The best restaurants serving Default food in Falmouth Arwenack Cornwall, Isles of Scilly South West

I can’t remark on the meal as my friend and I didn’t stay. I found Pea Souk on the website and we were looking forward to trying it out! We walked through the door and went to sit at the window table which was an EMPTY communal table that would sit 6-8 people. Despite the table being empty the waitress/owner? Indicated that we could only sit opposite each other however one side only had a bench seat and as my friend and I are elderly with back problems we wanted to sit beside each other so that we had a backrest. We explained this and we were greeted with tuts, sighs and raised eyebrows so following this awful reception we left. Only try this place if you don’t mind doing exactly as you are told by an unpleasant woman who doesn’t deserve custom.

Lots of space to sit in Screen 4, with small tables where you can put your drink. I don't mind people eating during the adverts and trailers, but, please, not during the film! (Unless you can be really quiet!) The loos are smelly and the reason is almost certainly because the urinals do not flush. They have a disc in place which they think will remove odour but they don't work. Automatic flushing is normally used for urinals, but this wastes water. Much better if a manual flush could be provided.

If you are looking for a sandwich rather than a local pasty, then you can do no wrong by visiting Kessels - their roast park and stuffing sandwiches are renowned in Falmouth, all freshly made and great value for money.

Dills is a special place for me in Falmouth. I regularly visit for a cappucino, lunchy snack, and soak up the delicious rays! The sandwiches are extremely tasty! Like they’ve been thrown together with ingredients capture at the local market, delicious and fresh! The coffee is one of my favourites in town. The atmosphere is great, communal, with enough surrounding sound to make it feel private. Light. And friendly place. Good things seem to happen at Dills.

Still there, absolutely love it. 10/10 would drink pints again

We visited Cribbs on New Years Eve and can’t praise them highly enough. The food was fabulous, varied, plentiful and very well presented. Service was good and prices reasonable for the high standard of food. Would recommend the goat curry, salt fish and duck dishes. We’ve had great food during our stay in Falmouth and this was by far the best.

Tried curry baba for the first time based on a friend’s recommendation and was pleased with the food and friendly staff! Definitely recommend if you are in Falmouth!

Went to this pub 2 year's ago. When it was the tall ship race,so friendly and nice drinks. We r coming bk to falmouth this August in the motorhome, can't wait to visit this fab pub again!

Some days ago we went with my friends at the restaurant foods were amazing. Staff all are good.

Great food but terrible service and very slow. Ordered take out from here whilst family were staying. We thought we had been forgotten or would never arrive. No updates, but the food took two hours to arrive at our house. It was not hot and limp. No idea why it took that long as we were just staying at the holiday park next to Swanpool so fifteen mins by car. No idea why it took so long and 0 communication. Just rubbish.

We visited Cavendish Coffee shop in Xmas 21 with our son and his wife. Myself and wife returned today and it was just as good. The staff are very pleasant, helpful and appeared happy to be there The cakes and BLT we had were very good. If you are ever in Falmouth and want an independent cafe this is the place to go you won't be disappointed. Well done to all the staff

Great pub , very fun atmosphere and friendly staff

When in Cornwall a pastie is a must, here is the home of pasties and all things savoury, no silly prices either, just good value, go get em .... Ansome they are.

This is a lovely place. Really reasonable prices, excellent coffee, fantastic service and the dutch pancakes were amazing!

Excellent food, Dev was really nice! I really enjoyed the chicken tikka masala and the garlic nan bread, definitely recommend it.
