We have stayed in multiple Premier Inns across the country & Bridgwater Premier Inn is by far the best yet The hotel is absolutely spotlessly clean , comfortable & very welcoming Excellent customer service All staff friendly and looked after us very well We had both the evening meal & cooked breakfast and the food was superb We would highly recommend this hotel and will not hesitate to book again

Rooms are fairly decent, usual Premier Inn standards. Location is ok if you're just looking for a bed. There isn't much to do without having to drive. The biggest negative of this hotel is the restaurant! Bookings are a nightmare as you can never get in at a decent time. Then there is the wait for food. It took me nearly 40 mins just to get some chicken wings! All this and it wasn't even that busy, so I'd suggest hiring another chef. Staff are all friendly enough 👍🏻

Stayed for the Bridgwater fireworks and carnival. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Car park was spacious. Even though it is next to a main road, you can't hear the traffic.

The staff in re edition went the extra mile to assist with elderly parents. Empathetic and sensitive the duty manager in particular helped make the stay a positive experience.

We booked for 2 nights, 2 rooms with breakfast. All good staff were great, friendly and helped where they could. Bank holiday morning they struggled with breakfast rush and we had to wait around for clean plates, glasses and breakfast to be refilled but they were busy. The bed was a little too soft for me but that is personal preference and I wouldn’t say the shower was fantastic. All in all a good time and the view was gorgeous.

Large comfortable rooms, excellent value, just a shame that you can't open a window

The only problem was that I had a view over looking the road, and not the countryside

Lovely people running the place. Very well designed. Would have been 5 * but TV picture just awful - they have obviously bought some knock off TVs to save pennies

I had a delightful breakfast at the restaurant. The staff were very attentive to our dietary restrictions and made sure to provide us with gluten-free items. The ambiance was lovely, and the friendly staff added to the enjoyable atmosphere. I always look forward to stopping by this place.

Lovely pub (just went for Sunday lunch, didn't stay). It's got a good vegetarian selection for pub lunches on Sunday, and vegan options too, always a bonus! A bit pricey but that reflects the area 😉 My dining companions all mentioned that there wasn't much veg with the roast but good otherwise! Beautiful sunny day, so we got to sit in the garden - really lovely. Pretty fast service; downside of sitting outside meant we couldn't set up a tab but not a big problem! A nice place to visit for a treat

We normally come here every year for a good carvery, unfortunately this time as a huge let down. I paid £54 for 2 adult carveries, 3 soft drinks, 1 children carvery and crisps. The meat was nice, but the vegetables were raw, not aldentè, just raw. I never had such hard peas in my life. I said next time i will try the seagull and give this place a miss. Also the lady kept messing up the order and i had to confirm multiple times to get it right. Shame, great place before, this time not recommended.
