So popped in here and was going to opt for a traditional breakfast but instead went for a cheese and ham omelette and it was lovely nice and fluffy and full of flavour, will definitely be paying another visit...

A very pretty little shop holding a wealth of unusual gifts or something different for your own home. You'll find hand picked items that will add a little sparkle as a gift or otherwise.

It is only a small shop but I could have spent a long time inside, if my friends wouldn't have pressurised me to hurry! Most of the things are ideal gifts, something nobody necessarily needs, but is glad and happy to receive. I found a lovely little necklace for my adult daughter, who isn't much into jewellery but understands that some choice pieces can enhance an outfit enourmosly. It cost less than £20.and the lady on the counter (Owner??) wrapped it up very nicely and gave me some lovely little stickers to go with it. A very nice gesture indeed.

Been here a few times now, and never had a bad visit.. also I went here for a staff Christmas party. The service was great. The food was delicious. The price is a bit more on the pricey side but it is worth every penny. I would definitely go back again, there is no other place in Dawlish like this. Worth a visit. Highly recommended!!!

We were looking for a garlic pot for ages and just popped into Ten Green bottles. We found the very thing we wanted. Also some very nice soap. Lots of different gifts very nicely presented. Lovely shop and served by a very helpful lady. This shop is right in the heart of Dawlish and a visit should not be missed. I will add that Ten Green Bottles is used for extra places by the Jack Spratt next door and that is not to be missed either.

We have eaten here several times for lunch, and on this occasion, in passing we saw a spare table and grabbed it. Conveniently situated opposition the lawn, the park in the center of Dawlish, and in the heart of the town, this restaurant offers a variety of home cooked snacks and meals. My wife had half a pizza from the lighter menu, but it was a thin crust cheese and tomato masterpiece. I had the seafood platter, fresh, tasty, and included calamari, smoked salmon, prawns and other deligjt

Visited here on a Friday night as as always the atmosphere was lovely. Very cosy and intimate, perfect for a night out as a couple. We both had starters and a main and each dish was beautiful! Nothing could be faulted and the service was also perfect.Drinks cost the same as most restaurants, my bottle of wine was about £15.This was my fourth visit, have had lunches and a Xmas party here and I will be back.

We had a lovely lunch this week, my wife is disabled and we were able to park right outside. Access is reasonably easy, and the premises are located in the heart of Dawlish, opposite the famous lawn, and among other shops and restaurants. My wife had a gorgeous salad, presented with three types of houmos, each with different flavours, and beautifully presented, with very fresh ingredients. I opted for the seafood platter, these was smoked salmon, salmon pate, smoked mackerel, prawn Maria rose and calamari. These were beautifully presented with warm crsuty bread, fresh salad garnishes and some different dips and dressings.

We have just had a lovely lunch at Ten Green Bottles, it is not open in the evenings, so the above information is incorrect, but what a lovely place to eat during the day. The staff are very friendly and it has a lovely homely atmosphere. We both had a cheese and chutney jacket potato and it came with plenty of lovely salad. The sandwiches also looked gorgeous from what we saw of other peoples. There was also plenty of hot water to add to your strong cup of tea. We live in Dawlish and will happily use this tearoom, which is also a lovely gift shop.

Jack Sprats next to Ten Green Bottles is its partner restaurant and I couldn't recommend highly enough. Open during the day too, the people are warm and inviting from the very start in a genuine way, accommodating our hyper 3 year old. The owner introduced her to her own children which gave us some breathing space to relax!Food selection is great and a free pizza was thrown in for our daughter as we weren't sure what she would and wouldn't eat, which was delicious but not needed - so we dug in after our meals! The food tastes great and prices reasonable, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

This lovely restaurant is a real find. Recently opened, and during the day a shop it is transformed at night into a little comfortable bistro like restaurant, serving beautiful food.I had the mussels and my husband had the asparagus to start with, which was lovely and we both had the mackerel for main course, all the dishes were superb and cooked really well. The night we went it was busy and buzy, so probably best to book.Really enjoyed our evening here. Would definitely recommend.

We choose to try out ten green bottles for our anniversary. We enjoyed 3 nicely presented and lovely tasting dishes. The portions were just right for us and reasonably priced. I was a little unsure on going until we got there it was a lovely atmosphere and I loved the decor. What was a really nice touch was the piece of fudge with the bill. Yum yum. Well we most certainly are returning. Next month we will be trying out jack sprats.

We live in Dawlish and recently chanced popping into ten Green Bottles for dinner without a booking. They were fully booked for later on but let us have a table for a quick dinner which was exactly what we wanted. The menu was really good and we both had no problem in choosing our meals, which were served without too much of a wait and by a really friendly waitress. The food itself was delicious. I had a fish dish and after reading the review below about portion size I think the portion was perfect. I would rather have a slightly smaller meal that was delicious than a huge plate of food that wasn't worth eating! The ambience of Ten Green Bottles was really nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We will be back!

We decided to try Ten Green Bottles tonight whilst visiting friends in Dawlish. Great food, but unfortunately the portions of the fish dishes were extremely small. Our friend ordered the last vegetarian dish of filo parcels and this was by comparison a huge portion! Overall the atmosphere was very nice and we enjoyed the experience, we just feel it is important to ensure your guests have value for money and do not leave the restaurant in need of a main course!

This restaurant has an excellent ambience, service and is reasonably priced, however, the salad served with the steak is very basic and only consisted of lettuce. The chips are thin frozen ‘fast food’ chips and also disappointing. With a very small amount of food tweaking this restaurant would be excellent.

Went here recently with my parents for a meal. What a fantastic little place, good selection on the menu which is quite diner in its food selection. Pizzas, Burgers, Salads and plenty of other things. My dad and i started with Chicken Liver Pate with a lovely Chutney on the side. For main the folks had Chicken Milanese (breaded chicken) they both loved it. I opted for the special which was a Rump Steak, very tender, loads of flavour. Too full for dessert but the folks had a Tia Maria coffee. The service was fantastic, very friendly staff where nothing is too much bother for them. I ordered my steak Medium and when it turned up it was rare (a hearing mistake) when i mentioned it, the steak was removed and while i waited i picked at my vegetables, when the steak was returned it was cooked to perfection and i had fresh chips and another bowl of vegetables! If you're near Dawlish u have to try this place, u won't be dissapointed!!!

After walking round and round Dawlish, looking for somewhere appealing to eat, we stumbled across 10 Green Bottles, great little place, food was lovely. I had the steak, which was very tasty and cooked to perfection. Dessert...... Well, I reccomend the cheesecake with the hazelnut base, Equisite! I would like to say that we were made to feel very welcome, despite having a whining toddler with us... And if you need somewhere to eat that's got great tasting food, this is your venue x

We liked the solid wood tables, the pleasant atmosphere, and the friendly service in this small, new restaurant. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared and presented with good vegetarian choices. Jointly owned with Jack Spratt's next door - (similar decor but different menu, though closed on the 2 nights we ate in Dawlish). Consequently we went back to Ten G. B. the following night and had a second delicious meal!
