Absolutely the worst customer service at KFC I’ve experienced. I was standing at the till waiting to be served, and two staff members were too busy laughing and chatting with each other to even acknowledge me. It was disgusting how little they cared about the customers in front of them. Their unprofessional behavior made it clear that they have no interest in doing their jobs properly. Because of this poor attitude and lack of basic courtesy, I will never visit this branch again. Management seriously needs to take a look at how their staff are treating people. This happened on Thursday afternoon.

Beware when you order a meal they say "that's comes with a large fries and drink,ok?" when they should be asking if you want to go large at the drive through, when I said I just want medium at the window she said "ohh you will have to drive all the way back around then" so I said ill leave it and went next door to mcdonalds. just because she smiles and talks in a high pitch voice it's still anoying, cheeky, and bad upselling .

Overall, sub-par. The food was lukewarm, making no sense as we ordered it for take-away and we will 5 mins away from one stop and there was little traffic. The fries were greasy and soggy. Beans and gravy clumped and barely making appropriate sell by date/time. The Dirty Louisiana was disappointing, nothing like its original taste. Chicken was greasy and our sweet chilli bites were hard to chew. The manager was also not welcoming and was rude. Was constantly asking the next pre-rehearsed question cutting me off when i asked for no cheese on my burger. It was important allergen information so had I not been willing to stand my ground and fight my case, like many are not wanting to inconvenience workers, it could have been very serious. Worst of all this same manager was bossing his staff around making sure the order was right yet forgot to give us all of our drinks. Bless the lovely lady that had to put up with him, at least we could joke about how rude and dismissive her manager is. Overall, disappointing. The McDonalds is more consistent and if you are willing to journey inside of the one stop centre subway and burger king would probably be more reliable as well.

Unfortunately the food was not great , the chicken was dry and my wifes Fillet burger appeared to have a boneless fillett in it rather then an actual burger with minimal sauce and also dry as if it had been sat under the lights for a long time .

The fillet burgers are way too dry or salty. The chicken is left in the hot holder for way too long! Putting mayo on a burger won’t justify for the dryness. Avoid.

KFC chicken portions smaller than normal. Coating was lacking flavour. Considered returning, not sure will be ordering KFC again, certainly not from Perry Barr.

The food was delivered by bicycle and was stone cold. Plus 10 piece bucket and too many small wings and legs given when left a note not too and with two wings half the chicken looked eaten. Disappointing expensive family meal.

As a regular kfc customer for many years this is probably the worst kfc meal I have ever had. Ordered a 6 piece bucket and a large popcorn chicken. Chicken was so greasy and oily to the touch, then inside it was dry and chewy like its been sat for ages. Was also forced to have a specific type of chicken piece I didn't want. Large popcorn unusually chewy and not what I'm used too. The staff looked moody and fed up, not very good customer service. Hope the manager looks into this for me as almost everything went in the bin and will next time stick to the Kingsbury Road kfc.

To the manager please stop holding hot food for longer than is necessary ! Also change your oil used to fry the chicken more often . The chicken your expecting paying customers to eat is tough, dry, cold/tepid at best . Please regain confidence in the customer and the community . We have had enough of been conned . Thank you 🙏

Always miss orders and get wrong rubbish

Absolutely atrocious!!!! Tiny pieces of chicken with our meals, very dark in colour and very dry, they were no bigger than a wing! there was about 10 Chips in each packet some.of which were undercooked and the burgers were no bigger than a mcdonalds cheeseburgers! 3 meals came to over £40 with delivery. I could have done a weeks shopping for this amount!! NEVER AGAIN .... DO BETTER KFC

Terrible seating especially for anyone with disabilities or back pain. Food was ok but not served with utensils or anything to clean your hands with.

I’ve been ordering from Perry Barr KFC for quite a few years. Over the past 6 months the quality of food has gone right down the pan. Chicken portions are micro in size and you can’t even taste the famous KFC recipe. It seems like they are using a cheaper alternative, I wish I could’ve uploaded some photos I took too!! I definitely will not be ordering from here again!!

Worse experience ever. I ordered food on the kiosk for a table service but ended up picking it up myself. The food were tasteless and smelly and staff were lazy. Tables were not cleaned, although it wasn't busy at all. I used to come here often in the past but after today, the experience was really bad.

On January 10th, it was KFC. I bought mini wraps to go. While eating, it turned out that they were very dry. I had to chew for a long time. When I saw what was inside, I almost threw up. I found spoiled lettuce or some paper. 😱 Unfortunately, I will not go there again. I advise you to watch what you eat. Customer service also needs improvement. * Check if you received what you ordered for takeaway. Yesterday I was in this KFC again. And unfortunately I was disappointed again. Compared to other KFCs, orders are fulfilled very slowly here. In addition, my order was missing one Fleamin mini wrap. Too bad.

Awful. Ordered a 4 PC meal 3 of which had the skin dropping off before it got out of the bag ended up having to put in the oven which did little to help in the end gave it to my dog and cats. What was the point may as well have not had the skin on at all to which had very little of the so called famous chicken seasoning !!!!!!!

Completely disgusting, from service to food the whole experience was awful. All food was cold, fillet burger wasn't at all fresh, the bun was hard round the edges. Krushem had no lid on properly so it went all over my car. Some staff members require re-training as they are clueless and very rude. There is no communication. After waiting 20 minutes for my food, I waited a further 10 minutes for 2 Krushems that were brought to me one by one. I WOULD SERIOUSLY RECONSIDER EVER EATING FROM THIS KFC AGAIN.

SHOCKING SERVICE! Visited on 5th January 2025, ordered a trilogy box meal with a barbecue dip and fillet burger. I was given a zinger burger, no dip and popcorn chicken which I didn't ask for. Workers are starting to get sloppy and lazy.

Ordered from this branch on a few occasions and each time items were missing (a complete meal the last time) and the deliveries were 40 miss minutes late if delivered at all.

I've eaten here plenty of times before. All was what you'd expect from a KFC. However, on my last visit, one staff member let the place down with her lack of customer service skills. Let me explain..... I ordered my food on the self-service screen. Whilst I was finding my table and settling in, I heard the staff member call out my order number (once only). Because I didn't instantly appear at the counter to collect my food, she walked away, leaving the food unattended. I went to the counter and was left standing there, ignored, until another staff member attended to me. When that staff member pointed out to her that I was standing there, she turned to her and dismissively stated, in clear ear shot of me, "He didn't answer." She then turned back around and carried on with what she was doing. I was so annoyed and shocked. All I could say was, "I was here." That is very poor customer service.
