This is my favourite place Iâve visited on this mini holiday. Beautiful, calming ambience, interesting, kind staff, the most excellent sweet and savoury gluten free scones Iâve had, and I thoroughly enjoyed my delicate green tea. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.

Excellent value for money, my husband and I had the two course lunch menu whilst our daughter enjoyed the Seafood Risotto. Flavourful prawn cocktail starters and Sea Bass with crushed new potatoes as main course was a lovely treat. All beautifully presented and everything was obviously cooked to order. Our daughter asked for the prawns to be swopped for an alternative and this was easily accomplished by the most succulent mussels taking pride of place on a delicious plate of saffron Seafood Risotto We would definitely return to enjoy another lovely meal. The service was great, the menu variety is good and covers all dietary options without hassle. Next time we may even have a bottle of wine! Thank you

Second visit - itâs just a coffee shop - but it so isnât . Lovely coffee, light bites , free Wi-Fi and what makes it special ? Lovely cheerful people working there . Coffee chains have their place but this place tops them all - support this little independent and youâll make them and yourself feel good.

Visited today for a festive lunch with three friends and I have to say it was most enjoyable. Food was served hot and plentiful and in fact was quite a large roast but we ate it all - well its nearly Christmas. The three mini puddings were also delightful and more than enough. Really good service as well. Would recommend this venue.

Me and my friend popped in while we were visiting Devizes, can't remember what for now, and I ended up buying some small stones for my mum (agate, tiger's eye, that sort of thing) and as I checked out they asked if I wanted a chocolate brownie for half price (ÂŁ1) as it was late afternoon and they wanted to sell them. We said said yes and got one each which was a mistake as they were the size of my head and probably contained thousands of calories, Still ate them all. Very tasty. The shop - they sell wraps and sandwiches to take away, so not a restaurant - is full of really good eco friendly stuff - you can bring your own containers for herbs and grains, etc (And I think oils, vinegars?). They also sell organic tinned produce and chocolate and also have some craft eco soaps and things like that. I was visiting from Shropshire so wasn't looking to buy groceries, although if I lived locally I'm sure I'd be in weekly. The shop was fairly busy, which is always a good sign, although the shop is on the small side they have crammed a lot in. The owner was really friendly and chatty, always good when people take customer service seriously. This is mainly a shop, not a restaurant, but can't see a way to change that. Maybe the owners should claim this page and fix that? A probably add a more appropriate photo.

As a family we have been to Devices a few times and it never fails to disappoint. This was the first time we had chosen waffles and we were not disappointed!! We went for a Sâmores waffle and a loaded waffle. They were absolutely amazing! The smoothies are also great and the staff are always friendly and smiling. Fantastic little business.

Stumbled upon the little bakehouse whilst taking a visit to Devizes. I initially walked past but I saw the jam doughnut and thought I had to go back and try one. So glad I did. Phil was a pleasure to meet and told me about the history of his family and baking, it was like going back to my childhood when my mum used to get me doughnuts in Cardiff market. This type of bakery is what it's all about and the jam doughnut was absolutely lovely! Beats anything from anywhere else hands down. I will be sure to pop in again when I'm nearby. Thanks Phil

It's faultless. The perfect place to go for coffee, cake, doughnuts or a delicious meal of pizza or pasta. Genuinely as soon as I leave I want to go back. The pasta and pizzas are clearly freshly cooked, with alot of care given to the flavours and presentation. The dishes are up there with any restaurant. Need to go back asap to try the biscoff cheesecake! An absolute gem, which I'm delighted we stumbled across.

Recent visit with my son, service and food were top quality, lovely basement restaurant giving a true Mediterranean feel, I had a prawn starter my son chose the mussels, both were superb, for mains I had one of the best spag bols and my son a very acceptable mushroom risotto all washed down with a nice Chianti, will definitely be returning.

Ambience was nice, food was top notch. Service was a little slow as it was a Friday night and being quite popular they were very busy but we were pleased that they could fit us in for dinner at such short notice and we were more than happy to take our time and enjoy the evening out without feeling rushed. It made a nice change to have a longer pause in-between courses whilst enjoying company and the pleasant surroundings. The panzanella burrata starter was one of the best I have eaten and the tenderstem/gochujang fritter for main course was incredible, rich with flavours and very filling. Loved the cocktail bar, really pretty and cosy place to sit and the cocktails were very nice too! If we are in the area again we will most definitely visit again.
