Pizza is cheap but it tastes brilliant. The burrito from here is 🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽 Always have good offers available. Never had a bad meal from here.

The staff is very friendly, and the pizza was delicious. It has an open kitchen and looks modern and clean. Thank you for the extras on the house! :)

Awful taste, poor service and hygiene, worst Pizza ever!

Being local, I've ordered from here quite a bit in the past without much inconvenience but it only takes one bad experience to ruin it all. Had a valid query about a promotion which was not provided on delivery. When ringing up and questioning it politely, I spoke to someone who was incredibly rude and abrupt. Just poor customer service and left me not wanting to order from here again.

Been coming here since it first opened and felt the need to update my review. The food quality has stayed constantly amazing, it is the best place to get Pizza in Birmingham. The pizza with jalepeno, chilli, peppers and onions is so good. The value for money is unbeatable, the owners are really friendly. The best Pizza place, no doubt.

We have returned using to these guys, their food is amazing right from the burgers to Pizza. The ingredients that they use to make their pizzas are probably the most tasty in the game. We always collect and the food is always so fresh. Well done guys.

Excellent service and fab veggie pizza!

Foods not bad but the guy behind the counter has a disgusting attitude and was shouting at me about they don’t have a card machine but I’ve used the place multiple times and has never been a problem and then he got in my face and demanded I leave will never be eating there again !!!

The first time we bought a pizza from here. The pizza was delicious and enjoyable. We ordered a spicy vegetarian and a chicken pizza with a thin crust. It was perfectly good and the fries were crispy. The price was a little expensive for the size of the pizzas in comparison but not excessively.

Highly overpriced food and lacks quality. For the price they sell pizza one can get one from better brands. I tried their pizza and it wasn’t good at all! They staff appeared assertive and lacked customer service. Please do not use this place as it be utter disappointment. Papa johns on Hamstead road and domino’s at Scott arms is much better and cleaner option. Stay clear away from this place!!

Me and my partner decided to try out this place as we were in the area, was told no card, and atm outside was closed so we had to drive to one, anyways we get the food, chicken was slightly undercooked and when we were leaving we see them allowing another customer to use there card!! Luckily we don’t live in the area so it’s not a go to place for us

Brilliant but i was not happy with my order as it was expensive and was confused for the total of my order, also the food was quite small.

Visited this take away upon recommendation. A medium vegetarian pizza and an equivalent sized chicken pizza selected. What can I say? Other than mouth wateringly, fabulously tasty. It’s without saying, “The best pizza in Brum”. Slightly more expensive than competitors but ultimately the superior quality delivered cannot be understated and a ‘must try’. Complimentary chips given which was an added bonus. Spread the word and join the fan base for this place.

Custoner service - just one guy was really friendly and gave excellent customer service. The others were dead. Food price is a bit expensive compared to many other pizza shops, especially the sides. Pizza quality is standard. Nothing amazing and the flavours and toppings are lacking. One thing that annoyed me was that I ordered 3 XL pizzas and 20 wings plus some other sides (£70 order). The guy gave the food without any sauces. I had to ask for it. Then he literally gave me 4 mayo and 4 chilly sauce tubs. Their tubs are very small. Being tight with sauces like that takes the PEE. I wouldn't recommend this place, nor would I go back.

Been my local since its been 0pened few years back, my favourite is vegetarian hot pizza and chicken strippers, my husband loves their peri peri chicken. Great value for money than other places , great people who are always happy to serve. Definitely recommend this place you won't regret it.

The manager is extremely rude , doesn't know how to speak with customers, I asked him a question then he kept saying dont you see I'm packing a order ( stop interrupting me ) He just didn't care that i was in the store paid him for food ask question related to other menu he couldn't reply but kept on being rude, it wasnt even busy , 10 minutes pass by my wings wasnt even on grill, he told me it takes 10-15m The grill was empty day time.

The food was fresh. Made infront of me. The food quality was very hight. Price reasonable. I enjoyed everything.

Possibly the best pizza takeaway in Birmingham. We’ve been ordering every week since moving to bham a year ago. Every order is spot on hence why I’m really confused about the negative reviews. I guess some people are impossible to please! P.s their peri chicken is also amazing.

This place is a JOKE!!! Burnt food and then try to justify it by saying "that's how it comes when being cooked on the grill". I had to explain that I cook Halloumi cheese on a regular and it doesn't look or smell like this!!! Staff was cheeky on the phone & said he would refund...only to send a new portion (cooked correctly - see image) as well as a complimentary piece of cake. I didn't ask for refund or more food. They said they would refund but obviously never did!!!

The cheeseburgers at this place are banging! The big in size and taste so fresh! Like it’s fresh burger patties! Love the burgers here! Always get treated with love and respect! Great team

This is 3rd time Iv had a leaflet through my door!!! Is your food rubbish like your leaflet team who don’t know how to do there job ? Clearly says no junk mail , no leaflets Only Royal Mail Sick and tired of throwing leaflets in the bin and you guys making mess in my door. I will contact trading standards if this continues!!!

The manager at this branch, I believe he is some Romanian guy, is very very rude. With every request he tries to be very difficult and does not treat the customer with respect . Prices are going up every month . He will hopefully go out of business soon. Apart from the California pizza . There is hardly any cheese, tomato or chicken toppings on the pizza . I will never be visiting again. Hopefully this business closes soon and this guy gets what he deserves - Jobseeker’s Allowance

ordered a tandoori pizza and large fries. Pizza was okay but the portion of large fries especially for £2.50 ! such a rip off it wasnt even classed as "small" such a shame.

pizza was great, chips were very nice. got my large pizza quite quick but they have symbols which are haram in islam like the evil eye so please remove or else it is shirkh

I'm not as scared of you as your staff. --------------------- Bad attitudes. Incredibly rude to my parents. Accused them of lying & theft. I've seen such dodgy dealings & aggressive behaviour by this place over the years. Straight up trouble makers. EDIT Now they respond to try and defend themselves. My parents are gentle and over 60 years of age, never worked a dishonest day in their lives. My father does have an accent so he speaks louder for some to hear him. How dare you say be polite when my parents actually asked you to review the CCTV and they were publicly humiliated especially in front of your staff. You will continue to always think you are right. I will not take this review down and we will never be ordering from you again after many good years of doing so. Your attitude and service is that bad you have the wrong incident it happens so often, they didn't even come in a car, we are locals to the area so they walked. You stunned my parents so much it took over a month for them to tell me this. Your own staff don't even like you & are scared of you - you need a serious reality check. Be ashamed of yourself.

Ordered a couple of minutes ago. The food is nice and peri fries are so good BUT as a surprise, we also got hair in the box. This thing should be improved and I would recommend putting a piece of paper before putting the food in the box

Very shocking! Will not be ordering from here again and I suggest you do the same! Made an order for over £20 which as people know is a lot of money nowadays....had a meal deal which was an 8 slice pizza and side with drinks...for it to be delivered to look more like a 6 slices which they made into and 8 slices it was ridiculous!! Rang to explain all they said was what do you want me to do about it??? U asked for an 8 slice pizza you got one! Anyone can cut a pizza into 8 slices but to have the pizza slice 2cm wide was shocking! Times are hard for all of us but when it comes to paying 20 pound I expect to get wat I paid for not some a rationed 6 slice! Shame on you!

Rudest person I've ever dealt with over the phone absolutely disgusting attitude towards customers and when he was proved to be in the wrong he just lied again. Most arrogant person ever. Never ever will I order again.

Called at the latest period on the food, the guy I spoke to first said 10 - 15 minutes as he is waiting for the delivery driver. Called back after 15 minutes and the guy that picked this time was absolutely rude. My god the mouth he had on him and the attitude was so not called for. The original guy came back and said another 10 minutes. Also when the food didn't come they updated the food is with me? The food came and the chips were so stale the my little one couldn't eat it and was better off frying my own potatoes, it would have been quicker and tastier. The burgers did not taste good and the salad looked old. Completly disappointed. A definite no no! Never again, what a shame!

Absolutely poor service, no hygiene, staff rubbing their noses and still preparing food. Owner has a really bad attitude, thinks the world owes him, so he treats customers poorly. Like to see him talk to the coppers that frequent his shop so regularly, they are the only customers he has to be fair and let's face it, they have no taste anyway

Tried this place for the 1st time today As a whole it’s very nice but the hot wings wasn’t for me, I had this as home delivery, food came really well packed and was still hot, so yeah I’ll be using again 😋

Used to order all the time, but service has really gone down. They take well.over an hour to deliver to me when I live 2 mins drive away, cold food, wrong items, incomplete orders on multiple occasions. As a loyal customer I rang up and simply asked whats going on and I was spoken to rudely. Amateurs looking to make quick money. Domino's, Pappa Johns are literally in a stones throw from this place so better to approach a professional company.

We always get the grilled chicken from here because it’s delicious so well priced! Tried a x-large pizza and is was AMAZING!! People that work there are also lovely and friendly.

Food was cooked fresh to order. Burger was wrapped in tin foil so by the time I got home the cheese had melted which was awesome. Delicious cheeseburger and fries 😋 My only suggestion would be to tell customers how long the wait is going to be, in case they wanted to go to co-op to get groceries whilst they wait.

I’ve worked in this place but would never look back even if I was desperate. No doubt I think there food was always good but specifically Hamid he’s a mind twisting person not a person anyone would like to work with. He’s a short tempered person I don’t know how he’s in this industry when he don’t know how to communicate.

Used these for years pizzas have now reduced in size drastically.. a large pizza that comes in a 12" box is actually only 10" won't be using anymore.

Brilliant pizza and different. They always have fresh toppings and you can taste the difference here against other pizza joints. Been coming here for years and never disappointed. This place is underrated. However, staff are always moody, especially the owner. If you’re reading this, please smile and greet your customers - after all we are paying good money.

Cannot believe the extremely poor level of service. We had 3 items missing from our order. When the driver arrived he said 1 item was on its way with another driver. After 15 minutes the same driver arrived with 1 more item but there were still 2 items missing. When we called the shop once again and asked to speak the manager it was refused, we were told the manager is not there and we can not be given any information as to when he will arrive as that is personal information. Then we could hear a lot of shouting and swearing in the background we believe this was the manager as he was really having a go about the order at someone. His language was disgusting. Finally the person on the phone said he checked the cameras and the item we were missing had been put in the bag, making out we were lying! Never ever have I experienced such shocking and offensive customer service. I wish I could give them 0 stars!

Sadly, wont be eating here again. It was our first and last time, both myself and my daughter have had a tummy bug/throwing up since eating a pizza from here. That's just our experience I cant speak for anyone else but one bad experience is enough to put me off!

Blatantly lied about delivery times rude staff when I was perfectly polite just asking about my delivery finally when food arrived after 2hours 40mins from a shop 3 mile away it was barely warm so basically unedible. Guess its my fault as this place has more bad reviews than good all saying about customer service.

WORST TAKEAWAY EVER! Placed an order on justeat at 6.30, app updated to show food is out for delivery before 7pm. Called at 7.40pm as still no food & was told it was out delivery & driver left 5mins ago. Food arrives at 8.10pm cold & driver told me he picked up 20mins ago & did another delivery before mine. When I called to complain was told food cant be cold as it was made 20mins ago. So now they blatantly lied about it being out for delivery 1st time so when I pulled them up on this, did they accept ownership. Ofcourse not, instead they offered to redeliver in another hr & then abruptly put the phone down. I called back several times & they kept cutting me off, all I wanted them to do is accept ownership & admit they lied. Which they did after 6 calls. Absolutely pathetic level of service & will certainly never use these charlatans again.

Considering I’ve been a regular since they first opened their receptionist jade thinks it’s ok to not confirm the address of where we will be at even though at the beginning of the call we stated the address as they do at the call. Instead sent to an old address of ours. So when the driver called, saying they’re here they wasn’t. We called back up, jade needs to fix up on her customer service skills, her attitude stinks, and she definitely doesn’t have great telephone communication skills and she needs to stop with the lies, when I was asking for the manager she first said he’s not there, there’s no one in charge, then she said his on a delivery, then said his on two deliveries so she dont know how long he’ll be, then magically he was there after 1 minute lol. Long story short, they tried to switch the story around how they don’t confirm addresses which is a lie. And they won’t be delivering. That’s fine. I mean last time I left them a bad review they called and asked me to take it down lol and they were sorry. Anyways 5 mins later I received a call from last saying would I like the food even though it wouldn’t be fresh it would be the one that went to the old address. Erm no thanks. Keep you’re dusty cold food. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE SO AVOID NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.... they’ve gone so downhill is unbelievable compared to what they were like at the beginning. I WILL MAKE SURE NO ONE I KNOW COMES BACK HERE THAT I RECOMMENDED.

Attended Great Barr Branch 2 weeks ago. Customer service leaves much to be desired. Have been a customer for years.On this occasion the main guy in charge was present. Due to issue on one past occasion I politely requested him to ensure that no pieces of meat ended up on the vegetarian pizza I ordered. He turned around and said he could not guarantee that. I accepted that and said to him that although there could be no cast iron guarantee as mistakes sometimes can arise I just wanted to make sure they did their best. I did not press the issue and was polite and friendly. His response was astonishing. He started handing me back my £20 note and said that I was putting him under too much pressure and that I should try Mr Singhs pizza which is an all vegetarian establishment. That statement in itself was shocking as it was quiet and staff did not appear to be run off their feet. He was signposting me to a competitor. Such a show of arrogance, like the customer does not matter at all. Have had this with this particular guy before. He almost wants to make you feel grateful for letting you be a customer. In fairness to other members of staff they have always been polite friendly and courteous and tend to be nervous when he is around. What about quality standards, customer standards let alone food safety. Why put vegetarian options on menu if too afraid and lack confidence in your own ability to live up to delivering it to quality assured standard. Sure would not get such arrogance from Dominos or pizza hut Update: Few weeks later passing by and saw the same main guy looking at me through shop front window. For some reason I thought he may wish to apologise for his behaviour, so I went in. Boy was I mistaken, he demanded that I remove my review or he would not serve me. He did not even realise I did not want to be served. He was more interested in removing a negative review that exposed downright poor customer skills. If you can"t stomach the fall out from rightly deserved criticism then don't treat customers badly. The answer lies in educating yourself on better customer skills and communication.Trying to get them to remove their reviews is not the way forward.
