Nando's Bridgwater in Sedgemoor

Just popped in for a takeaway. Grabbed some salt from the counter and the manager Lee decided that it would be a good idea to approach us and speak in a quite abrupt and rude manner , then stare us down even while standing outside and make us feel really uncomfortable while he has his food while everyone else worked. Nice move Nandos.

First time we went tonight .. all was very nice .. could not fault the service from the staff ..the food was delayed but we were told about it and the manager was more than helpful to explain and offer a drink... we will be going back again

As Nandos in Bridgwater is are favourite restaurant, we often like to come and have a good experience. Today, probably due to busy place and just some mistake happen, that we waited for our food more than an hour. We asked a waiter and they brought it over and apologised. Then even manager came to apologise and gave us a coupon for next visit and free dessert. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it and were professional is really big gesture to us. We will happily come again.

Got our order mixed up and gave me medium when I wanted lemon and herb, and my partner lemon and herb, but the chicken itself was lovely and would be interesting in going again at some point and if it goes well, would definitely make it 5 stars, loved the unlimited ice cream, shame my tooth didn't

Love a good nando's The Sagrez is delicious

Like most Nandos it hit's the spot is nice and tasty but dosen't knock your socks off. You get the occasional cold item which they are more than happy to replace. Biggest issue is the alcohol choice which is pathetic and overpriced, Luckily there is a bar next door.

Great place to eat out on a Sunday and great atmosphere too will definitely go there again. Here on another visit to this well run restaurant Nandos. I wish I could give more stars as Nandos deserve it. Thank-you for making my stay welcome

I came here during a busy Easter weekend so the wait was obviously going to be long +unfortunately my food was warm, not hot and my garlic bread was dry/hard. I will give it another try another time ,to give this branch a chance since I like Nando’s. The interior was clean and beautiful. +The smallest Nando’s I’ve been to. Parking is free after 6pm.

Food was great and the service was timely, good selection of sides, can get busy at times, we arrived at 18.00 and got seated straight away, by 18.30 there was a constant steady stream of people waiting to be seated and this was managed extremely well, will definitely be going back.

Customer service don’t know what they do I’ve told to wait 15-20 minutes iv waited 45 minutes still not ready I have to cancel my order

We decided to go out for lunch to celebrate my birthday, so tried the new Nandos in Bridgwater & super happy we did. Really helpful friendly staff, easy to order on app & waiting time wasn't long. We all enjoyed the food & most definitely be going back.

A welcome addition to Bridgwater's fairly terrible restaurant selection. If you love a "Cheeky" as I do, then Bridgwater's Nando's delivers. I believe they also deliver. Food is as it should be. Staff are lovely. The restaurant itself is spacious and well laid out. Parking is free after 6 and all day on Sundays. No complaints.

This was my first time at Nandos, I had garlic bread, which was very burnt, it was honestly terrible, the food was boring and so overpriced, also abit cold inside the restaurant, there was missing ingredients (we ordered peri peri chips but it was just normal chips, I also had the peri peri Mac & cheese, it also didn’t have the peri peri on it) our food took a very long time to arrive aswel.l

The first time here for me brought my granddaughters, they are used to it, so they no what to order. I choose something I liked in fact when all the food was brought it was very well set out on the plates and was very tasty and hot. Staff were fantastic and always polite and helpful and smiling.

Only problem was the air conditioning was blowing cold and I was freezing.

Service was excellent, Gee is outstanding.

My mum and step dad took me for my birthday lunch, they'd never been and were really impressed (takes ALOT to impress my mum). Food was really lovely, staff were so friendly. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend to anyone thinking of going.

Heavily advertised loaded fries missing ingredients, no warning, just turned up hoping we wouldn't notice. Only after complaining to head office did we get a 5£ off voucher Won't be returning! Do yourself a favour and go to one of the lovely local cafes Also very limited gf options!

Yet to have a bad meal here. Anyone who says otherwise are lying. Everything is great from the service to the food.

Safe to say we will not be back!!! waiting around an hour an a half for our over priced food. Got lost in the system apparently 👍 apologies were made with the offer of anything for free , I sed " a beer and a pudding for my son as its his birthday " . 1 beer arrived but no pudding. Pretty much ruined my sons whole birthday plans as it took so long so thanks for that........

The food and atmosphere were really enjoyable, I ended up going 3 times over the past couple of weeks, in the day and the evening. The only reason the service is marked down 1 star is because of the amount of time it takes the waiting staff to collect the food from the bar and take to the table, once it's been cooked. This happened on every visit.

Visited for the first time after it opened, was disappointed in portion size, staffing and organisation - I was apprehnsive of how long 'teething problems' of being newly opened would last. Subsequent visits have been great. Really quick service, the usual Nandos standard portion sizes, everything is clean, food tastes great. Probably my favourite Nandos to visit. Out of the Bridwater area, it's not a bad place to eat.

Tried the new Nando's in Bridgwater and overall not too bad. You can order at the bar or from your table with a smartphone. We chose the smartphone route and it was very easy. All food and drinks were delivered to our table. The only negatives were the rice was under cooked and the chicken was a bit dry. Staff were excellent and good atmosphere. We got in early so service was fairly swift... as the place filled up you could tell service was getting slower to the later tables.

I'm sure that I've answered this , new place, a couple of weeks, water dripping from Airconn on to food. Staff knew, says manager is not good.

Had the pleasure of having 1xcollection and 2xDeliveroo deliveries and on every single occasion all sides of chips were missing and here and there another 2nd side(considering ordering for 3-4 people). I even called up the restaurant on the 2nd occasion and spoke with the manager himself who reassured me will speak with his staff to ensure this doesn't happen again. A week later deciding to take the chance again of ordering as a big lover of Nandos, no sides whatsoever considering even had the coleslaw highlighted! I have no idea, nor able to comprehend how hard it is to read a receipt and follow the list down. I get it to be a mistake once, maybe even twice, but 3 times in a row is disgraceful and absolutely ridiculous! I have always loved Nandos and was over the moon with having one open in Bridgwater but dont think I will ever take any chances with this restaurant.

This is the second time that we have placed an order and then driven 5 miles to fetch it..... and twice we have not received all our order. Yesterday was a burger - how can they miss this from our order? Chips were too cold to eat as well. Think I will just give up with Nandoes.

Visited with a friend, was told to order via the app which I had to download. As we ordered separately as we wanted to pay separately, our food was delivered at different times which wasn't ideal. Food was nice though. It was really busy for a Tuesday evening.

Had to wait for our meal but the lovely manager gave us dessert. The food is very yummy

Ordered via app, drinks arrived immediately and food shortly after. You know what you are getting but still well cooked and presented. Great location by cinema and bowling in town centre.

Every time we have been here the staff have been lovely, the food great and it’s always really clean. Would highly recommend :-)

Take away order was 20 minutes late. They missed a couple sides off the order (these were refunded) which was a shame. Food was okay. Staff were polite.

A nice new Nando's here in Bridgwater is a dream come true. I lived in Banbury for 5 years and one was promised but only opened shortly after I moved to Bridgwater. Now we have Nando's, a JLR battery gigafactory & a new nuclear power station In your face Banbury! I love Nando's & eat in them frequently. This is a nice new Nando's a short walk from our house. Last visit was very good. Lovely host Ayse got us a table even tho they were very busy & we had a standard slap-up Nando's which we very much enjoyed. The manager guy put my points on the card manually, because I forgot until after I'd paid - as he promised. Excellent all round.

The food was great, and a clean and friendly atmosphere.

The place was close to empty but it took quite a while until I received my food. 16£ for half a chicken and two sides in self-service is quite expensive. The garlic bread was the best of the three. Corn and chicken to long cooked and very dry. A really small chicken with not a lot meat on it. I doubt it was organic which would have justified the price and size. There is no real service except someone’s asking how it was without making an effort of waiting for the answer or dealing with a „not so good“. The atmosphere is loud. No acoustic damping in the room. Everything is just getting louder and competes with each other. Extraction, aircon, music, customers.

The chicken wasn't taste like a nandos chicken!was not marinated not soft and tender like all the rest of nandos restaurant!(I am a nandos lover) Service was unprofessional/beginner teenage (almost make me to order 2 times they forgot some sides to bring)

Very good nandos. It is the first one I have visited but it was really good. Place very new and staff friendly and efficient. The food was very good quality and very tasty. Toilets are good and cleaned. Very nice place to go in Bridgwater.

Best Nando’s i’ve had in a while, everything was portioned perfectly, food quality was great and was perfectly spiced. The manager seemed really involved serving, checking the food was ok and was clearly invested in the new store which is very rare to see and the overall team seemed happy to be there.

Above average nandos because it is brand new. Plenty of options in the menu and the half chicken is well made with plenty of chips as a side. Seating is spacious and i like the fact that you see the kitchen from your seat.

When we arrived, it was super busy! The waitress took our number and alerted us when we could dine. The food was standard for Nandos. The staff were all super friendly and lovely.

Went at lunchtime so atmosphere a bit stunted. Can't believe how many items were off the menu, including coleslaw, corn, salad or burgers. But its new and hadn't any history to base the usage on.

First try at our new Nandos, and I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth everything went for not long opening. There were no beanie burgers, which is my go-to, so I was disappointed. But then I tried the spiced chickpea wrap - delicious! Now I have to choose between them! Portions were generous, and the food was hot and tasty. The staff were attentive and friendly.

Love Nandos and have been in a few especially the Taunton branch. As soon as you walk in a wow factor probably as it's new but really smart looking probably the best Nandos I've seen. Staff were pleasant although the one cleaning up didn't really bother with the floor which was covered in food debris. It's a very small place with no upstairs seating so in busy times it's going to be difficult to get a table. Food was good typical Nandos quality shame they seem to have stopped doing coffee.

First time here today. Staff really friendly, food fresh and out in good time and check in at table to make sure all was okay. Very nicely decorated also. Really positive experience and nice to have an addition to the town.

Food was good, staff friendly and helpful. Easy to order easily through the app. Quite quiet but lovely new restaurant/building. As with most things, especially eating out, food is expensive.

Have been into this restaurant twice since it opened last week and both times have been equally amazing … safe to say I will be back (multiple times.. of course)

I have paid for extra food but doesn’t got it. Not going anymore there they’re not happy when u coming with active kids.
