The best restaurants serving Default food in Worthing South East

We have always had great takeaway food from Dragon Inn every time we buy. We've been going to Dragon Inn for many years. We have always enjoyed generous portions of good quality food cooked as you wait. We pick it up ourselves and it is always very hot as we live fairly near to the shop. Can't review the delivery service as we don't use it.Having read other reviews we have never experienced black bits in rice. I tried the chicken in satay today and it was very tasty. It was a pleasant alternative to cooking for ourselves. A real treat.

Waited over hour n 20 mins paid nothink come rang them 4 times then asked for a refund nothing don't order from this low quality food place

Absolutely disgusting, vile inedible food that is not fit for human consumption. The Bolognese was a congealed lump that was burnt on the sides. Clearly looked like it had been microwaved for about 3 days. The pizza was drowning in grease, sloppy, disgusting. The ‘mini doughnuts’ quite frankly tasted days old, dry crusty little balls of despair. This place wants shutting down, it is an absolute disgrace to even call it food let alone Italian. I’m sure many Italians would shudder if they knew what dross was being sold as Italian food. This establishment should hang their heads in shame for what they serve as food, I would be ashamed. Do not even consider this place, it should clean up its act first and I’ve seen better meals in hospital wards and we all know how inedible they are !!! How this place has a 5 hygiene rating I’ll never know appalling dreadful disgusting hell hole

Zero stars if I could Went for dinner at KFC after work, zinger burger. After taking a few bites of the burger, I noticed the meat inside was pink with a decidedly pink centre. Not eating any more, I took the burger to the counter and complained it was not fully cooked but the man that the counter kept repeating “it’s fine it’s fine it’s fine” Two more people came out of the kitchen and had a look saying “it’s just the sauce it’s fine“ I queried then if they cut the chicken open and put the sauce in the middle? Obviously not but I was trying to make a point that the uncooked part (what they claimed was sauce) was in the very centre! They kept repeating “it is perfectly cooked, we check our ovens every morning” Ok so they check in the morning, this was 5 pm. Ovens can still go wrong during the day, and I seriously question thier stardards if thats the only time they check equipment!? The first man then got out plastic cutlery and started cutting up the chicken, not to show any pieces to myself or his colleagues and not cutting into the pink section for closer inspection. It looked more like he was trying to hide the evidence?  Not getting anywhere with these idiots, I walked out I question going here in future, and would recommend giving them a wide berth for a while FYI with the lighting in their restaurant, my picture does not show how pink it really was 

I was waiting to be served for nearly 20 mins. 4 people were served before me, and 3 of those came in after me. I wouldn't of minded so much, but it's like I wasn't there. I have used them quite a lot, but probably won't again.

If you’re looking for a good cod & chips…..just settle for the chips as that’s the only thing edible. Cod was dry, over cooked and tasteless. From the photos, you can see from my plate, what was left as it didn’t take long for my assumption of the food. Good service by the two young people, but I won’t be going back for that and try something else.

Unclean. Unfriendly. No atmosphere. Could be really nice but is one of the strangest places I have been in in Worthing, and that's saying something.

We ordered on line and we’re meant to get a free promotional item when the order arrived the item was not there. Called up to store and spoke with the shift manager Abir. He insisted on shouting over my partner and then when I tried to speak with him shouting over myself saying that there had been error on the system and it had not come through on the ticket. I said that while I appreciated that it was a first time order offer so now we were unable to get the deal and was there anything he could do. Not once did he speak to me he just shouted over me. I have worked in fast food and appreciate it is stressful but this guy was so rude.

So,gainst my better judgement,went here again for some quick food after shopping...And this time i mean it,NEVER AGAIN.. The food is disgusting,the place is grubby at best,not to mention freezing cold ! Whatever happened to the 'colonels secret blend of herbs n spices' ? There was no coating to speak of unless u like chicken coated in just salted flour and fried;no seasoning whatsoever and possibly the worst brand of cheap chicken u can get. I always used to love the coating on it,usually nice n crispy and spicy,now you get nothing,not even tasty chicken !The gravy,well that was greasy,unseasoned and lumpy in fact appalling ..How do the KFC corporation let their franchisees ruin the reputation they used to have by producing vile,tasteless,unappealing,and frankly disgusting food ? Absolute shambles of a place,trustme dont bother,go to Favaorite chicken instead

Waited 30 minutes for 2 tacos and there was only a couple uber orders and 2 people in the actual shop, they werent even trying too make our order they were app on their phones the whole time which made us late too our important business meeting. Very unimpressed, never coming again, let us down and shocking !

After nice dinner at Wetherspoons, I decided for the treat myself to a special desert. It was getting on the bit in the evening when I got here, not many people around so there was plenty of available seating and I got served very quickly. It’s my first time here so I had a good look through the menu before choosing. I had a banana split sundae (a whole banana with scoops of vanilla, strawberry and chocolate ice cream, covered in chocolate sauce, whipped cream, nuts and fresh raspberries) I haven’t had good of banana split in years so this was a very uncommon indulgence, I loved it

Sadly same issue as other customers have had. Purchased walk in 2 pizzas for 1 deal. The guy taking the order added two portions of garlic bread for some reason and didn't apply the deal. Charged me too much. When asked to correct this I was told Kaleem would be in touch. I raised a complaint both in store and with dominos head office. No responses after the confirmation someone would get back to me and now they are blanking me weeks later. They are either incompetent or thieves.

The service was rubbish.. The chef was very rude appeared to be drunk. The food was very disappointing and over priced for what it was.
