The cafe was busy when we arrived for a late lunch. There was a very warm welcome, efficient staff took our order quickly and then double checked they had it right. Food arrived quickly and freshly cooked, piping hot and delicious. An excellent cafe highly recommended.

Stopped by for lunch having read the reviews of this little place..oh my...the falafel wrap was to die for..absolutely delicious with a gorgeous mint dressing. Generous portion but I ate every last bit! My husband had Big Trev chicken in brioche which looked amazing and he enjoyed very much. Wonderful coffee and ice cream too. Will definitely be back next time I visit. Thanks 😊

Friendly local pub that made us feel welcome. The chef was amazing the food superb and a good night was had by all. (The clotted cream ice cream was to die for)

Called on the off chance they’d have a table for 2 available and so pleased they had. Their menu looks amazing. My eyes were literally popping out at the range of cakes on display in the chiller cabinet. Very hard decision but went for the warm plum frangipane tart with ice cream. Good sized portion and absolutely delicious! Coffee very nice too. Wish we were staying near Dawlish for longer so I could sample everything in that cabinet, and on the menu!

Very nice lunch. The mushroom cream soup was exquisite. Nice mac and cheese and the panini were yummy. Good service

Fabulous ambience and food to die for .Great welcome and lovely food and genuine china for a fabulous proper cup of tea.We have tried this fine place twice and have not been disappointed .We are so pleased that we have found our go to place in Newton Abbot. The homity pie was tasty and hot ,all came with a tasty coleslaw beautifully presented..

This place is absolutely amazing. The bread and pastries are of top quality and the staff are charming. We have been in several times and the service and quality of produce are always excellent. It is a gem in a lovely town on the moors.

Absolute gem of a place. Wonderful, friendly staff in a lovely establishment. We had scones with clotted cream and jam, delicious! Dog friendly too! Thoroughly recommend and would definitely visit here again.

Such a lovely little place. Situated in Dawlish, this is a must do if you want something a little different than your usual Seaside Ice-Cream. We had the waffles as the pictures will show, they were delicious. Staff are very friendly. We didn’t have a dog with us, but well behaved dogs were welcomed and they even have special Ice-Cream for them too. You will not be disappointed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everytime I go here the food amazes me. Such flavours, makes me want to be vegan. But I love diary too much! Hope they stay around for a long time

Presented a buffet for my granddaughters wedding,I have never seen food like it! The quality variety and presentations were beyond and above anything I have experienced. If you want something really special go here.

So popped in here and was going to opt for a traditional breakfast but instead went for a cheese and ham omelette and it was lovely nice and fluffy and full of flavour, will definitely be paying another visit...
