BOS Cafe in Sedgemoor

I got the bos Breakfast with a can of pop £10;50 was OK nothing special there was a funny taste to the sausages, 1 egg was hard 1 egg perfect what I didn't like was how the beans mushrooms tomatoe was on 1 side of the plate there's nothing worse than having mushroom grease, bean juice, & tomato juice all mixed in together the layout of the breakfast could be more thought about. if I'm honest i was quite enjoying it untill I got a crunchy bit in 1 of the eggs felt like egg shell might not be but that's what I thought .. the cafe itself is clean the service was good can not complain. Value you for money not really, way to many breakfast options would I go back again dont know , I have to be really hungry or the other food places would.have to be closed just a little Overpriced for what you get truth to be told

Great cafe to eat in. We had 2 meals steak kidney pie & chips and liver bacon & chips with pies. Good portion sizes and the staff are fabulous.

Only had a coffee, only downside was they didn't do skimmed milk but that is a very small personal preference. Friendly staff

Hate being stared at by staff whilst eating. Felt very uncomfortable Indeed. Last time we ate daily here. But certainly won't again.

Breakfast was okay nothing like normal. Went in this morning ordered 4 breakfast one come out completely wrong breakfast but on ticket was correct so mix up in kitchen. Mushrooms barely cooked and the beans we basically just had the juice. Apart from that was okay just nothing like were used to.

Came here on the off chance of a table for myself, my husband and two children aged two and four. The cafe was clean, tidy and the servers were very friendly and keen to help. Food was served promptly and was really very nice. The milkshake was particularly lovely. Would highly recommend this cafe. The price was also very reasonable.

Poor quality cooked food, cheapest quality food, coffee was bitter due to the beans being stale, coffee was under extracted and tastes like hot water cannot make milk based coffee drinks total poor quality I wouldn't waste your money, places that serve rubbish should be closed down, as all you are doing is scamming people..

Food is fantastic. The young girl bought the food out and threw the chips over me. No chips were replaced and no one came to check I was OK

Lovely cafe. Went with my family, there were 8 of us together. Food was lovely. We all had breakfast. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Very good value for money. Service was very quick. Had food within 10 minutes of ordering. Amazing cup of tea. Staff Very friendly. Thanks to everyone at BOS cafe in Burnham on Sea. We will definately be returning.

Good menu, reasonable prices and great service. The only problem I have is parking and may need to do a couple of circuits to find a space. If you go you’ll go again.

Been visiting here for a couple of weeks now and gave tried a few of their dishes.. The food is always cooked well and a minimum wait times are experienced. Great value and pleasant staff. Will definitely be visiting again and would recommend a visit if your nearby

The food was hot and tasty, poached eggs were perfect. Chips crisp and not greasy. The service was efficient and friendly. Would definitely go again, and try the tinned tomato on toast!

Loved the food and some people might think it's a small shop it's not going to be good but it's the over way around! They give you fairly big plates and most of them are full! If I could rate it higher than 5 I definitely think I would!

Had a lovely breakfast here. Good value. Served nice and hot. Clean toilets. Had the most amazing fish and chips here today 18. 3. 2024. Huge portion and well cooked. Recommend this place all day long

Food was great. Had the all day breakfast and my brother had the mega. Staff were really welcoming. Place can get quite busy so not always free today. Only down side is the toilets need a more regular clean!

We generally go into the B.O.S more or less 4 to 5 times a week the staff very friendly food good and coffee excellent.

Delicious breakfast with a proper coffee machine!

First visit, we were in town with grandkids and needed to eat. We were very pleased to find Bos Café. Proper cafe, decent fresh food, excellent coffee and splendid kids food as well. Best value for money cafe we have visited recently. Place was clean, plenty of space, good toilets and friendly team. Will use again when in the area.

In Burnham for Carnival weekend, had breakfast here each morning central location, friendly staff, good service, clean establishment, reasonably priced.

Had cod n chips for lunch, cod was smothered in batter,not that much fish. That evening i vomited for hours n was really ill after it.so coincidence that was the only meal i ate that day. This was the end of October, dont know if anyother customer experience the same.Wont eat there again for sure.

Myself, my wife, my brother, sister in law and my 4 nephews, we came for a breakfast yesterday morning and if I’m completely honest I’d recommend this place to anybody, it was Brilliant

Absolute cracker of a Cafe, friendly staff, busy with the locals, foods cooked fresh, the prawn mayo sandwich is a dish and a half as shown, they do a mean all day breakfast too. Good prices and great atmosphere

Absolutely stunning, new it would be good by how popular it was when we walked past.

Just been for lunch, cheap substandard food, they might have a 5 stars on the door, but we rate one star for the food.

This is a great place if you're in a rush or don't want to wait that long for food. We ordered, and then 5 minutes later all the food was ready! The food was delicious, the service was great, but the only downside is the fact that the café is a little too small, so it gets a little cramped when it's full. Otherwise, come here if you want good food for a cheap price!

5/5 We have been eating at this cafe for many years and have always been thoroughly satisfied. Great menu, reasonable prices, large portions, very tasty, speedy service, they open later than most cafes and the staff are friendly . We cannot fault it.

We usually go to the BOS CAFE in Taunton but have now discovered the cafe in Burnham on sea. Excellent range of food at a very affordable price. Great, quick and friendly staff and service. Very tasty food. Toilets are very good too.

When ever we go into town we always pop in to the BOS CAFE for lunch great variety of food to choose from and great food

Couldn’t manage to make a panini with bacon and mozzarella for a fussy eater (child) but could manage to make bacon and cheese…..could add fillings including mozzarella and I wouldn’t have minded paying extra but they just couldn’t do it apparently! The breakfast was not as good as the others we’ve had in the area. Scrambled egg on BROWN toast is actually on granary, not brown! They served the two adults and left the child waiting for five minutes for his panini and only produced it when we asked where it was! Staff don’t smile even when you walk in and say hello! Over all, I won’t ever come back to BOS cafe.

Popped in while having a mooch around the shops.... I had a cheese toastie which was lush, hubby had a bacon & egg buttie. Very nicely presented & good value for money. Would recommend ⭐

Last couple of visits we have been disappointed,food has been cold . Chef rings bell for service and the girls were too busy looking at phone and chatting , usually it's great service and great food so have given 3* hopefully will get back to how it should be

Had a great all day breakfast while my grandson had his first meal in a cafe - chicken nuggets, beans and chips which went down very well!

I would have given no stars if I could have but had to give 1. We went for breakfast at BOS cafe my husband found a spiders leg on his bacon and mushrooms baguette. He called a member if staff to raise the issue she took it the manager the manager told her to tell us it was iff the mushroom. My husband told her he wanted his money back so she went again to see the manager then she brought the money for his baguette. At no point did the manager come over to sort the problem out and no real apology. We walked out leaving our breakfast sandwiches as couldnt eat mine as it would have been cooked at the same time. Safe to say we will never step foot in there again. Manager needs to to his job properly and come and see unsatisfied customers instead of sending a staff member. Customers service could do with improvement

Had this afternoon a lovely gammon with chips tomatoes, mushrooms and peas and such a refreshing prawn salad. As drinks i had also an oreo milkshake and it was all soooo delicious . I was to busy enjoying my meal so...no pictures this time , but a place definitely to come back to!

Where to start?? Bos Cafe really is a wonderful place to eat. Whether it's a full breakfast or just a sandwich, we have never experienced anything other than a lovely meal with good service!! The food is bought quickly to the table, is hot and always tasty! Never visit Burnham-On-Sea without a Bos breakfast!!

The food was terrible! I ordered egg double bacon and chips, at the counter I asked 3 times for a soft egg and it was hard plus I only was given 1 1/2 rashers of bacon instead of the 2. The coffee also just taste like hot black water. Lots of other places to eat here so I’d avoid this place like the plague. I order simple food but even that seemed difficult for this place to get right. Shame because it’s a waste of money when money is tight already.

I use Bos for convenience like so many other people and have done for a few years now, when I visit Burnham on Sea! They only take cash if your bill is less than £10. So this requires a visit to a cashpoint beforehand. Its pot luck whether your meal is freshly cooked, or has sat for 20mins in a tray. The staff are all miserable and its not what I call a nice place to eat, but its handy!

Went to BOS CAFE in Burnham-on-Sea today. We are regulars to go to this establishment .The kitchen staff are always obliging, we only have to ask if want our food different to what's on menu. All the staff in Bos are friendly and efficient even in extremely busy times.Their are different cooks in the kitchen they are really friendly nothing is to much trouble. We are happy having such a great cafe close to us in Burnham-on-Sea the presentation of the food is lovely. We Wish we could put everyone's name down here but can't pronounce some of them .Well worth going to have a great meal and go out happy! Barbara and paul

Been twice in a week. Food excellent & reasonable prices. The liver & bacon is first class, had to have it both times! Can,t fault it. Highly recommended.

Good service, good value and good food. Ordered breakfast and coffee, the coffee arrived minutes later and the food soon after. Lots of choice for breakfast options. Very good all round.

Placed order, tea arrived in less than 2 minutes, food order arrived less than 3 minutes, excellent food and place was busy. Lovely staff.

Really a dreadful experience I wanted to pay with a card as it is contactless payment after a couple of attempts to get it right a male member of staff took my card and the Machine away and went to go upstairs with it I followed him because I was concerned what was happening to my card and caught up with him on a landing he made some excuse about a poor internet connection, I was very suspicious. I then ordered some tea and toast when I when I complained that the tea was too weak they asked for £1.40 extra for an additional tea bag I left in disgust.

Food was good, but unfortunately the staff were clearly talking about me and my family I had 3 kids with me who were sitting down nicely (1 being 5 weeks old). This made me feel very unwelcome and because that would not visit again

Great place to eat if in the area, very busy and popular Cafe, the food explains why... was here few months back with friend whom is pictured and visiting for years. Had Fish & Chips and was brilliant. Point to note, it is cash only... Would recommend.

We visited early on a Saturday morning and it wasn't too busy. We were served very quickly and our breakfasts were delicious and piping hot.

As always excellent food, excellent service. I had the All Day Breakfast and wanted a small adjustment to the order-not a problem at all. Everything is done how you wish and it's lovely to see all welcome. Wheel chair friendly and staff are very friendly too. If you're in town give it a try
