Really good, reliable, tasty food and friendly, efficient service. I travel for work and have visited several times. Always really flavourful food and always friendly service without being overbearing or intrusive. Takes a little while to be served, very fresh food, never oily. A really good variety of veggie dishes. The brinjal/aubergine is excellent. My go-to.

We were treated to a lovely mothers day lunch here so booked it for an evening with 4 of our friends. Having told them how great the food was we were expecting a good night. 2 of us had the carbonara which when it arrived was like the meat had been previously cooked and then over reheated and was too hard to eat. I put it all to the side and ate half the past when the waitress arrived I complained and was told that was how it was meant to be! I obviously told her it wasn't and she said shed mention it to the kitchen. Another friend complained that her crab pasta had next to no crab in it and was almost all pasta. For the next 40 to 45 mins nobody came near us even to offer us a drink or the desert menu needless to say we left. I really don't like leaving negative reviews and I wouldn't have if we'd been treated differently. Always better to complain when the management can at least discuss with the customer than to go away feeling like no-one was interested in our opinion.

Really nice place for a coffee or tea. Nice atmosphere and people here are really nice. Very is a lot to order from and at a very good price.

Amazing food taste wise and portions. Fab service - staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. Great choice of food on the menu. We had the calamari to start. The coating was crispy and the calamari was tender. The special of the day was chicken and mushroom risotto. This was delicious. Very flavourful, good ratio of chicken, mushroom to the risotto. Hubby was very happy. The crispy pork belly, sage and butter crushed potatoes and mixed veg (I swapped out the black pudding) with apple and vanilla gravy was amazing. The venue was very clean, tidy and spacious. The staff were dressed smartly. A great venue for any day occasion.

My family can't get enough of this restaurant! We've been back three times, and each visit has been a delight. The restaurant consistently earns high scores, usually between 4 and 5. We gave it a perfect five because they allowed us to sit down before our allocated booking, and there was no service charge. The only problem was that the coconut rice was drier than usual, and we had to ask the waitresses to clean our table. Apart from these minor issues, the menu is incredibly diverse (and fair prices), the restaurant has a cosy and traditional theme, and the service from the waitress was delightful!

A really nice place to sit and sip hot chocolate while chatting with a friend. Close to bus station and 10 minute walk to train station. Near to the historic and attractive Castle Street and the oldest art centre in England. Good price.

Went there for a dinner with friend after a long break. This place never disappoints me! Service is always very friendly and helpful, and the food is so delicious. It’s definitely my favourite Indian restaurant and I recommend this place to everyone. Was as good as remember. It was a lovely experience

After life made us busy it had been about 18 months since we had visited "our place" its just as good if not better than we ever remembered. The food is out of this world and the bread and oils need a special mention too. The service is sensational nothing is too much trouble with expert advice given when asked. This was a table to celebrate my partners birthday. At last minute id asked if they could decorate a table as a suprise. No promises were made. However they went way above and beyond any expectation and made our evening truly one to remember. We will hold onto these memories forver. We are both eternally grateful and hope to see you again very soon. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts

Amazing atmosphere here with their own dj, was playing all the right tunes, bar staff were very friendly and polite also the drinks were extremely cheap! Probably the cheapest I’ve found in Bridgwater, would definitely recommend for a night out or even just for a quick drink!

I was welcomed and shown to my seat by an absolute unit of a man with a Mohawk who was very polite and couldn’t do enough to make my time there a 5 star service! Asset to nandos! Also the food was bang on and the restaurant was very clean and well run! Thanks 🙏

Decided in work to have a late night fish and chip night so asked this chip shop if they could cater for 18 people in one order and they did just that placed the order the day before and paid for it fish chips burger kebabs and chicken and curry sauce all of the above was ordered and everything was hot and tasty 😋 well done to everyone in the chip shop and thankyou everyone was very happy very full will definitely be back 😀

This place had a great atmosphere, and they were super welcoming The Pierogi was very good and we also tried their Lard with Pork Crackling which was actually really nice Would recommend 👍

Worth the carvery lunch for a very decent price if you are on your way into/out Hinkley Point Power Station with ample parking outside as well as outdoor garden area.
