are Hairy and Sloppy. Service is very slow and not exactly done with a smile. Very disappointing. Go to Brewdog Bar instead. Chips and Blue Cheese Sauce gained it an extra star.

Was served by Mo, very friendly and attentive taking my order, queues were very quick and the food was out in a reasonable time. I ordered 10 buffalo wings + fries. The wings were big and juicy and the buffalo sauce tasted great. I feel this was well worth the price with great quality and would definitely come again! 😄

I've seen this place around the corner from my office and thought about coming for a while. Now that I've been, I'm happy I went. I got the tenders trapp box and thought that maybe it wouldn't fill me up but they give you plenty to eat! I was full before I even finished my food. The chickens were cooked to perfection and with a crispy outside. I got the dynamite sauce and as someone who likes really spicy food, it was good but I'd go hotter if you like it spicy. Overall, great place to eat

I stayed in Birmingham for two nights, and on the first night I discovered wingtrapp it was so good that I had to go there on my second night. The food was amazing, the woman behind the counter was polite and it was quick and efficient service. 10 out of 10 for everything. I can’t wait to go back or visit the other branch. You will not be disappointed TRUST ME

When I arrived, I was served within 15 minutes the burger and fries were absolutely delicious alongside the boneless chicken pieces only downside there were a bit oily but were still nice. Overall lovely customer service and spacious eating area.
