fantastic driver, super polite and accommodating when I put the wrong location.

shortbread sold out didn't send replacement and no refund

Never received my order but on just eat it was marked as delivered

disappointing sandwich. hard crusts and no flavour. it was supposed to be brie & cranberry with hardly any brie and virtually no cranberry.

1 coffee was empty and knocked over

I always enjoy a latte from Costa coffee whether it's in the shop or at home

Service polite and efficient: made to feel welcome.

Nice place to have a coffee/tea or hot chocolate. Good selection of biscuits/cakes or toasties

We have been waiting to try a new drink and was massively disappointed when it was improperly prepared…

Awful service today and was really shocked that the person that served me was the manager, no manners didn’t speak once to me when I asked for items, gentleman before me the same service , he asked for cream on his iced coffee, the drink was taken away cream was put on then slammed down on his tray no apologies, would think twice about going there again,

By far the best coffee shop around. The staff are very friendly and always remember my order.

Yet again there where items missing

For me personally I wasn't keen on the coffee in comparison to other coffee shops locally, however the staff and customer service is fantastic here, and it was fairly quiet at 10:15 on a Thursday morning. Not bad for a chain.

It's standard Costa. Exactly what you would expect

First time visiting this particular Costa. The staff are very friendly. There was plenty of seating, and the toilet was clean and tidy.

Lovely atmosphere with a good view of town center.

I ordered a Mocha here and it was a little too strong on the chocolate for me, so I took it back and asked for a latte instead, the ladies were more than happy to remake my drink, great customer service.

Was OK. Not as good as it used to be.

The kit kat hot chocolate is nice, you can taste the kit kat flavour and the little chunks on top makes it nicer especially when they fall down the cup.

When I went to collect my coffee that I ordered I had to wait 20 minutes to collect as there was only 2 staff on one taking the orders and the other one struggling to keep up with all the orders but managed to complete the orders. Hopefully I'll be back soon as I want to collect my free coffee once I've collected all my coffee beans.

Right now the staff from there tucked another customer and I went there before him I waited more then 5 minutes to order I have seen they are indifferent I just left!! That’s very rude of them and it wasn’t busy at all !!!

Esta cafeteria deja mucho que desear. Hemos pedido dos chocolates calientes y nos cobraron tamaño grande sin preguntar. El sabor es a leche no a chocolate caliente. El ambiente es frio y las sillas no estan limpias. Las tazas son para llevar aunque estemos en el local. La verdad que tiene mucho que mejorar.

Chairs are dirty and need to be replaced or cleaned. Temperature was colder than it should be. I don’t understand why someone would come here instead of going to Coffee#1 which is 20 metres down the road. When we went they only had takeaway cups and not mugs which look cheap and makes your drink taste worse. They gave us the large size hot chocolate instead of the regular size without asking. Not enough chocolate on it so it tasted almost the same as hot milk. Charging £6.80 for 2 hot chocolates of this low quality is a joke.

Always enjoy my coffee at Costa and as I am diabetic as a treat the cakes are lovely .

Small Costa shop with friendly helpful staff, with a good selection of coffee and sandwiches, also has a disabled toilet.

When I visited it was takeout only due to staff. The 2 ladies working were lovely and did there very best to serve you as quickly as possible.

I've been to a lot of Costa's in my time and this is BY FAR the worst. Really immature staff who thought it was more important to have a conversation than deal with their customers. The young lad serving us forgot to print the ticket for our drinks despite us recieving everything else. After 20 minutes of waiting and watching everyone else get their drinks we challenged it politely and a snotty girl with purple hair decided to argue the case with us despite us and her colleague saying the order had gone through until their manager told them to just make the drinks. Your customers should be your priority not your chatter. Deffo won't be coming here again. Staff way too young and immature.

We love Costa coffee, however, I would strongly advise the manager to train the lady who served us today, as multiple times I had coffee made by her and it all tastes the same. I had today cortado decaff wich I normally have in the other Costa place in Bridgwater. Unfortunately the attitude doesn't help either, not in my regards but overall. It's a shame that the quality of coffee from the same chain is so different in taste and presentation with just a mile distance between. I only visited it today as the other place didn't had any sandwiches.

Hideous service, half of the seating area is always closed off. Friday afternoon a customer went to sit down in closed area as there were no free tables and got shouted down by one of the staff. I understand being short-staffed but rudeness is never acceptable. She could have spoken properly to the customer rather than shouting. Horribly rude!

Very clean and covid safety is on point. Seating is not currently available at this time as they are short staffed, but Chynah, who served us, was great, offered friendly yet efficient service with a smile (visible even through the mask)!

I love Costa this one however we’ll some of the staff get rude when they have gotten the order wrong and try to argue it with you when I try and explain that I wouldn’t of asked for normal milk due to allergies! There are two women there that are very lovely though and alway off to help me to a tablet when I have my pram

Disgusting attitude filthy in front tables. Served wrong drinks failed to listen. The whole costa experience is failing under new ownership yet they charge for a premium experience.. This store doesn't understand service.

All staff friendly always clean table's always feel comfortable.

Lovely staff. Organised and clean.

Awesome. We had great service from a smiling brasserie and waitress the food was delicious and the kids ate every bit, which is not always the case, they loved the ginger bread dogs and they disappeared very fast. We had large lattes which came in a lovely big double eared cup and it was HOT. We will definitely be back.

Nice white hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows

Very friendly and helpful, I am excempt from wearing a mask and I have a hearing impairment, staff very supportive And made sure I could lip read by removing Thier masks, as in govt guidance for people who are reliant on lip reading and facial expressions to communicate. Disabled facilities, in the centre of Taunton, easy to get to.

Very good value and even better if you carry a Costa Coffee card and/or the app. The store is very nicely laid out due to social distancing measures and it's laid out in a one way system at the Cornhill branch. I have yet to try their bigger outlet which is based on The Bridgwater Retail Area Site. I expect that it's the same but on a larger size with seating outside spaced apart for social distancing measures once again. I would certainly try the bigger store but live closer to the small size store based on The Cornhill area of the town.

Go there every Saturday before heading out of town. Staff great and friendly. Coffee always to the same yummy standard. If I am gonna nitpick, very busy at times. But that can’t really be helped. Great overall

Staff are always great! I'm on crutches currently and they brought the food over to me that i had ordered. Brilliant mac n' cheese! With a xmas hot chocolate too😍

Didn't dislike but only make an adequate cappuccino. If I want milk in my coffee, I would have ordered a latte

Wats going on with Costa Bridgwater that the third time I've asked for a replacement and the third time I've thrown it away common Bridgy Costa get a grip

Went in here last Monday - tried to attract the attention of the servers from outside because I had a dog and wanted a coffee. Gave up - picked up my 14 week old dog and went in to order a take out!!! Omg - I was spoken to like a piece of dirt! The blond haired girls making the coffee was so rude.....absolute disgrace - took my money but didn’t have the common decency to either help or treat me with any form of basic customer service. Took another customer to help me get my order complete and take away...dreadful service from ‘jumped’ up servers....retraining needed and recruiting....

Smaller than usual branch. Not as much character or comfortable armchairs as in others. Same quality coffees and cakes though. Friendly and attractive staff.

There is a large selection of drinks to either sit in or takeaway. I do find that the hot chocolate that I tend to have is nice. But most of the time, it is not as hot as the name suggests it might be. Friendly staff, but sometimes I do feel a little rushed, so they can get on with the next customer.

New to us , friendly and welcoming staff. Great coffee as always ☺

Really nice and friendly customer assistant at the counter at the time (during bridgwater carnival) it was very busy but she still managed to smile and be very friendly, coffee was good too

The lady on the till was super rude and the coffee tastes worse than instant coffee.

A good place to have a drink but watch the staff sometimes they are rubbing thier nose and messing with their hair while making the coffee
