Worst customer service in the shisha spot, wouldn’t recommend!!

You need to change all the Shisha, they are really old, with hole on the pipes. Price and service are ok.

Do not recommend this place. Very creepy and non-welcoming place and team. The place is deserted and looks unsafe if you're a tourist.

Overwhelmingly warm inside, no adequate ventilation, drinks are priced OK (£5 a single, £10 a double). The pipe is ok.

Extremely disrespectful of their neighbours. Been repeatedly prevented from sleeping by loud music on a work nights & Woken up at 3am by people leaving the venue. Including fights, horns blaring & backfiring, screaming etc. Was blaring music at midnight on a Sunday night. Have some decency and respect for those around you.

Service is great with friendly staff, drinks are reasonable price would recommend this place.

Manager was very rude and made me the wrong drink. Refused to change it and then said he’d charge me to change the drink. He was also smoking a cigarette inside the building. 0/10 for customer service

c'est un club afro,c'est à dire moins de métissage, même au niveau du son c un'est afro ,donc si vous aimez un lieu authentique, c'est parfait.

Have been going to Babylon for years and always enjoyed it. Got absolutely rinsed for some drinks ( 5 quid a tiny bottle) and the shisha was dead in about ten minutes. Oh and the toilets were absolutely disgusting. Won't be going back any time soon, a shame.

Noticed this lounge in birmingham city centre, open quite late. Staff was very well mannered. Shisha came quite fast and was very good compared to other lounges. Was very cheap and better than any other lounge I been to when I have been in birmingham. Thank you very much will definitely be coming back!

DO NOT COME HERE!! They put some nice decor and thought they could get away with dead shisha and terrible customer service. These man are buzzed and moody. Go kasablanca or Aura its much better

Avoid at all costs. Rude Security Guard. Empty with no atmosphere. Place looks and feels like a construction site.

Best shisha lounge in city centre , missed it so much during the lockdowns. A shisha is £12 and you can add up too 3 flavours. I’d reccomend strawberry raspberry peach combo. The place is huge and has music on on nighttime’s which suits me as I normally shisha solo so it’s nice to bop out to the tunes.

Great place. Been coming here for 5 years. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is mellow.

Awful experience. Bad shisha. Rude staff. Asked for tongs 3 times to be ignored - shisha was waaaaay too harsh, the guy adjusted mine and ignored my friends. So I had to do my friends shisha myself! Couldn’t even be bothered to ask for my money back. Awful. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Only one nice helpful staff member in a yellow hoody. Nice chap. But the rest awful!

Good shisha bar, good choices of flavours. Space is spacious and has lots of air, which is a rare thing for most shisha bars.

Lovely place to visit for a nice evening sheesha is perfect and they've just recently renovated the place and it looks much better now... 2 sheesha for £20 cant go wrong

Waiters with bad attitude, rude, bad service. Very very unwelcoming environment. Wouldn’t go there again and would diffidently not recommend this place !! I wish I could give a lower than one star. If you accidentally go there be warned that people working there might get aggressive if you make a request repeatedly

Go if you only want to smoke shisha. Dont go for any other reason as there are nothing else to this place.

Super Big club kind of setting with different levels for seating. Huge space with one level dedicated to smoking sheesha. Good and friendly service at the bar and the sheesha lounge. Perfect spot to chill with your mates and grab a few pints of beer and play some cards and just relax...

You get sitted in front of stranges, no music. Bruh

Nice place, needs better music and downstairs should be opened for everyone as it looks 10x better than upstairs.

This review will seem very biased and that's because this is one of my most frequented places. I've been coming here for a few years and seen it change and evolve. The hosts are still as warm and welcoming as ever. It's a become a great blend of classic shisha vines with a contemporary modern twist. It's still a shisha lounge... the shisha is still bang on. Better here than the shisha clubs that seem to be coming through. Highly recommended!

Disgusting, filthy dirty, toilets were the worst I've ever seen 🤮 the VIP area was disgraceful and the worst place in the building. Everywhere needs to be cleaned, handrails sticky. Carpets freyed and are a hazard, didn't have a nice atmosphere. Couldn't get out of the place quick enough 😕 I dread to think what the food was like 🙄

The VIP room was the worst there ! Toilets were filthy and it wasn't even busy

Nice place. I'm a regular here. Shisha area was recently refurbished so looks much nicer than the old space. Shisha is good and service also. Close to train station and Mailbox.

Great place for a chilled night out smoking and blasting shisha. Staff are attentive and very knowledgeable with different varieties of shisha flavours. Price is a bit high though compared to other local shisha lounges but the atmosphere is definitely worth paying the extra quid for. The attendants always make sure they're regularly replace the heat source for your shisha bong keeping the shisha fresh and nice through out.

The owners and staff are rude and made racist comments as in a jokey way but I wasn't amused. They took long time with the coal change and even though I asked them repeatedly and they got quite aggressive about it. Wouldn't go there ever again and wouldn't recommend it.

Shisha room is just one big ass smoke cloud, makes you feel v. claustrophobic. Rude owner initially didn't let me in because I had a hot drink, so I hand to stand outside in the cold to drink it before I could go in.

It's a nice vibe a good chill place staff are wonderful and the food is mouth watering plus the sheesha is wow...

The Shisha at this place is really inconsistent, sometimes its good (big clouds etc) and other times you spend most of your time performing heat management wich results in extremely weak and burnt shisha. The water doesn't get changed often so you end up with water that has been used by multiple people. Go elsewhere like Sahara.

it's ok ish atmosphere is dead can t rate the taste because it's all the same everywhere you go
