We have ordered from here several times through their app, it's one of the kids favourites. Food is always good and delivered quickly.

We just ate a pizza. It was really, really delicious. I loved it.

Just sat at home late evening and had real fancies for a burger. American style was the only option open (other than a couple more I don't really like) and able to deliver. I ordered a gourmet burger deal that came with fries and a cookie. The estimated delivery was 45 minutes. It turned up in around 20. Piping hot, fresh and very satisfying. Fries we crispy. Burger was on point and the cookie smells amazing. Haven't had that yet as stuffed from burger. Delivery was also very friendly and polite. Loved it!

Orderd for delivery i couldnt track down this burger for a long time😣😅 had this take away before always cooked to perfection and the flavours are definitely there! Fast delivery also. Give it a try you wont be disappointed.

Food was decent, good portions but unfortunately, I paid in cash at the door and the driver didn't have the right change he tapped his pockets and went no change and walked off. Please pay by card to avoid this.

Ordered 1 whole chicken -lemon and herbs, mushrooms and cheesy fries through Uber eats. their driver (as their staff delivers the food) never knocked the door and left with the food, order cancelled. Called them and explained that I am inside and waiting for it, they offered to remake the order and send it again. So waited again 20 minutes, and order arrived: Spicy and burnt chicken, burnt mushroom and cheesy fries. As I work in a kitchen I know exactly what happened there: they never make a new order, they used same items and by hitting up once more it came out burnt. All went to the bin apart of the fries, as there is no chance of feeding kids with spicy and burnt food. Thanks guys! You just make us wait for a huge disappointment! Never again! The chicken was exactly like in the pictures (you can tell by its colour this is clearly not lemon and herb and it’s burnt and broken in pieces) An advice for everyone: Avoid ordering from this place!!!! Re- serving the same food is already a big problem, it says all about the standards!!!

Pizza is tasteless, ordered and donnor kebab in naan the naan was rock hard I dont know how they can give customers unedible food went straight in the bin. Wont be ordering from here again. What a waste of money

My mate sed the food was nice . Wont ever take his drunken advice again ...got a mixed kebab meat and chips with sweet chilli sauce and bbq sauce but come with chilli and its hot stuff so make sure u speak good english and you let them no you want sweet chilli sauce and not chilli sauce was a disappointment waste of £11.00 that was at the shop aswell 🤨

Used this restaurant a couple of times now, but when it arrived it was it wasn’t very hot and the stuffed crust cheese didn’t seem like it was melted either, service was excellent always polite and has a smile on his face

16" New York pizza, fries and a gourmet burger. Not sure how you managed to do it but everything tasted of donuts. Truly remarkable.

My go to takeaway, the food is always a 10/10 even the desserts. I order weekly and the food is always warm and delivered quickly. Had to put all my friends on to this place and they are regular customers.

Used for the first time today, didn’t make them aware the order will be so big beforehand, the food turned up hot and as expected, excellent portion sizes highly recommend the American kebab box with chili sauce, was amazing.

Placed an order with 20 minutes to closing, for it to be cancelled after few minutes. If they want to cancel orders and close early should just change the closing time.

Shocking is all I’ll say. The pizza was gag worthy and not in a fun n fetch way. Bit too much cheese and the sauce was awful. Ordered on Just Eat and was delivered about 30 min earlier than was expected which was a pleasant surprise. Garlic pizza bread was quite nice but looked a bit bigger on the app.

I usually order from this place all the time and have had no problems in the past. I ordered last night and received some of my order wrong and some missing. I ordered 2 fries and only received one and an empty box. As well as the sauces and drinks I ordered were completely wrong. Called the restaurant and rather than sort my problem out they told me to leave a review and state some of my order was missing and wrong ! Rather than sort it out they actually asked for a bad review. Safe to say I won’t be ordering from here again .

Do not order from these ordered pizza meal no drink, ordered mix kebab might as well ordered a salad kebab three strips of Donna and couple of bits of chicken. Rang them and miraculously they couldn't find my order.

Miss leading advertising. £3.50 shake really £4. Ordered fries snd paid for them to get home they are not there and no help when called. Very disappointing. Will never go back. £17 for half an order and headache no thanks

Just spent over £17 on my order and they forgot my chips. Got home called them to say they forgot my chips WHICH I PAYED FOR and they said chips don't come with it. I know this why I PAYED EXTRA. Food not that good value for money and they are rude. Web site and menue on their display counter wrong so their advertised £3.50 shake is now £4. Will not go back

Great collection deals for a decent enough pizza. Very much my new regular for those can't be bothered nights.

I never write a review but the way the manager spoke to not only my partner but my mother in law on the phone was appalling. We had order food on uber eats which took about an hour to arrive which was fine but when the food arrived the cans we had ordered had exploded all in the bag so we sent them back with the driver. The driver was apologetic about it and gaves us money back for the cans which we appreciated but when we looked at the kebab we had ordered it was soaked in the pop that leaked, my pizza was near enough burnt and my partner paid for stuffed crust which we didn't get. My partner called up to let them know how unhappy we were with the order and the first gentleman told us he was going to give us a full refund. Then a man called us back on his personal number (I'm assuming its the manager) and verbally attacked my partner saying he was lying to get free food and that we wouldn't get a single thing from them. He was shouting so loud down the phone I could hear him from the other side of the room. Somehow my partner kept calm while he was rude and obnoxious. My mother in law called the place back to complain about his behaviour but he wasn't apologetic at all even continuing to be rude to her. I am shocked how someone with such little customer service can manage a business. My advice to everyone is to completely avoid it.

If you want a burger you can't wrong with, this is the place! Tried all the gourmet and now enjoying the selection of special burgers and can highly recommend the New Yorker, Donner meat special and the Hawaiian! All in all a pleasant and tasty experience with decent prices for good quality food. Hygiene is also very good, hence I use here weekly!

The American special kebab on just eat is great value for money and it's always presented very nicely and tidy. The food comes quickly and the delivery drivers are always friendly. I would highly recommend this place for a late night kebab. I exclusively use this place since it opened and never had a bad meal. They put the extra effort in and it shows. I haven't had pizza or burgers from this place but the kebab is A*.

Paid cash, food was 1 hour late (2 hours waiting) both kebabs tasted like cardboard, tried to get refund but just eat but it keeps telling me to call restaurant which will yield no results, not worth it waited 2 hours for food and wouldn’t even feed my dog, honestly save your money and don’t bother ordering

- Order was 30mins late. - All foods clearly reheated as fries and edges of grilled chicken were tough. - No salad on burger or wrap, just bun, chewy chicken, bun. - Requested sauce ignored. - Requested wings ignored, and again, dry and reheated. Honestly, an all round disappointment and waste of money. Do NOT waste your hard earned money on this poor, effortless service as there are evidently no standards they are aiming to uphold. PS: Also NOT worth the ring sting I'm still experiencing 2 days later!

We recieved a leaflet throught the post to try this TA. Tryed to order online to get the 15% discount advertised but their website is broken so cant order online, but when you call they won't honor the discount even thought they know the website it broken - Business taken else were!!

Ordered food and fries were missing, called shop the guy was absolute RUDE down the phone. Wouldn’t mind but I ordered on Tuesday, I’m vegetarian and the order clearly said pepper but they send me a pizza with pepperoni instead so that’s a mistake on both orders that I’ve made.

This is my first time to order from Rubino's Pizza, I chose meal deal 3 which says an Xlarge pizza, 1.5 litter of drink,8 wings,a portion of fries and 3 pieces of garlic bread but the fries was missing!! Not good experience for the first time.

I would rate zeroo if I could Rude and shouting at me because I called with problems. Part of mg order was missing and the 3rd party delivery driver (uber eats) was sure he gave me all he was given for me. And the restaurant refused to belive this and may was well have called me a liar. Disgusting

Twice now my orders have been messed up and I've now been called a liar because items from my order are missing. DISCUSTING never will order from this place again.

Absolutely terrible service my whole order was wrong which was very annoying as I was ordering for a family of 4, I tried calling the store several times but nobody picked up I assumed they were just being ignorant as I have read the bad reviews, definitely won’t be ordering from here again total waste of money.

Food arrived nearly 2 hours late. Drinks and food missing from my order and it was all stone cold, nobody likes to eat cold fries, was refused refund and was lied to by restaurant after calling up twice an was told the food had left the restaurant the first time but the second time was told it’s leaving again but an hour later. They said the drivers car broke down but due to other reviews I don’t believe the excuse. Usually an ok restaurant but wouldn’t chance this service again absolutely not

Cheap, bland food. Front of shop dirty with food and all sorts on the floor. If the front of shop where the customers are is like that, would not like to see the rest of the shop. Would not go back.

Highly not recommend to Uber drivers, this place is waste of time for job, they always take too long almost an hour to dispatch a single delivery and more over the worker is extremely rude. Try some where else to make some money.

Amazing food and quality service.

Ordered tonight this is my last time I'm using them after being a customer for 5 years. Poor service for the past couple of months always gets the order wrong then tries to blame you. If you like GREEN tomatoes, cucumber 3cm thick and a pickle less then the size of your thumb carry on. Not worth the money anymore like it use to be. Bye from a loyal customer
