KFC in Worthing

We ordered on line and we’re meant to get a free promotional item when the order arrived the item was not there. Called up to store and spoke with the shift manager Abir. He insisted on shouting over my partner and then when I tried to speak with him shouting over myself saying that there had been error on the system and it had not come through on the ticket. I said that while I appreciated that it was a first time order offer so now we were unable to get the deal and was there anything he could do. Not once did he speak to me he just shouted over me. I have worked in fast food and appreciate it is stressful but this guy was so rude.

Food was ok but management was atrocious what an horrible little man,& I'm sure I can't be the first one to complain about him ,why is he still there 🤔 little Asian fella with a big mouth, it's only a matter of time 🤔

Its my own fault, I went to the Chapel Road Worthing branch last year and it was so horrendous, I have never had a KFC since, but my husband had a craving for a zinger burger so I went today. I made the order on the website to collect. What a happy website! However, KFC at Chapel Road is another story, the staff are the most miserable, belligerent people I have ever met. If they could chuck the takeaway at you they would. KFC must have a policy for their staff not to smile, say thank you or walk quicker than a snail's pace. I know they can smile because I overheard them slagging off one of the customers and laughing about it. The food was so slow coming I thought they must be slaughtering the chicken out the back, the chips were cold and when I asked if they could put in a bag (as it was a takeaway), the look she gave me, like I had asked her to run around naked! So please people avoid at all costs unless you want to be brought down by the staff's absolute bitterness and despondency with a mild dose of indigestion

Absolutely disgusting! Waiting for over 20 mins for food to arrive to eat in. Partner asked if chicken could be no drum sticks, that’s what he got. My zinger burger had a smidgeon of mayonnaise and was just so dry. Deliveroo and Just Eat seemed to be their priority - not customers ordering on site. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone wanting a good KFC

Ordered through Just Eat, got nothing. Tried phoning restaurant to see if had been dispatched but tel number on kfc website is incorrect. We switched to this branch after many wrong orders at Broadwater branch. Kfc is not the once tasty coated chicken it used to be. We have given up on them.
