Always tasty food, nice and hot, had dishes missing on occasion but quickly rectified.

Having just moved into the area finding a good Chinese can be difficult, however we were recommended the Jade Garden Highbridge. Had all our favorites, we all enjoyed our meal and were pleased. Will go back again.

Service was ok but the only edible item was the chicken balls as spent £55 in total

Soggy AND greasy chips. Limp beansprouts and soggy/overcooked everything in the Singapore chow mein along with a very bland taste. First time I've used them in years, wont be going back.

Great take away. The portions were huge. The food was great and a good choice with the meal for 2 deal. Will definitely go back again.

Food terrible and expensive won't be using them again.

Got a takeaway from here on Saturday evening. I can't fault the food, but the prices are bordering on ridiculous. We last went there around 3 or 4 weeks before and paid £25 ISH for our meal. This time with exactly the same meal we were charged £35.60. I understand things increase, but come on, a tad excessive. We could have had a sit down meal for that. Sadly, we won't be going back.

The best Chinese takeaway in the area! Oh I so love their chowmein, chicken balls, and aromatic duck. The fried rice and chicken curry always hit the spot, too! The portions are big, definitely good value for what you paid. It's always worth the drive to Highbridge to collect our order. I also adore the lovely lady greeting you when you enter the shop. Very friendly and seems to remember everyone. Excellent service, excellent food. I will always come back here. 100/10 highly recommend!

We use Jade Garden quite often and have been for years and the food from there is absolutely fantastic. It’s the only place in this area where I can give a five star rating, the staff are very friendly and service is perfect. You can ring in advance and have your food ready and waiting for you when you turn up. Thank you for your great service.

Had salt and chill chicken no spice at all and soggy chicken not crispy at all same with the chicken balls just soggy..ribs ok egg fried rice ok overall pretty poor food would not recommend

!!!!!!!CASH AND CARD ACCEPTED!!!!!! Me and my dad came down from Unity Holiday Resort to put some distance away from the tourist caravan parks, very glad we did! Greeted by a very pleasant lady behind the counter, card reader payment accepted, 10 minute wait (lots of cushioned seating) then we were on us way back. Used a thermal bag to keep food warm but I think this was overkill as it was piping hot when we got back 10 minute drive away. Just over £20 for sweet sour chicken, lemon and honey chicken, chips and egg fried rice. Dad couldn't finish his half, I have been very well written off and now unable to move :-D Would recommend as your choice for a Chinese take away should you visit the area 10 fold

Usually good food but on the last visit the food was bland, tasteless and the rice was dried as if reheated

Went here as it was a Tuesday and Sky is closed - and unfortunately wouldn’t do it again. Staff friendly, food piping hot - but flavour wasn’t good. Nice things: Jumbo Crispy Rolls - packed with filling and very delicious. Prawn Toasts - surprisingly not greasy and tasted good. Cantonese S&S chicken - passable, but needed both more sweet and sour. Duck fried rice - real bits of crispy shredded duck in well seasoned fried rice. Not nice: Salt and chilli pork - was neither salty nor spicy. Do not expect salt’n’pepper like you get elsewhere. Inedible: Garlic Chips - chip shop style chips covered in an artificial-tasting garlic oil. Really bad.

I might aswell of had egg fried rice and a plain chow mein instead of chicken there was no chicken in it and the food was tasteless and the spring roll was dripping with oil pouring out Not coming back here again and also alot more money that other chinese food in the area

This is a very good Chinese takeaway, I have used this takeaway a handful of times and I highly recommend it. I have lots of reviews for chinese food if you check my reviews which will hopefully give you confidence in this being one of my top choices! The portion size is large so although a little high on price, it goes a long way. There is parking right outside and they take cards. I recommend the peanut satay sauce, it tastes homemade and is delicious.

Staying in brean but drove out as thought prices would be cheaper but was surprised to find a chowmein was 90p more expensive than the chinese in brean. Also when paying £7.90 for a chicken chowmein expected chicken breast meat but this chowmein is chicken thigh Meal was okish but will avoid next time and purchase local to where im staying.

Sweet and sour chicken balls. Great big chunks ,Batter not cooked yuk. Beef green pepper Bland. Certainly not the best . Disappointed as after reading other comments though it would be good.

While the service was great and timely, for me the quality of the food was a let down. I've enjoyed Duck curry and chips from many different places and sadly for me, while edible, this was near the bottom of my list

Great service from Tina, she’s the best. Remembers everyone’s names and who they are related too. Has a memory better than Google. The food is fresh, authentic and very tasty. Good price and open 6 days a week. Closed Mondays. Definitely my favourite Chinese takeaway.

We stayed locally at a caravan park and not being from the area we took to Google to search for a take out. I'm very particular with my food, wanting to ensure food hygiene standards are met as well as having a delicious meal. I searched the Reviews and we settled on Jade Garden. You can by card in the shop (not over the phone) and it's collection only, which we didn't mind as we were only a mile or so down the road. We placed our usual order over the phone and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. We collected and brought home a steaming hot chinenes for the two of us and it was so lovely, I thought I'd have to review and I'm not a review type of person but I was impressed. I was also very please the see a year on year track record of a 5* food hygiene certification in the window. Definitely one to try.

Sate sauce tasted like curry, supposed to have brown but full off onion ,egg fried rice no taste,wouldn’t go again

Absolutely amazing best food and staff ever

Lady is very nice, food is my favourite from all the Chinese’s I’ve been too. The duck and plum sauce is AMAZING and the salt and chilli mix is also lush. The only downside is they don’t deliver but it’s worth the collection.

Chips weren't very nice and the curry lacked taste but the pancake rolls were delicious if a little greasy.

I had a chicken burger and chicken rice . It had no flavor and was greasy . It gave me a stomach ache and I would never go back !

We decided to go to Jade Garden rather than our usual takeaway and regretted that decision pretty quick. The food was bland and lacked flavour. It was smaller portions than our usual takeaway and more expensive too. However, the staff were very friendly when we collected our food and it was ready within 10 minutes.

Not good, special house curry and special chow mein was all very small ingredients, prawns,meat,onions,mushrooms, all just regular,nothing special at all
