Dragon Inn in Worthing

First visit to this Chinese take-away. Food not bad BUT no sauce with the sweet and sour chicken. Only discovered when I'd driven home. Be aware CASH ONLY.

Ordered food as the last two times have been lovely this time food was cold I called to ask if they can send some hot and got called fussy and then the driver turned up I said my kids are eating it reheated told him not to bother and he call me a stupid c..u..n..t to witch my daughter could hear him shout it rude and vile behavior

Having no kitchen currently we must have ordered at least 15 times in past couple months. We have enjoyed everything. Trying a diverse selection from the menu The portions are fresh and generous My only complaint is they don't do lamb. The food always comes boiling hot and on time. It's reasonably priced and friendly staff. All in all very satisfied customers

I can't stress enough how bad my meal was. Chips are the most simple thing to cook yet they got them so wrong. They were over cooked, dry and tasted burnt. They were so bad I threw them out for the birds (And I hate wasting food) My satay chicken on skewers were so dry I nearly chocked on them and they turned up wrapped in a piece of foil, in no sauce. My special fried rice was so bland I had to had a load of salt which then took away the concept of the taste of the rice and meat. My partner eats anything that's put in front of him yet he wasent happy with the meal which speaks volumes in its self.

So today’s Wednesday thought I’d have a mid week treat it was awful I’m not sure why this place is aloud to serve food like this I ordered £20.30 worth of food my duck was cold and fatty may I just add not a full quarter of duck the cheek.....deep fried sea weed looked and tasted weird the pork chow Mien was swimming in oil and some kind of juice gravy yuck my poor dog wouldn’t even eat it so out of my order I was only able to consume my bottle of Coke this is the worsed chinese ever will definitely not order again from here

Had a takeaway from the Dragon Inn last Saturday, ordered B for two people, everything in this set meal was delicious, meaty tasty juicy BBQ ribs peking style, chicken and orange was so good. Also included sweet and sour pork peking style , beef with mushrooms and special fried rice, we also received a big bag of prawn crackers, I found these to be very tasty and couldn't stop eating them. More than happy with this meal and will definitely be ordering from the Dragon Inn again.

Ordered the meal for 7.30pm went to collect it at 7.25pm it was ready for me but was in a cool bag to keep it warm. The restaurant 2 young people serving who were very polite dressed in outdoor coats as the reception area was cold, there were 2 young children behind the counter who were very noisy and obviously bored. When I got home the crispy duck had the pancakes on the top and the duck was not well shredded.The rest of the meal was mediocre to say the least and was cold. Suffice it to say that I will not be going back again I was very disappointed in the quality of the food.

The title "All You Can Eat Menu" with bar drinks including bitter etc is misleading. I think Lyn R must have gone to The Golden Lion pub on the other side of the road (7 The Strand). Dragon Inn is only for chinese take aways, just had one (first time as my usual in Ferring has changed hands and favourites no longer available). It was OK, egg fried rice seemed to use healthy brown rice, Duck with Pineapple was good, Special Chow Mein tasted OK although not a fan of the noodles used (there is an alternative rice noodle, not tried it).

The all you can eat menu is such good value and the staff are very helpful and mostly friendly. The drinks in both the bar and restaurant have a good choice , especially if your a bitter drinker

Mixed hors d'oeuvres dry and ribs chewy and fatty. Duck ok- Chicken chow mein very greasy and tasteless Lemon chicken chewy Chicken balls very greasy! Waste of £29 overpriced. Went in the bin! 😥

I've just had the worst take away ever. The curry sauce and satay sauce tasted like perfume. I couldn't eat the rest as it was so dry without the sauce
