The best restaurants serving Default food in Amesbury West Wiltshire South West

Went in yesterday to be greeted so warmly and made to feel at home. I had a flat white coffee which was freshly made and really tasty. I also noted a beautiful smell which was essential oils and that got me asking more. I went out sniffing my arm then returned for another cup and to buy one or two oils. Unfortunately my husband came to pick me up from the car park and so I left without but took 2nd cup as a takeaway. I Don't suppose I will be passing any time soon . But if I did it would definitely be my coffee stop. I learned alot in a few minutes about these oils but I also felt so welcome and so relaxed during my visit. Thank you both such lovely people

Fantástica comida, excelentes pasteles sin gluten y ambiente acogedor. Una necesidad para cualquiera en la zona. Voy siempre que puedo y no puedo recomendarlo lo suficiente.

Ate here multiple times during my stay in Amesbury and every meal was delicious. Wether the pizza, salmon, cheesecake or any of the pasta dishes, everything was fresh and prepared perfectly!

Reservamos para el menú de la cena de San Valentín la comida llegó caliente y muy sabrosa los hongos de ajo de primera clase. Para el siguiente plato tuve bacalao frito con pesto mash hubby tenía filete que estaba cocido y muy tierno seguido de pudines de chocolate para los dos. La cocina de Roxe e Iona fue desaliñada excelente servicio por Louise y April en el bar. Pequeños toques en la mesa, flores frescas, chocolates y decoraciones mostraron el cuidado y la atención al detalle dado a los clientes para una ocasión especial. Gracias equipo New Inn xxxx

We celebrated our Grand Daughters 17th birthday…The service was average…We had to ask for a wine by the bottle menu which was in fact a better deal…The menu was not as impressive as the website suggests…I ordered lobster ravioli at $23.95 and received 7 not homemade with no crabmeat or tomatoes. One of my Grand Daughters ordered the beautiful NY Strip medium well; it came out late medium rare. When returned fifteen minutes later it was perfect but the entire table had finished eating…I hope we experienced a night where key kitchen help did not show up for work; otherwise this restaurant needs to tighten up to stay in business…

Recibimos una cálida bienvenida del equipo a su llegada. La decoración es luminosa y moderna. Las comidas estaban bien presentadas y llenas de sabor y uno de los servidores, Sila, es eficiente, profesional y muy amable. El Risotto alla pescatora era realmente excelente. Una velada muy agradable.

We stopped over in this area to break up a journey to Bude. Decided to have dinner in this pub. Really warm welcome from the lady behind the bar and when her colleague took over she was just as friendly. The food was fantastic, I had the cod and chips which was cooked to perfection and my husband had the burger which he really enjoyed. Would recommend this place 💯.

Awful, disappointing coffee which cost £3 and was scalding hot from a machine. Can not recommend. The only saving grace is the lemon tart which is the sole reason for my visiting this bakery, as they are exquisite, so that I can recommend. Overall, nice place with a good selection but I was massively disappointed with this coffee, it was foul. You can actually see how weak and pathetic it is in the picture, please for the love of all that is good in this world, PLEASE stop serving people this sort of pitiful excuse for a coffee when you have such quality baked goods to pair it with, it makes no sense.

Just ordered £40 takeaway, turned up stone cold. Phoned up and bloke said "what you want me to do about it" he offered me half price on next order. Avoid this place at all cost!! I would of been better off buying x20 lucky dips 😂🤣 Have my Dollar, but your place is a absolute joke. Definitely not returning

Amazing food and amazing service you can't beat it, 100% recommend.

I was just driving past Amesbury Chippy, minding my own business, when a woman flagged me down like I was in the middle of an emergency fish situation. “Trevor!” she shouted, waving a bag of fish and chips like a golden ticket to pure fried joy. Now, spoiler alert—I’m not Trevor. Never have been. But before I could say a word, she shoved the bag through my window and said, “Here you go, love!” What was I supposed to do? Argue? Correct her? Not a chance. I accepted my new identity, thanked her sincerely, and drove off into the sunset with the finest battered cod I've ever tasted. Moral of the story? Never question a free chippy. Just remember: sometimes you're not the person the fish was meant for—but you're the one who needed it most. Right plaice, right time. Thanks again 😁

Old Saturday night didn’t get the address right? So the poor chat was going round and round eventually got to me the sweet-and-sour pork was disgusting. Open and it’s all dry on one side of the pork just not right.
