I was in the area and looking for somewhere to eat. After reading the previous reviews I was a bit sceptical to make an order. Anyway it turns out that the food is really nice and tasty. Good prices and friendly staff. I would highly recommend using this establishment in future.

Absolutely disgusting hard chips shredded chicken was like rubber couldn’t chew rice just wasted cause couldn’t eat on own !! Have phoned to complain but not interested !! Very rude no customer service Never will I go there again !! And all the reviews look the same !! So not only one complaining

Had food from here last night. Satay sauce was like brown water and the chicken in the rice was dry and chewy as if old and pre heated. Never again will I waste my money in this take way. Avoid

The food here is so nice, its always hot and fresh even when I've got it home! This is my favourite Chinese and go at least once a week! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Regularly use this place.But the beef curry I picked was Luke warm.It was the shortest wait I had ever had ,so think it wasn't cooked properly.

I haven’t ordered from here for sometime so I thought I’d give it a go. I had chicken fried rice:: Well since when does chicken smell & taste fishy?? It was disgusting 🤢 It didn’t look nice either not even the rice. Won’t be going back again 😞🤬🤬

I have always had the best takeaways from here but tonight was terrible! The chow Meins were drowned in dark soy sauce the chicken looks gross and the mushroom omelette was full of grease my brother left it non of family enjoyed there meals. I big this place up so much to my family and the time they try it it’s in the bin £36 and the prawn crackers were hard and stale. Also I was missing a idea of food! I paid for it and didn’t receive it. I feel like we had lasts nights warmed up. I won’t be ordering from here again, tonight has put me off big time

Shockingly bad customer service, lady was really rude and unhelpful. Food was really bad hardly any meat in the curry just vegetables and swimming in grease don't waste your money!!!

Food was disgusting. Covered in oil, beef really chewy, when I called to complain the lady kept putting the phone down on us and said to call the manager then said it’s not her problem we don’t have the managers number. She was extremely rude and kept shouting down the phone saying that her customer service was bad, we usually order here but will NEVER COME BACK AGAIN .. she said bevause we tried it we couldn’t have a refund but how did we know it was disgusting without trying it???? customer service was shocking. I will be visiting the store when the male manager is there for her to have some training in being able to talk to customers! Left picture should be beef but looks too light like chicken

The only Chinese take away i'll order from. Been having food from here for years, never had any issues and the delivery team are always courtious and friendly

Waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for delivery to my sick sister to feed her kids , turned up with wrong order and forgot the pop , so disappointed and I had to hang up because I got radio silence off the operator.

Spent £20 and forgot to order prawn crackers only had card and said I'd had to spend another £10 to get prawn crackers. I then get home which is approx 20min drive to find they've forgot to put the curry sauce in which made the food spoilt

I wouldn’t even give a 1 star after the customer service I order food and items was missing rude manners on the phone Orders £40 worth of food beef fried rice it had lettuce inside explain to lady she said should ask for no veg never been a chines that puts lettuce in beef fried rice explain now we haven’t eaten our meals because of this saying she will replace but the rest of the food would be cold and couldn’t give me a wait time for replacement then put down tried calling back no answer there for we called if another number lady answer with in seconds then again put the phone down on us so this point had to bring the food back for then the lady was rude I ask a customer in the shop if she has ever had beef rice with lettuce in she responded no for then in front of my niece she started screaming and shouting at me Items missing curry sauce Lettuce in beef fried rice And my spare ribs was dry as I asked for extra syrup sauce Lady then replaces it all and handed us a whole bottle of syrup sauce I asked what’s this she said do as much as you want then I noticed curry was missing I asked regarding this she started shouting she isn’t replacing as some had been eaten I understand then so I asked for the other one back she replied it’s in the bin so I asked her to replace what she chucked she then snatched the food out my hand leaving a scratch on my hand and gave me refund I then asked for manager she then screamed at me saying manager not here so I responded your customer service was bad Is this acceptable? For member of your team to leave a mark on me ?

We have been using this Chinese for years, can’t fault the food or fast delivery. Could do with salt and pepper chips on the menu and that’s about it.

Edit: Seems to be run by new people. Ordered Friday, 7 Jan 22. Food wasn't as tasty as usual and made me and my 6 year old boy ill for two days. No longer recommended.

I went their for the first time ,a few days ago , And I will never go anywhere else for my food , It's amazing ,the food speaks for itself , Cant wait to make another order . Well done to the amazing HONG KONG AT THE RADLEYS, BIRMINGHAM , YOU DESERVE IT. MY FIRST ORDER WAS S 29A , BRILLIANT FOOD, AWESOME FLAVOURS .

Just been for a take away from here as my usual takeaway ( eat noodles) wasn't open. I had a special curry and bbq ribs. Food was disgusting. Taseless. Only gave it 1 star as i couldn't give it none

Very disappointed. Have been using Hong Kong for over 15 years but today was the worst. Chow mein had a funny sour taste. Salt and pepper chicken overcooked and no salt or pepper on it . Ribs very chewy. Best thing was the lettuce on the yuk sung.

By far the chinese food in my area, great service always lovely food. It's not the cheapest but you are paying for quality food so it's well worth it.

This takeway food place is ideal for spicy oriental food ,very tasty & situated amongst a shopping area a little bit exspensive prices but good quality ,it's got a parking area at front ,it's nothing special to other takeaways ,good choices on menu .

8 pound for fillo pastry , not good

Ordered Special chicken curry & Singapore Chow Mein but was given the wrong order for the Chow Mein & got given Hong Kong Special Chow Mein instead. I returned it & they refused to give me my correct order & was very rude to me. I and my family have been regular customers for many years, but we won't be going back there again.

Food is dodgy, badly prepared and well below standard. Avoid at all cost.

Ordered from here based on reviews. Well what a disappointment that was!! Worst chicken fried rice I’ve ever had. If you can call it that? Was just some white rice with bits of chicken on top, no flavour what’s so ever! The overall meal was a complete disappointment!

Only give it 1 star so I can add a review . This is by far the worst food I have ever eaten . No flavour at all in any dish . All tastless and lacking any dept of flavour .Will never eat from here again . Very disappointed ..... stay away .
