WORST SHOP IN THE WORLD! Avoid at all costs. The desserts gave me food poisoning for a few days!!! The manager did nothing to resolve the issue. He took it as a joke and said it wasn’t his fault. Food was undercooked and cold and did not taste nice at all!! Do not come here unless you want to be food poisoned. It’s honestly not worth it people. There needs to be hygiene checks to avoid these kind of things.

5/5 deserts. Mojito is a must try

I came down to the shop as it was recommended by a friend and he specifically suggested the Atlantic mojito, customer service was above great felt really welcomed. The mojito over all was the best mojito I’ve tasted across other desserts shops, presentation was on point, highly recommend!!!

Amazing service & fast delivery! The waffle & sundaes are delicious very generous with the toppings and sauce! I have to say the new mocktails are becoming my all time fav too! Most definitely recommend

I thought I would try this local dessert shop and I was really amazed from the quality of the desserts. My favourite item on the menu is the mocktails they taste amazing. They also gave me a free brownie as it was my first order and that was very kind of them.

I am a regular customer as i order every week, Delivery is always on time the desserts are well presented and taste spot on. Thankyou guys your service is A*

Ordered off uber eats, food came 2 hours later and freezing cold. Tasted horrible as well... avoid this place at all costs.

Ordered milkshakes and they still haven’t arrived… ordered them at 12, and it’s not nearly 2 am and still no milkshakes . Called restaurant but no one’s answering the phone.

Order took over 2 hours to come. Rang the restaurant after an hour and was told it was ‘on the way’. 40 minutes later there was no sign so rang again a few times and they declined the call every time. After 2 hours the wrong items arrived and the delivery driver said the restaurant ‘couldn’t handle all the orders.’ Genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering any kind of food in any city. To top it off we were promised a partial refund for the items not delivered which still has not been received. WORST SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

If it was possible I would rate it -0000000 .. the situation turned up to be so funny . We have ordered desserts 2 hours ago . 45 minutes ago my partner rang the restaurant and asked where is our desserts and how long we should wait . We been told Our desserts left the restaurant . After the phone call they blocked my partners phone number , so I called the restaurant from mine and they answered it . As soon as he heard that we are the same people that called time ago he said he will find out from delivery guy where the order is . In within the conversation I been called “ sister “ multiple of times, which I feel like inappropriate to talk to the customer this way . In addition , customer service is so low to block customer number from preventing them to call a restaurant. Our desserts still not here , we absolutely have no idea what to do . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE… Quick update after 3 hours delivery driver arrived and brought us fully melted milkshake to the point that it was dripping out of the bag . Would really appreciate if owner of this restaurant can contact me

They always take too long to deliver the order. there’s no point to order from them if you have to wait more than 1 hour.

Ridiculous service, simole order tool them over 1 hour and 30 minutes anf i called few times and the boy repeated same its coming ...comon its hitting midnight and no dessert..wouldnt reccommend

Worst milkshake and waffle sticks never again

I ordered waffle sticks, a can of pepsi max and Chocolate fudge cake. Only received waffle sticks. Called the restaurant, and they said they checked cctv and they definitely placed the cake in the bag for the driver. Then accused me of lying. Would never reccommend go to shake house aston instead much better

The milkshake looked really nice on Deliveroo…would have been nice if they actually delivered it? I only ordered 2 items so this was pretty poor…

I ordered some desserts from Aston, Birchfield Rd Bubble Waffles. I went to collect the order, I asked the cashier at least 3 times to make sure everything was in the bags. He said yes. When I arrived home to my disappointment one the sprinkle cake was missing from the container, just the custard was in there. I phoned the shop to tell them that it was missing. The man on the phone said they were busy and we would have to collect. I told them that we could not as it was my son who went to collect grudgingly as he has just come back from work. The man on the phone said he would not deliver as we should have checked the order before we left the shop. What a joke. if my son started looking at every order he would be there for at least 15 minutes. So we told them we would need it delivered and he repeated himself, if we went to the shop we could pick it up as we should have checked before we left with the order. I have never had someone who has been So RUDE on the phone especially when it was their fault. My family are always loyal returning customers. They obviously aren't as loyal. Therefore this will be the end of my whole family ordering from bubble waffles. They obviously don't need our custom. A disgrace to say. Would give 0 stars if possible. Ruined my whole night. Just to let everyone know, although we paid for our dessert we still did not get the item that was missing be careful it it might happen to you. Check the photo no sprinkle cake in their. Update Got a reply to contact management to get this resolved and when we called in we were not passed on to management but rather they were still on the verge of proving us wrong so dont waste our time we are not coming back. By the way customers are always right. End of

FACE IT YOU CANT JUST BUY A WAFFLE MAKER AND YOUR A BUISNESS PERSON IT TAKES ACTUAL KNOWLEDGE AND DECENCY TO SERVE THE PUBLIC. I CAN UPLOAD MY ORDER HISTORY I WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF YOUR SERVICE AND I WAS TREATED POORLY AND BLAMED AND CHARGED FOR NOTHING! I couldn't believe,the shop is 5 minutes away from my house and it took an hour to get my order delivered,then two different crepes came with the same gelato, one creme gelato and a ferrero rocher missing. All food was cold and without taste,I had to warm it a bit at the microwave but completely different flavour. A really bad experience ,I'm afraid. .

Unfortunately my experience with the food was not great. The food came cold, concrete cake was dry and cold, the strawberry mojito just tasted like watered down fanta fruit twist.

Absolutely IN LOVE with the milk cakes … literally 4th day in a row ordering my dessert and have received excellent customer service and have enjoyed my dessert every day!! 10/10

In response to the previous 1 star review, you should be very careful when calling my review a 'FAKE REVIEW' and telling me that I didnt order from you as I can provide a receipt and proof of purchase using UberEats if that'll help you? your food was utter rubbish and didnt meet any standards. You honestly shouldn't worry about competitors with the sort of food you provide🤢🤮 or accusing anyone of sabotage as I believe you're doing that for yourself by making customers believe that you provide anything tasty or good. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star, ordered 2 milkshakes both large, they don’t look anything like they were advertised to look like, the most simple and basic milkshakes, milk tasted out of date and they couldn’t have even been bothered to put some whipped cream on top, didn’t taste anything special. Ordered a Strawberrry Heaven ‘fresh’ crepe, fresh? the crepe came looking anaemic and ice cold? is that what fresh means? Ordered a Lotus Milkcake but oh my days, it was the driest bit of cake i’ve ever tried to eat, it literally tasted of brown bread, the milk content was so low and the cream on top tasted out of date, another thing that looked nothing like advertised, came with the tiniest bit of lotus sauce just plonked in the middle and shouldnt the cake be fresh and milk nice and cold? just a shambles of a place, not sure how the other people have rated it a 5/5, it doesn’t even deserve a 1. Disgusting place not worth your money, delivery was also late by an hour which I wouldn’t of minded had the food been 10/10 but it was just dead. DEFINITELY DEFINITELY DEFINITELY won’t be ordering from here again, i’d rather spend my money eating from ShakeHouse or Flakes.
